And filter element part 230 is in the groove 225 being clamped in the second valve seat 223 and is clamped between the flange of fixed sleeving 240 and the near-end of breather pipe 210, by fixed sleeving 240 is extracted from breather pipe 210, filter element 230 and groove 225 can be easy to depart from, thus new filter element 230 can be changed.When assembling new filter element 230, the near-end of the outer cylinder body 234 of filter element 230 is stuck in groove 225, and by fixed sleeving 240 through the fixing hole 226 of the second valve seat 223 of the second check valve and the fixing hole 233 of the inner barrel 235 of filter element 230, and insert in breather pipe 210, thus between the flange that the edge clamping of fixing hole 226 and 233 is held in fixed sleeving 240 near-end and the near-end of breather pipe 210, so filter element 230 has been changed.
