背景技术
已经将各种类型的冷却系统用于涡轮机械设备,以用于对例如外壳、斗叶、喷嘴等的不同类型的内部部件进行冷却。这种冷却系统使部件之间保持适当间隙并且促进适当的部件使用寿命。一个这种部件是涡轮叶片密封件承载部。密封件承载部可以固定至悬臂涡轮喷嘴的平台等。通常可以通过可与冷却增压室或其它的源相连通的位于平台或其它位置处的空气供给孔对这种部件进行冷却。然而,这种空气供给孔可能难于制造,而总体密封件承载部本身的组装可能是耗时的。其它类型的冷却系统可能是已知的。
因此,存在对改进的涡轮叶片密封件承载部的需要。该涡轮叶片密封件承载部可以提供简化的冷却方案以及简化的组装方案。
发明内容
因此,本申请以及所获得的专利提供一种用于围绕涡轮喷嘴的平台的多个流孔口使用的密封件承载部。该密封件承载部可以包括:内表面,内表面面向平台,该内表面中具有多个槽,多个槽与平台的流孔口对准;以及相对的外表面,密封件围绕外表面定位。
本申请以及所获得的专利进一步提供一种用于燃气涡轮机的喷嘴。该喷嘴可以包括具有空气增压室的平台、与空气增压室相连通的多个流孔口、以及密封件承载部。密封件承载部可以包括多个槽,多个槽与流孔口对准。
本申请以及所获得的专利进一步提供一种用于燃气涡轮机的喷嘴。该喷嘴可以包括具有空气增压室的平台、与空气增压室相连通的多个流孔口、以及密封件承载部。密封件承载部可以包括密封件承载部的内表面上的与流孔口对准的多个槽、以及密封件承载部的外表面上的密封件。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图,其中相似的附图标记在全部若干附图中表示相似元件,图1示出了如可以在本文中使用的燃气涡轮发动机10的示意图。燃气涡轮发动机10可以包括压缩机15。压缩机15对进入的空气流20进行压缩。压缩机15将压缩空气流20输送至燃烧器25。燃烧器25将压缩空气流20与加压燃料流30混合并且点燃混合物,以产生燃烧气体流35。尽管仅示出了一个燃烧器25,但是燃气涡轮发动机10可以包括任何数量的燃烧器25。燃烧气体流35接着被输送至涡轮40。燃烧气体流35驱动涡轮40,以便产生机械功。涡轮40中所产生的机械功通过轴45驱动压缩机15以及外部负载50,例如发电机等。
燃气涡轮发动机10可以使用天然气、各种类型的合成气、以及/或者其它类型的燃料。燃气涡轮发动机10可以是由Schenectady(NewYork)的General Electric Company所提供的多种不同的燃气涡轮发动机中的任何一种,这些多种不同的燃气涡轮发动机包括但不限于例如7系列或9系列重型燃气涡轮发动机等的那些燃气涡轮发动机。燃气涡轮发动机10可以具有不同的构造并且可以使用其它类型的部件。本文中也可以使用其它类型的燃气涡轮发动机。本文中也可以一起使用多个燃气涡轮发动机、其它类型的涡轮机、以及其它类型的发电设备。
图2是可以与上文所描述的涡轮40一起使用的喷嘴55的示例。总体而言,喷嘴55可以包括喷嘴叶片60,喷嘴叶片60在内部平台65与外部平台70之间延伸。多个喷嘴55可以组合成周向阵列,以形成具有多个转子轮叶(未示出)的级。喷嘴55中还可以包括冷却增压室80。冷却增压室80可以通过冷却回路与来自压缩机15的空气流20或者另一个源相连通。也可以围绕喷嘴55使用密封件90。密封件90可以围绕密封件承载部95定位。本文中可以使用其它的部件和其它的构造。
图3和图4示出了如可以在本文中进行描述的喷嘴100的示例的一部分。如上所述,喷嘴100包括喷嘴叶片110和内部平台120。内部平台120中可以包括空气增压室140。空气增压室140可以通过冷却回路与来自压缩机15的空气流20或者另一个源相连通。本文中可以使用冲击冷却系统等。也可以使用其它类型的冷却系统。多个流孔口150可以与空气增压室140相连通。
如可以在本文中进行描述的密封件承载部160可以安装在内部平台120内。密封件170可以围绕其内表面安装在密封件承载部160内。密封件170可以是蜂窝状密封件、搭接齿密封件(lap tooth seal)、耐磨密封件、或者其它类型的密封件。如图5和图6中所示,多个槽190可以定位在密封件承载部160的外表面200上。槽190可以总体或部分地延伸跨过密封件承载部160的宽度,并且可以用作冷却路径。槽190可以与流孔口150对准,以便将加压空气流20引向喷嘴斜面195(即,分离线)或者其它位置。槽190可以呈多个拉背槽(relief cut)210的形式。本文中可以使用其它类型的制造工艺。槽190可以具有任何尺寸、形状、和构造。
除了提供冷却空气流20,槽190还有助于减少总体组装期间的摩擦。密封件承载部160可以大致周向地组装,这样槽190减小喷嘴100与密封件承载部160之间的接触面积。该接触面积的减小降低了必须在组装期间克服的总体摩擦力。密封件承载部160还允许更紧密的径向装填,以便有利于半径较大的轮空间密封件的定位。同样地,消除了对斜面供给孔的需要,原因是槽190能够用于实现相同的目的。具体而言,密封件承载部160允许有更多的径向空间用于装填密封槽和冷却孔。因此,密封件承载部160提供了改进的冷却并且易于组装。
应当显而易见的是,上文仅涉及本申请以及所获得的专利的某些实施例。本领域普通技术人员可以在不偏离由所附权利要求及其等同形式所限定的本发明的总体精神和范围的前提下在本文中进行各种改变和改型。
Claims (20)
1.一种围绕涡轮喷嘴的平台的多个流孔口使用的密封件承载部,所述密封件承载部包括:
内表面,所述内表面面向所述平台;
所述内表面中包括多个槽,所述多个槽与所述平台的所述多个流孔口对准;
相对的外表面;以及
密封件,所述密封件围绕所述外表面定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封件承载部,其中所述多个槽包括多个拉背槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封件承载部,其中所述密封件包括蜂窝状密封件、搭接齿密封件、或者耐磨密封件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封件承载部,进一步包括多个密封件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的密封件承载部,其中所述多个槽出口到所述平台的斜面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的密封件承载部,其中所述多个槽包括多个冷却路径。
7.一种用于燃气涡轮机的喷嘴,所述喷嘴包括:
平台;
空气增压室,所述空气增压室位于所述平台内;
多个流孔口,所述多个流孔口与所述空气增压室相连通;以及
密封件承载部;
所述密封件承载部包括多个槽,所述多个槽与所述多个流孔口对准。
8.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述多个槽包括多个拉背槽。
9.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述密封件承载部中包括密封件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴,其中所述密封件包括蜂窝状密封件、搭接齿密封件、或者耐磨密封件。
11.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴,其中所述喷嘴进一步包括多个密封件。
12.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述多个槽出口到所述平台的斜面。
13.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述多个槽包括多个冷却路径。
14.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述空气增压室与空气流相连通。
15.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述多个槽围绕所述密封件承载部的内表面定位。
16.根据权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其中所述密封件围绕所述密封件承载部的外表面定位。
17.一种用于燃气涡轮机的喷嘴,所述喷嘴包括:
平台;
空气增压室,所述空气增压室位于所述平台内;
多个流孔口,所述多个流孔口与所述空气增压室相连通;以及
密封件承载部;
所述密封件承载部包括所述密封件承载部的内表面上的与所述多个流孔口对准的多个槽、以及所述密封件承载部的外表面上的密封件。
18.根据权利要求17所述的喷嘴,其中所述多个槽包括多个拉背槽。
19.根据权利要求17所述的喷嘴,其中所述密封件包括蜂窝状密封件、搭接齿密封件、或者耐磨密封件。
20.根据权利要求17所述的喷嘴,其中所述喷嘴进一步包括多个密封件。
