Abstract

本发明涉及一种偏心球头,用于髋关节置换术,与以往的股骨头相比,增加了偏角度,最多增加15度偏转。手术时可根据需要来增加和减少颈干角。可用于试模复位后前位或后位缺乏稳定,处于半脱位或脱位情况,股骨柄或髋臼植入后过度前倾或后倾,仍需保持稳定。可使髋关节置换术有效的减少股骨柄或髋臼的松动。

偏心球头
技术领域
本发明涉及骨科手术植入物,特别是一种用于髋关节置换术的球头“偏心球头”。
背景技术
股骨头坏死是一种常见的骨科疾病,现代医学实施髋关节置换手术治疗股骨头坏死已经相当成熟,但在手术中,经常会遇到颈干角角不适合,不能适用现有假体角度,表现为术中放入球头试模后发现关节有脱位、缺乏稳定、处于半脱位现像或者股骨、髋臼植入后过度前倾、后倾等。如果这时只能调整股骨柄方向会很容易造成,股骨柄的松动。若能直接用球头增加一个角度,那么将有效的减少手术的时间和松动的风险,使髋关节置换术更加的安全和快捷。当前医学界有若干种方法用于类似目的的治疗,如组合颈的股骨柄等等。但由于加工困难,价格很高等原因,并不是患者都能够得到满意的治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种髋关节置换手术中的偏心球头,可用于试模复位后前位或后位缺乏稳定,处于半脱位或脱位情况,股骨柄或髋臼植入后过度前倾或后倾,仍需保持稳定。该偏心球头增加偏心及偏心角度,由偏离的旋转中心而不是通常的中心旋转而成,可偏离4mm,最多15度偏转。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:
偏心球头,其特征在于,该偏心球头与以往的球头相比较。多了一个15度的偏心角。外球面的球面度为0.01mm,锥面的直线度为0.008mm圆度为0.01mm。
增加一个15度偏心角可以有多种选择,因为是偏心,所以转的角度不同偏心大小也不相同,可以根据不的患者来转动不同的角度。偏心球头锥度表面粗糙度控制严格,并且于人体内越压越紧,所以在复位时不会松脱。
本发明的应用方法
手术中当试模复位,处于外旋外展时,球前在前面处于半脱位,在这种情况下,偏心球头的料多部位旋转至后方,
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明增加了偏心角,最多可15度偏转。可用于术中试模复位后,出现脱位或半脱位、缺乏稳定等。
2.本发明手术中使用方便,不用在转动股骨柄从而减少股骨柄松动的风险。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明偏心球头,其外部轮廓为球面(1),具有非常高的光洁度和球面度,保证其耐磨损。该偏心球头其外部轮廓球面(1)球面度为0.01mm,其偏心锥(2)与球面(1)的球心夹角为15度,因此其旋转角度不同偏心角度也不同。
本发明偏心球头的加工方法是:使用专用机床和专用工装来保证光洁度、球面度、偏心锥的直线度、圆度等等技术,其他的加工方法还包括精密铸造、抛光、机械切削等,上述加工方法均为相当成熟的加工方法,应用上不存在技术困难。
本发明偏心球头,采用医用金属制成,所述医用金属包括但不局限于钛及钛合金、钴合金、不锈钢以及钽金属、镁合金,此类金属材料在ISO-583系列国际标准中均有规定,其生物相容性已经得到国内外多年骨科植入应用的实践证实。

Claims (3)

1.一种偏心球头,用于髋关节置换,最多15度偏转、4mm偏离,在0度时等同常用的无偏心股骨头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏心球头,其特征在于该偏心球头的15度偏心具有增加或减少最多15度的偏转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的偏心球头,其特征在于该偏心球头根据转的角度不同可用于多种偏心角度。
