Should be appreciated that the same reference numerals of using is meant the assembly that is used for similar or identical purpose in relevant drawings.
Figure 1A is the schematic representation according to the eye massage apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the invention.
Eye massage apparatus 100 comprises eyeshield 102.Light source 104 is connected to eyeshield, to illuminate eyeshield 102.Eye massage apparatus 100 comprises audio-frequency module 106, and this audio-frequency module 106 is suitable for producing sound.Audio-frequency module 106 can be connected to eyeshield 102.
First masseur 108 is connected to eyeshield 102.First masseur 108 is suitable for ocular or eyes and every circumocular zone massage is provided.
Control module 110 is electrically coupled to light source 104, audio-frequency module 106 and first masseur 108.Control module 110 is suitable at least one in operation light source 104, audio-frequency module 106 and first masseur 108 when being activated.Parts such as electric wire 152 can be used for control module 110 is connected to each of light source 104, audio-frequency module 106 and first masseur 108.
Under one the situation that control module 110 is suitable for operate in light source 104, audio-frequency module 106 and first masseur 108, first masseur 108 can with light source 104 and audio-frequency module 106 serial operations. The wholistic therapy effect that stands together with user from the combination of the vision of light source 104 and audio-frequency module 106 and auditory stimulus respectively from physics massage enhancing eye massage apparatus 100 of first masseur 108.
Control module 110 is suitable for operating in light source 104, audio-frequency module 106 and first masseur 108 at least one according to the sequence of storage in the control module 110.
Light source 104 is suitable for the light of the one or more different wavelength range in the visible emitting spectrum, makes the light of being launched can have the wave-length coverage of the one or more selections from red color band, green wavestrip or blue wavestrip. In redness, green or the blueness any one or a plurality of different colours corresponding wavelength range are that about 620nm is to about 750nm; Approximately 495nm is to about 570nm; And about 450nm is to about 495nm.Light source 104 can have a plurality of light-emitting components. Each light-emitting component can be any the light emitting diode in red, green or the blueness.Alternatively, each light-emitting component can be provided with color filter (as, red color filter, green color filter or blue color filter) lamp or bulb, make light source 104 produce the light of different colours. Therefore, each light-emitting component can be launched the light with another light-emitting component different colours.Control module 110 is suitable for selecting one or more different wave-length coverages, the light of the described wave-length coverage of light source 104 emissions. For example, control module 110 can send appropriate signal to light source 104, makes light source 104 launch the light of selected wave-length coverage. Therefore, from the light of light source 104 emission can be part emission first color (as, red) the light-emitting component of light and another part launch second color (as, the product of the combination of the light-emitting component of light blueness), thereby cause institute's wavelength of light emitted spectrum to form (in this example, light emitted color is a purple) by two discontinuous wave-length coverages. Each light-emitting component in a plurality of light-emitting components can also launch with a plurality of light-emitting components in another light-emitting component have the light of same color. Each light-emitting component can also launch with a plurality of light-emitting components in the light of another light-emitting component with different frequency scope, these two different frequency ranges are enough approaching, to be identified as the different shades of same color.
Change light emitted wave-length coverage during the sequence that control module 110 is suitable for storing in carrying out control module 110.For example, the beginning of the sequence of storage in control module 110, light source 104 can be launched the light from first wave-length coverage.Along with the carrying out of sequence, control module 110 will send signal to light source 104, and with the light of emission from second wave-length coverage, wherein, second wave-length coverage is different from first wave-length coverage.
Control module 110 is suitable for selecting radiative wave-length coverage according to 106 sonorific types of audio-frequency module. The sound music that audio-frequency module 106 sends be preferably have melody, the musical works of harmony and rhythm structure.Yet the sound music is not only limited to musical works, but can also be the mixing of dissimilar each layers such as musical works, natural sound and original sound (as uterus sound, body sounds with from the sound of the external space). For example, when audio-frequency module 106 sent the sound of the first kind, light source 104 can be launched the light from first wave-length coverage. When audio-frequency module 106 sends the sound of second type, control module 110 will send signal to light source 104, with the light of emission from second wave-length coverage. The sound of the first kind can be the music categories such as classical music, and the sound of second type can be the different music categories such as natural sound. Therefore, the sound of the first kind can be different from the sound of second type.First wave-length coverage can be different from second wave-length coverage.
Except selecting the radiative wave-length coverage according to 106 sonorific types of audio-frequency module, control module 110 can also be selected light emitted wave-length coverage according to the intensity that first masseur 108 is exerted pressure. For example, when first masseur 108 applied lower pressure, light source 104 can be launched blue light, and when first masseur 108 applied higher pressure, light source 104 can be launched orange-colored light. Therefore, control module 110 can be suitable for the operation of synchronous light source 104, audio-frequency module 106 and first masseur 108.
To imposing pulse from the varying strength of light source 104 and/or the light of color, pulsed light is attended by from the suitable sound music of audio-frequency module 106 with from the massage of first masseur 108, thereby therapeutic effect is provided by periodically.By using eye massage apparatus 100, desirable useful behavior and psychological benefit have been introduced for the user with the non-intruding mode and need not to absorb under the situation of chemical drugs.
Found the frequency dependence in many basic biological phenomenons and 0.01Hz and the 100Hz scope, wherein, the light-brain ripple is carried secretly and be studies show that, in the people is exposed to general frequency of brain wave scope during the light pulse of (roughly 2Hz to 30Hz), brain tend to final and light pulse synchronous.Because different frequency of brain wave is relevant with the different mental status, therefore light pulse can exert an influence to the emotion and the mental status as can be known. In addition, psychological physiological Study shows, shades of colour with wake, loosen, realize enhancing up or console the behavior effect relevant.Well-establishedly be, cool colour (in the bluish-green spectrum) tends to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous division of autonomic nervous system (ANS), thereby causes pulse rate to descend and cause loosening. On the contrary, warm colour (in the reddish orange yellow spectrum) tends to stimulate the sympathetic division of ANS, thereby causes pulse rate to increase and cause waking up.Neutral colour (pistac and magenta) is tended to make between these two parts of ANS and is reached balance and equilibrium.By helping to introduce the state that the degree of depth is loosened, they can also confirm to be especially effective aspect the reduction stress level.By making eye massage apparatus 100 that the recurrent pulses light of varying strength and/or color and suitable sound music and massage is combined, provide enhanced treatment to experience.
Control module 110 can be carried out the instruction that is used for the actuating logic sequence, wherein, according to one or more operator schemes start eye massage apparatus 100 one or more assemblies (as, light source 104, first masseur 108 and audio-frequency module 106).The user can carry out pre-programmed or programming to these operator schemes, is stored in the memorizer then.
For every kind of operator scheme, may there be the colourama of the multiple pattern of light source 104 emissions. These patterns can produce by random fashion, make that light source 104 can not be identical at the light emitted pattern of second kind of operational circumstances with light source 104 at the light emitted pattern of first kind of operational circumstances, first kind of situation and second kind of situation have the identical or different persistent period. What therefore, the light emitted pattern of light source 104 can the right and wrong dullness. The speed of light emitted change color (that is speed of every kind of change color in the light emission pattern; The persistent period that perhaps in the light emission pattern, shows every kind of color) can depend on the attribute of each sound music in a plurality of sound musics that audio-frequency module 106 sent, this means, determine or determine light emitted color pattern by the attribute relevant with every kind of sound music. The example of attribute includes but not limited to velocity interval, timbre and the tone of every kind of sound music.Velocity interval can be meant the speed or the rhythm of sound music, uses the beat number (bpm) of per minute to represent usually.Timbre is meant the tone quality or the tone color of every kind of sound music.Tone is meant the tune of each sound music in the multiple sound music.Relation can be to make in each sequence, and light emitted and each specific attribute of different pattern is gathered relevant. For example, during carrying out sequence, for first section of the sound music, light source 104 can be launched the colourama of first pattern, and for second section of sound music, can show the colourama (emission rate is different with the colourama of first pattern) of second pattern.Described first section can have first speed, and described second section can have second speed.Second speed can be identical with first speed, and the speed of still launching the colourama of second pattern can be different from the speed of the colourama of launching first pattern, and this for example is because second section timbre of sound music is different from first section timbre of sound music.
In various embodiments, there is direct relation in the velocity interval that light source 104 changes a corresponding sound music in the multiple sound music that the speed of color of light emitted can be sent with sound module 106, this means that the speed that light source 104 changes color of light emitted changes in the mode identical with the velocity interval of sound music. The velocity interval of a corresponding sound music is slow more in the multiple sound music, and light emitted change color is slow more.Similarly, the velocity interval of a corresponding sound music is fast more in the multiple sound music, and light emitted change color is fast more.
The velocity interval of multiple sound music comprises: first velocity interval, and it is relevant with any E.E.G in activating α, β and γ E.E.G group; The second speed scope, it is relevant with any E.E.G in activating θ, δ and ε E.E.G group; Or the third speed scope, it is relevant with any E.E.G in activating δ and ε E.E.G group.Every kind in the multiple sound music can have specific speed rather than velocity interval.α, β, γ, θ, δ and ε E.E.G are the electromagnetic oscillation under the following frequency range: α: 7-13Hz; β: 13-30Hz; γ: 40-80Hz; θ: 3.5-7Hz; δ: 0.5-3.5Hz and ε: be lower than 0.5Hz.(EEG) discovers according to electroencephalogram, and in various state of consciousness, E.E.G is carried the correlated components that pulse will present α, β, γ, θ, δ and ε E.E.G secretly.Find that also α, β, γ, θ, δ and ε E.E.G are in response to sound music and colourama that object was exposed to.Therefore, by carefully suitable sound being sneaked into the sound music and, forming user's various state of consciousness by the careful colourama of selecting pattern of emission.
So, every kind of sound music can be made up of the set of continuous segment, every section have can be identical or different with other section speed. For every section, will launch same color or different light color. When emission during different light color, two in succession or the interval scope between the successive light color can be identical or can be different, cause light color pace of change constant respectively or that change thus. The example values of interval is first scope of about 0.05s to about 5s; Approximately second scope of the extremely about 10s of 0.5s and about 3s are to the 3rd scope of about 60s.As an example, using in the embodiment of a plurality of light-emitting components at light source 104, one section of the sound music that audio-frequency module 106 is sent can be accompanied by: the light-emitting component emission of the first quantity wherein interval scope between two continuous light change color is the light of about 15s; And the light-emitting component of second quantity emission wherein the interval scope between two continuous light change color be the light of about 2s.Should be appreciated that the light-emitting component for first quantity, the interval scope between two continuous light change color falls into about 3s to about exemplary the 3rd interval scope of 60s; And for the light-emitting component of second quantity, the interval between two continuous light change color fall into about 0.05s to the exemplary very first time interval of about 5s or approximately 0.5s to the about exemplary second interval scope of 10s.
Control module 110 can be suitable for being connected to the peripheral storage device that is suitable for storing music.Eye massage apparatus 100 can also comprise the memory module 150 that is electrically coupled to control module 110, and this memory module 150 is suitable for storing the sound that is obtained by audio-frequency module 106.Memory module 150 can be suitable for further storing the sequence of the sound that the light emitted color of light source 104, intensity that first masseur 108 is exerted pressure and audio-frequency module 106 produced.
Figure 1B is the decomposition view of the part of the eye massage apparatus 100 that schematically shows among Figure 1A.Relatively Figure 1B and Figure 1A should be appreciated that (for for simplicity) not shown audio-frequency module 106, control module 110 and memory module 150 in Figure 1B.
Can see that from Figure 1B light source 104 is connected to the inner surface 118i of eyeshield 102.Also hold diffusing globe 114 in eyeshield 102, wherein, diffusing globe 114 is between the light source 104 and first masseur 108.Diffusing globe 114 is in the face of light source 104, and first masseur 108 is accommodated in eyeshield 102 inboards, in the face of diffusing globe 114.By first masseur 108 and diffusing globe 114 are contained in eyeshield 102 inboards, realized compact device.
Eye massage apparatus 100 does not have in the alternative arrangement (not shown) of diffusing globe 114 therein, and light source 104 is connected to the inner surface 118i of eyeshield 102.First masseur 108 is accommodated in eyeshield 102 inboards, in the face of light source 104.
Light source 104 can be suitable for launching redness, green and blue color. Therefore, the different wavelength range that can work of light source 104 be about 450nm to the scope of about 495nm, approximately 495nm to the scope of about 570nm and approximately 620nm to the about scope of 750nm.Light source 104 preferably uses at least one light emitting diode (LED), and wherein, Figure 1B illustrates the situation of using two LED.
LED can have one or more light-emitting components, and wherein, each element is designed to launch about 450nm to the scope of about 495nm, approximately 495nm is to the scope of about 570nm and the about light of the scope of 620nm to the scope of about 750nm.Therefore, when in these light-emitting components two or more in when work, each LED is with the colourama of emission source from the color combinations that light-emitting component is launched of just working. In this way, light source 104 can be launched the light of crossing over whole visible-range.
Eye massage apparatus 100 comprises the light guide structure 112 that is used for receiving from light source 104 light.Light guide structure 112 is connected to eyeshield 102, illuminates eyeshield 102 with transillumination. Can see that from Figure 1B light guide structure 112 is connected to the inner surface 118i of eyeshield 102.Light guide structure 112 is in the face of first masseur 108.
Light guide structure 112 is provided for the means of the more even illumination of eyeshield 102.Therefore, light guide structure 112 is optional features, and this is because by light source 104 suitably being set directly to illuminate eyeshield 102, still may illuminate eyeshield 102.Yet, directly illuminate the position that causes on light emitted directapath at eyeshield 102 and produce speck.Illuminate intensity along with weakening away from speck. Therefore, under the situation that does not adopt light guide structure 112, can not illuminate eyeshield 102 equably.
In Figure 1B, light guide structure 112 is implemented as two light- guide device 112a and 112b.
These two light- guide device 112a and 112b locate around the center 118c of the vertical pivot that is positioned at the center 140 of eyeshield 102.One (112a) in two light-guide devices (112a and 112b) is connected to the 102a of first of eyeshield 102.Another (112b) in two light-guide devices (112a and 112b) is connected to the second portion 102b of eyeshield 102.The 102a of first of eyeshield 102 is eyeshields near that part of to the axle 140 left parts vertical pivot that is positioned at the center 140 of eyeshield 102.The second portion 102b of eyeshield 102 is eyeshields 102 near that part of to the axle 140 right parts vertical pivot that is positioned at the center 140 of eyeshield. The vertical pivot 140 that is positioned at the center is positioned at along the stage casing of the distance of the bending section 102c of eyeshield 102, makes that the area of the 102a of first of eyeshield 102 is approximately identical with the area of the second portion 102b of eyeshield 102.
Light source 104 comprises two light-emitting component 104a and 104b.The respective end 112ae of first (112a) in first (104a) in these two light-emitting components (104a and 104b) and two light-guide devices (112a and 112b) is adjacent. The respective end 112be of second (112b) in second (104b) in these two light-emitting components (104a and 104b) and two light-guide devices (112a and 112b) is adjacent. In two light-emitting components (104a and 104b) each is installed in respectively on the PCB (printed circuit board (PCB)) 120.PCB 120 provides circuit, so that the light-emitting component of being installed (104a or 104b) work. Therefore, two light- guide device 112a and 112b and light-emitting component 104a form and the lighting unit that is positioned at vertical pivot 140 symmetric arrangement at center.
Among two light-guide device 112a and the 112b each has arcuate shape. With reference to the first light-guide device 112a, arcuate shape starts from the end 112ae adjacent with corresponding light-emitting component 104a.The first light-guide device 112a extends into from end 112ae and is in substantially parallel relationship to the vertical pivot 140 that is positioned at the center, and ends at curve 112ac subsequently, and curve 112ac extends away from the vertical pivot 140 that is positioned at the center.Similarly, for the second light-guide device 112b, arcuate shape starts from the end 112be adjacent with corresponding light-emitting component 104b.The second light-guide device 112b extends into from end 112be and is in substantially parallel relationship to the vertical pivot 140 that is positioned at the center, and ends at curve 112bc subsequently, and curve 112bc extends away from the vertical pivot 140 that is positioned at the center.
The layout of two light-emitting components (104a and 104b) and two light-guide devices (112a and 112b) provides numerous advantages. For example, will illuminate eyeshield 102 equably, because each of eyeshield 102 half (102a of first or second portion 102b) has its oneself the single light-emitting component and the layout of single light-guide device.
