As shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a voting system based on RFID-SIM, the system comprising: a mobile phone 1 having an RFID-SIM12 and a first human-machine interface module 11; the system comprises a self-service voting terminal 2 and a voting background server 3. The voting background server 3 issues the voting theme to the corresponding self-service voting terminal 2 through the network, the voter enters the corresponding voting theme through the second man-machine interface module 21 of the self-service voting terminal 2 to vote, and confirms the voting through the communication between the mobile phone 1 with the RFID-SIM12 and the self-service voting terminal 2, and the self-service voting terminal 2 sends the voting result information, or the voting result information and the reward information to the mobile phone 1 with the RFID-SIM12 to complete the voting. Further, the self-service voting terminal 2 further includes: a first communication module 23 for communicating with a network; at least one card reader 22 for communicating with the handset 1 having the RFID-SIM 12.

The RFID-SIM12 is in two-way communication between the mobile phone 1 and the self-service voting terminal 2, and the voting result is displayed on the screen of the mobile phone 1.
The voting method in the application of the invention comprises three processes: voting management process, voting process, and voting statistic process, as shown in FIGS. 1-3.
The voting management process of the invention is carried out according to the following steps, as shown in the attached figure 1:
the voting sponsor generates a voting theme through the voting management module 32 (usually by client login), and the voting theme includes voter scope, voting effective time, voting type, voting content, voting reward method, etc. in step 101.

a first communication module (23) for communicating with a network; at least one card reader (22) for communicating with the handset (1) having an RFID-SIM (12);
the self-service voting terminal (2) also comprises a second human-computer interface module; the voter enters a corresponding voting theme through the second man-machine interface module (21) to vote and then communicates with a card reader (22) of the self-service voting terminal (2) through the mobile phone (1) with the RFID-SIM (12) to confirm the vote;
a voting background server (3);
the voting background server (3) issues the voting theme to the corresponding self-service voting terminal (2) through the network; the voter votes for the corresponding topic through the self-service voting terminal (2) and confirms the vote through the communication between the mobile phone (1) with the RFID-SIM (12) and the self-service voting terminal (2); the self-service voting terminal (2) sends voting result information or voting result information and reward information to the mobile phone (1) with the RFID-SIM (12) to complete voting;
