Abstract

光缆护管端口密封托架属于光纤通讯设备技术领域。由在上的裂缝垫和在下的两半托架组成。两半托架的月牙盘与D形圈之间用连柱相连,其间填充防火泥。密封托架不仅使防火泥填充密实,而且整体性耐久,不易散碎下坠。用于通讯光缆入户护管端口的密封。

技术领域 光纤通讯设备。
背景技术 通讯光缆入户有护管保护,现行办法是光缆穿入塑料护管,塑料护管再穿入钢护管。在钢护管端口填塞防火泥,并加装对开式防雨帽,盖住钢护管端口进行密封。但是由于热涨冷缩、风化水浸等因素反复作用,久而久之防火泥逐渐散碎下坠失效,进而导致夏季管口进水,冬季结冰造成光缆被挤压损坏,另外冬季冷凝水侵入也会结冰造成光缆被挤压受损。光缆护管端口需要有防火泥防坠器件,保持整体的安装状态。
发明内容 光缆护管端口密封托架要解决的技术问题是:防止防火泥散碎后下坠失效,解决的技术方案是:在护管端口加装密封托架,使所填防火泥牢固持久地装在护管端口内。
光缆护管端口密封托架(附图)由在上的裂缝垫和在下的两半托架1组成。两半托架1由两连接柱4将在上的D形圈2与在下的月牙盘5连接而成。
使用时,将两个半托架1放入光缆钢护管端口内,经D形圈2架在钢护管端面上,并由子口3径向定位。两半托架1并合后,两月牙盘5形成一个外径略小于钢护管内径的托盘。两月牙盘5中间形成的圆孔,可使塑料护管正好通过。然后经D形圈2的空处填入防火泥,并使之密实。防火泥便将钢护管和塑料护管之间的空间填满密封;之后,刮平D形圈2上平面处的防火泥,铺上两片裂缝垫,务使两片裂缝垫的裂缝错开180°。再后,在裂缝垫上堆一防火泥锥台,最后扣合防雨帽。
光缆护管端口密封托架的优点是:①防火泥有两个半托架1托住,填装时可以填密实,增加密封性;日久散碎,也不会下坠钢护管内,密封持久。②有裂
缝垫形成轴向隔水层,防雨性能及防冷凝水侵入的能力大大增强。

具体实施方式 半托架1用塑料注塑而成。两月牙盘5并合后形成的外圆、内孔直径分别与钢护管内径、塑料护管外径呈小间隙配合。两D形圈2并合后形成的外圆直径等于钢护管外径;子口3的外径与钢护管内径呈小间隙配合。两D形圈2并合后形成的目字形的两横三等分D形圈2形成的内圆直径。裂缝垫用高弹塑料制成,有一径向缝;内外径分别与塑料护管外径、钢护管内径呈小间隙配合。月牙盘5与D形圈2的间距继承现行防火泥填充段高度。

1.光缆护管端口密封托架,是在护管端口加装密封托架,其特征是:由在上的裂缝垫和在下的两半托架(1)组成;每一半托架(1)由两连柱(4)将在上的D形圈(2)与在下的月牙盘(5)连接而成;半托架(1)用塑料注塑而成;两月牙盘(5)并合后形成的外圆、内孔分别与钢护管内径、塑料护管外径呈小间隙配合;两D形圈(2)并合后形成的外圆直径等于钢护管外径;子口(3)的外径与钢护管内径呈小间隙配合;两D形圈(2)并合后形成的目字形的两横三等分D形圈(2)形成的内圆直径;裂缝垫用高弹塑料制成,有一径向缝;内外径分别与塑料护管外径、钢护管内径呈小间隙配合。
