Abstract

本发明涉及一种包装纸的防潮防酸处理方法,该方法是在包装纸的表面涂布亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳或是在包装纸浆中施加亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳即可。采用本发明,由于亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳呈酸性,不会与酸性物质发生中和,且粘度小、流动性好,易与其其它辅料相混,有良好的工艺性能,因此,具有很好的防潮防酸性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装纸的防潮防酸处理方法。
背景技术
 目前,包装纸的防潮防酸处理方法有两种,一是多层纸之间增加一层PE或OPP膜,或是将OPP膜淋到纸上,这种方法制成的包装纸,使用时间长后,膜会被酸化后变碎,从而起不到防潮作用;二是在包装纸上涂布用松香改性树脂或丙烯酸树脂做成的光油,而松香改性树脂或丙烯酸树脂均呈碱性,易和酸中和,这种包装纸在长时间存放下,防潮防酸的效果也不十分理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供具有很好的防潮防酸效果的一种包装纸的防潮防酸处理方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种包装纸的防潮防酸处理方法,其特征在于在包装纸的表面涂布亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳或是在包装纸浆中施加亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳即可。
采用本发明,由于亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳呈酸性,不会与酸性物质发生中和,且粘度小、流动性好,易与其其它辅料相混,有良好的工艺性能,因此,具有很好的防潮防酸性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一、实施例一
采用涂布装置,在普通包装纸的一面或二面,涂布一层或多层的亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳即可。
二、实施例二
在包装纸的生产过程中,采用常规工艺,在纸浆中施加亲水性羧基丁苯胶乳,然后制成包装纸即可。
