此外,从现有技术,可知通过与造纸相关的不同填充剂和涂层剂,例如颜料,提高纸制品性能。已知造纸业的宗旨在于为纸制品提供可能最好的性能。

发明目的

本发明基于促进包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中的水去除的方法。根据本发明,在包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中提供具有低分子量且分子量低于10000的阳离子聚电解质,以促进水从该组合物中去除。
优选地,以水悬浮液的形式提供包含微纤化纤维素的组合物。组合物可包含的微纤化纤维素范围为大于0%至小于100%。

在本发明的一个实施方式中,将阳离子聚电解质添加至包含微纤化纤维素的组合物,例如水悬浮液,并将因此形成的组合物添加至纤维组合物,形成纤维混合物。
在上下文中,纤维组合物指的是任何基于纤维的组合物或纸浆,其可由任何植物原料,例如,木质原料,如硬木原料或软木原料,或其他包含纤维例如纤维素纤维的植物原料形成。纤维组合物可为通过化学方法形成的纤维基纸浆,其中纤维彼此分离并利用化学方法通过化学剂除去大部分木质素,所述化学方法可为例如硫酸盐法、亚硫酸盐法、苏打法、基于有机溶剂的方法或本领域本身所熟知的其他化学处理方法。纤维组合物可为通过机械方法例如TMP、PGW、CTMP等等形成的纤维基纸浆。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,基本上在一个步骤中进行水去除处理,以从包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中去除水。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,在至少两个步骤中进行水去除处理,以从包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中去除水。在一个实施方式中,在两个步骤中进行水去除处理。在一个实施方式中,在多于两个的步骤中进行水去除处理。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质为包含至少一种具有低分子量且分子量低于10000的阳离子聚电解质的混合物。在一个实施方式中,阳离子聚电解质混合物包含一种阳离子聚电解质,在一个实施方式中,阳离子聚电解质混合物包含多于一种的阳离子聚电解质。此外,所述混合物可包含其他合适的材料组分。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质基本上是水溶性的。
在一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质具有高的电荷密度,例如>4meq/g。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质具有在0.3和1之间的DS,即取代度,换句话说,全部单体序列(sequence)的带电单体序列部分。
在一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质具有高的甲基含量。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,阳离子聚电解质选自群组:聚凝胺、阳离子淀粉以及它们的不同混合物。还可利用其他的适用于所述目的的阳离子聚电解质化学剂。在一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质为单独的聚凝胺,或在含另一个聚电解质和/或合适材料组分的混合物中的聚凝胺。聚凝胺为聚[(二甲基亚氨基)-1,3-丙二基(二甲基亚氨基)-1,6-己二基溴化物(1:2)](poly[(dimethyliminio)-1,3-propanediyl(dimethyliminio)-1,6-hexanediylbromide(1:2)])。在一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质为单独的阳离子淀粉或在含另一个聚电解质和/或合适材料组分的混合物中的阳离子淀粉。在一个实施方式中,阳离子化学剂可为具有低分子量且分子量低于10000的任何阳离子化学剂。在一个实施方式中,所采用的阳离子聚电解质为线性阳离子聚电解质。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,利用了相对于微纤化纤维素的量化学计量过量的阳离子聚电解质。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所述方法被用于制造纤维悬浮液,该悬浮液包含微纤化纤维素且通过本发明方法从中去除水。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所述方法被用于制造纸浆。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所述方法被用于制造纸。本发明方法可适用于制造不同的纸制品,其中纸制品由纤维基材料形成。上下文中的纸制品指的是任何基于纤维的纸、板或纤维产品或同等产品。纸制品可由化学纸浆、机械纸浆、化学-机械纸浆、再生纸浆、纤维纸浆和/或植物纸浆形成。纸制品可包含合适的填料和添加剂,以及不同的表面处理和涂层剂。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,所述方法被用于制造包含微纤化纤维素的产品,例如用于制造不同的组合物和混合物,优选地,用于制造增稠的组合物和混合物,用于制造不同的薄膜,用于制造不同的组合产品,或用于同等情况。在一个实施方式中,所述方法被用于制造主要包含微纤化纤维素的产品,例如用于制造增稠的微纤丝纤维素悬浮液或用于制造由微纤化纤维素形成的薄膜。
相比现有技术,本发明具有重要优势。
根据本发明,可促进水从含有微纤化纤维素的组合物中去除,即可以增加水去除程度和组合物的干物质含量,并可加快水的去除。
本发明节约了能源、原料和劳动力支出。此外,就运输而言本发明具有显著的经济效益。另外,在不同应用中,本发明更好地利用了微纤化纤维素。
可容易地将本发明方法应用于工业领域。

具体实施方式
借助所附实施例并参照附图,更详细地描述本发明。
实施例1
图2以简图形式示出了本发明其中一个方法的步骤。
在图2所示的方法中,形成了从中去除水的包含微纤化纤维素的纤维产品。首先将微纤化纤维素2添加至纤维组合物1,然后加入阳离子聚电解质3。所采用的阳离子聚电解质为聚凝胺,它的结构显示在图1中,且其具有低分子量且分子量低于10000。通过基于微滤的两步水去除装置4a、4b,从由此形成的纤维混合物中去除水。利用已去除水的纤维混合物制造纤维悬浮液5或纸浆6或利用其制造包含微纤化纤维素的产品7。
实施例2
形成包含微纤化纤维素的悬浮液组合物,其干物质含量为0.2%。
从悬浮液形成2个不同系列的样品,其中第一个样品A不添加阳离子聚电解质而第二个样品B添加10毫克/克作为阳离子聚电解质的聚凝胺。聚凝胺的化学结构被显示在图1中。样品的pH约为8。
利用5微米薄膜和0.5巴(bar)的超压力对所述样品进行微滤,以通过死端过滤将水去除。样品A中的干物质含量约为2%。对样品B,在相似条件下,获得的干物质含量约为30%。可发现,样品B的水去除速率也增加。图3示出了添加阳离子聚电解质对微纤化纤维素固体物质含量的影响。
实施例3
将包含微纤化纤维素和9毫克/克阳离子聚电解质的实施例2的样品B组合物以0至6%添加至纸浆。所采用的纸浆为松树牛皮纸浆,纸浆稠度为0.3%且pH约为8。可发现,相比将微纤化纤维素添加至纸浆而未将阳离子聚电解质添加至纸浆的情况或既没将微纤化纤维素添加至纸浆也没将阳离子聚电解质添加至纸浆的情况,提高了水从纸浆的去除。
图4示出了添加微纤化纤维素和/或阳离子聚电解质对水从松树牛皮纸浆去除的时间的影响。图示出,除微纤化纤维素之外,当将阳离子聚电解质添加至纸浆,水去除的时间减少。
借助负压过滤以及200目筛利用0.15巴的压力差进行水去除。所述过滤为死端型过滤。
另外,在试验中可发现,相比未添加微纤化纤维素的传统纸浆,当将样品B组合物添加至纸浆时,湿强度增加。
在试验中,可发现,聚电解质的阳离子性质和最佳分子量可促进水的去除。
本发明方法作为不同的实施方式适合用于制造大多数不同类型的纤维素基产品。
本发明不仅仅局限于上面提到的实施例;相反地,在权利要求书限定的本发明思想的范围内,许多变化是可能的。
Claims (17)
1.促进包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中的水去除的方法,其特征在于在所述包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中,提供具有低分子量且分子量低于10000的阳离子聚电解质。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的方法,其特征在于利用预定的水去除技术,从所述包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中去除水。
3.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所述组合物为包含微纤化纤维素的纤维混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于将阳离子聚电解质添加至所述包含微纤化纤维素的组合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于首先将所述阳离子聚电解质添加至纤维组合物,然后将微纤化纤维素添加至所述组合物。
6.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于将所述阳离子聚电解质添加至所述包含微纤化纤维素的组合物,然后将它添加至纤维组合物。
7.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于在一个步骤中进行水去除处理,以从所述包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中去除水。
8.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于在至少两个步骤中进行水去除处理,以从所述包含微纤化纤维素的组合物中去除水。
9.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所采用的阳离子聚电解质为包含至少一种具有低分子量且分子量低于10000的阳离子聚电解质的混合物。
10.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所采用的阳离子聚电解质是水溶性的。
11.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所采用的阳离子聚电解质具有0.3和1之间的DS。
12.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所述阳离子聚电解质选自:聚凝胺、阳离子淀粉以及它们的混合物。
13.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于利用相对于微纤化纤维素的量化学计量过量的所述阳离子聚电解质。
14.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所述方法被用于制造纤维悬浮液。
15.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所述方法被用于制造纸浆。
16.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所述方法被用于制造纸。
17.根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其特征在于所述方法被用于制造包含微纤化纤维素的产品。
