本发明是关于碳化钨喷焊粉配方及用途,它涉及 一种粉末金属焊接材料。该配方由碳化钨、镍、铬、 硼、硅、铁、碳等成分以适当比例组成,其特征在于,碳 化钨的含量为70~80%(重量比),用于砖瓦机械及 配件耐磨表面的强化处理,可使工件的使用寿命比现 有技术延长9~14倍。

Description

本发明是关于碳化钨喷焊粉配方及用途,它涉及一种粉末金属焊接材料。
当前国内同类碳化钨喷焊粉如上海冶炼厂生产的GNI-WC20型、GNI-WC25型和GNI-WC35型,其配方中碳化钨含量的重量比分别为20%,25%和35%;西南金属制品厂生产的PHNIWC-60A、PHNIWC-60B和PHNIWC-60C型,其配方中碳化钨含量的重量比分别为20%,40%,和50%。基于碳化钨颗粒本身没有自熔性,与基材金属材料极少湿润性,不会自己熔粘在基材金属的表面,因而现有技术认为增加碳化钨含量会给使用带来困难,甚至不能喷焊。由于碳化钨喷焊粉现有配方中起耐磨作用的碳化钨的含量低,故而耐磨效果差,尚未用于高耐磨件如砖瓦机械及配件的耐磨表面的强化处理。
本发明的目的在于调整现有碳化钨喷焊粉配方,提高焊粉自熔性,改善其湿润性,使碳化钨的含量达70~80%,以增加焊粉的耐磨性,使之能广泛适用于砖瓦机械及配件的耐磨表面的强化处理。
本发明所述的配方,由碳化钨、镍、铬、硼、硅、铁、碳等成份组成,其特征在于,各成份重量配比为:碳化钨70-80%,镍13.5~18.0%,铬2.5~4.5%,硼0.8~1.4%,硅1.0~1.7%,铁1.0~6.0%,碳≤0.2%。上述材料粉末粒度为-150~+300目,均匀混合,形成松散密度为3.5~7.0g/cm3的碳化钨喷焊粉。该焊粉用氧-乙炔焰喷焊炬,把粉末加热喷洒、沉积在钢材工件表面并借助工件表面熔化了的金属在凝固时牢牢咬住均匀分布在它表面的碳化钨颗粒,从而在工件表面形成一层耐磨表层。
采用本发明所述配方制成的碳化钨喷焊粉,使用中其流动性为15~16秒/50克,焊层硬度大于HRC-55°,便于在工件表面均匀分布一层占其表面积60%以上的碳化钨颗粒硬质相,用于砖瓦机械设备及配件如砖机绞刀,搅拌机搅叶等易磨损件耐磨表面的强化处理,可在现有技术基础上,使其使用寿命延长9-14倍。
下面是本发明的两个最佳实施配方,用于砖瓦机械及配件耐磨表面的强化处理。

1、一种粉末金属焊接材料的配方,它由碳化钨、镍、铬、硼、硅、铁、碳等成份组成,其特征在于,碳化钨的含量为70~80%(重量比);
2、据权利要求1,其特征在于,该配方所组成的材料用于砖瓦机械设备及配件耐磨表面的强化处理。
