Abstract
The invention provides a suspension and desk type dual-purpose medical LED reading lamp which comprises a lamp head 1, a bendable supporting arm 2, a control box 3, a suspension part 4 and a base 5, wherein the control box 3, the suspension part 4 and the base 5 can be alternately used; the suspension part 4 is suitable for suspending the LED reading lamp onto a suspension bridge or a suspension tower and a medical appliance with a handle; and the base 5 is suitable for enabling the LED reading lamp to be used on a working table plane. LED light sources are free from flicker and radiation and very strong in light attenuation property, so that the LED light sources influence each other and are weaker when the LED reading lamp is used by patients in the same room. When the LED reading lamp is used in a hospital room, the LED reading lamp is suspended on the medical appliance with the handle through the suspension part or placed on the working plane through the base. In addition, the LED reading lamp can be also suspended on the suspension tower or the suspension bridge through the suspension part.

Technical Field

Preferably, the connecting structure on the control box 3 of the LED reading lamp comprises an accommodating part, a first locking part and a second locking part, wherein the accommodating part is suitable for accommodating a part of the base (5) or a part of the pendant (4); the first locking portion is adapted to fix a portion of the base (5) into the accommodating portion or to fix the second locking portion into the accommodating portion; the second locking portion is suitable for being fixedly connected with the pendant.
Preferably, the base 5 has a bottom surface support portion, an insertion portion protruding from the bottom surface support portion, the insertion portion being adapted to be inserted into an accommodation portion in the control box (3) and fixed to the accommodation portion of the control box 3 by the first locking portion.
Preferably, the accommodating part is a first side edge, a second side edge and a groove formed between the first side edge and the second side edge, the groove can be used for accommodating at least one part of the pendant (4), and the second side edge is further provided with a screw hole suitable for being matched with a locking bolt to lock the pendant (4).
Preferably, the lamp cap 1 comprises an upper plastic part and a lower plastic part, and is made of a polyester transparent material.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 to 3 in conjunction with specific embodiments.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1-2, the LED reading lamp of the present invention comprises a lamp head 1, a flexible supporting arm 2, a control box 3, a hanging member 4, a base 5, etc., wherein the control box hanging member 4 and the base 5 can be used alternatively, the hanging member 4 is suitable for hanging the LED reading lamp on a hanging bridge or a hanging tower and a medical apparatus with a handle, and the base 5 is suitable for using the LED reading lamp on a work table.

the lamp holder 1 is provided with a lampshade outside, the lampshade outside the LED lamp holder comprises an upper plastic part and a lower plastic part, the top of the upper plastic part is sleeved with the lamp holder connected with a power supply, the bottom of the upper plastic part is connected with the lower plastic part, at least one LED is arranged in the lower plastic part in an array mode, and an optical element is arranged below the LED. Preferably, the lampshade is made of polyester transparent plastic, and the polyester transparent plastic material is green, environment-friendly and insulating.
Optionally, the housing may also be made of aluminum alloy for faster heat dissipation.
The lamp holder is provided with the optical filter which can filter out spectral components which have adverse effects on human bodies. The light filter is arranged on the LED device and used for filtering light rays emitted by the LED chip, wherein the light rays emitted by the LED chip are emitted to the outside through the light filter; the optical filter can be added when the LED device is packaged, or can be installed when the LED device is packaged for the second time, or the optical filter is commonly used by a plurality of LED devices. For example, the filter is a transparent substrate formed by COC and having dual functions of cutting off ultraviolet rays and infrared rays, and is plated with an ultraviolet ray cut-off film layer and an infrared ray cut-off film layer on the surface; capable of absorbing light in the short wavelength range with a wavelength of less than 445nm and in the long wavelength range with a wavelength of more than 700 nm. Preferably, the optical filter is detachable, and an optical filter capable of filtering different spectral components can be used according to needs.
The lamp holder is internally provided with a focusing light path, the lighting focusing light path comprises a first lens group with first refractive power, the first lens group is connected with the LED light source in sequence through a light path, light beams can be more focused, energy consumption can be reduced, luminous flux and brightness of an interested area (such as a reading position) can be improved, energy is saved, and influence on patients in the same room can be avoided. Optionally, the illumination focusing optical path has a second lens group of a second refractive power or more.
The control box is provided with an operation panel which is provided with a plurality of buttons, such as a switch button, a focal length adjusting button, a brightness adjusting button, a timing switch setting button and the like.
The control box is internally provided with a control circuit which comprises a rectifying circuit, a constant current control circuit, an MCU control circuit and an LED series circuit, wherein the rectifying circuit is connected with the constant current control circuit, the constant current control circuit is connected with the LED series circuit, the MCU control circuit is connected with the LED series circuit, and a high-brightness LED is used, the driving part adopts a constant current control driving mode, so that the working condition of the LED is not influenced by temperature, the service life of the LED is prolonged, and the LED has uniform brightness due to the adoption of constant current control.
Optionally, the LED control circuit may adopt PWM pulse width modulation, and generate corresponding waveform signals with different duty ratios according to the received 8-bit PWM data; and driving the LED according to the generated waveform signals with different duty ratios. The invention directly drives the LED to the PWM control waveform through the generated waveform signal with variable duty ratio, realizes smoother brightness adjustment of the LED with less control bits, and greatly reduces the requirement on communication speed.
The LED lamp using the structure has stable and reliable performance, low power consumption, long service life, no stroboflash, no radiation and no mutual influence.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 1-2, the LED reading lamp of the present invention comprises a lamp head 1, a flexible supporting arm 2, a control box 3, a hanging member 4, a base 5, etc., wherein the control box hanging member 5 and the base 6 can be used alternatively, the hanging member 4 is suitable for hanging the LED reading lamp on a hanging bridge or a hanging tower and a medical apparatus with a handle, and the base 5 is suitable for using the LED reading lamp on a work table.
The bendable support arm 2 has certain flexibility and certain rigidity, can bear the weight of the lamp holder without external force, keeps the shape of the lamp holder not to deform, and can conveniently adjust the shape of the lamp holder by external force to keep the lamp holder at proper height, position and angle. The first end of the supporting arm 2 is connected with the lamp holder 1, and the other end is connected with one end of the control box 3.
Preferably, the flexible support arm 2 is a serpentine.
Optionally, a handle may be provided on the flexible support arm 2 for the user to hold. A non-slip surface may also be provided on the handle.
Through the structure, medical workers and/or patients can conveniently apply force through holding the handle to adjust the position, height and angle of the lamp holder of the reading lamp, so that a satisfactory reading effect is achieved, and the influence on other patients is reduced.
Third embodiment
As shown in fig. 1-2, the LED reading lamp of the present invention comprises a lamp head 1, a flexible supporting arm 2, a control box 3, a hanging member 4, a base 5, etc., wherein the control box hanging member 5 and the base 6 can be used alternatively, the hanging member 4 is suitable for hanging the LED reading lamp on a hanging bridge or a hanging tower and a medical apparatus with a handle, and the base 5 is suitable for using the LED reading lamp on a work table.
The rear side of the bottom of the control box 3 is provided with a connecting structure for connecting the hanging piece 4 or the base 5, and the connecting structure can be connected with the base 5 and is placed on the working table top through the base; and the hanger 4 can be connected, and the medical equipment such as a suspension bridge, a tower crane and the like can be hung and connected through the hanger 4.
The connecting structure includes an accommodating portion adapted to accommodate a portion of the base 5 or a second locking portion adapted to accommodate and lock a portion of the hanger 4; the first locking portion is adapted to fix a portion of the base (5) into the accommodating portion or to fix the second locking portion into the accommodating portion; the second locking portion is suitable for being fixedly connected with the pendant.
For example, the accommodating portion is a portion recessed from the bottom of one side surface of the control box.
The first locking portion includes a plurality of screw holes provided on a bottom surface of the accommodating portion.
The base 5 has an annular bottom surface support portion, and an insertion portion projecting from the bottom surface support portion, and a plurality of screw holes are provided in the insertion portion, which are provided corresponding to a plurality of screw holes in the first locking portion, and are detachably fixed together by screws.
The second locking part comprises a bottom edge, a first side edge and a second side edge which are arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the bottom edge, and a groove formed by the first side edge, the second side edge and the bottom edge, wherein a plurality of screw holes are formed in the bottom edge, the screw holes are correspondingly arranged with the screw holes in the first locking part, and the screw holes can be detachably fixed together through screws. Which is capable of receiving a portion of the pendant 4. There is also a screw hole on the second side of the underside of the recess adapted to cooperate with a locking bolt to secure the pendant 4 in the second locking portion.
The base 5 may be made of plastic material, but preferably made of metal material, which can lower the center of gravity of the LED reading lamp, making the reading lamp more stable.
The connecting structure is detachably connected with the base 5, so that the connecting structure can be adapted to bases of different forms, and can be connected with the hanging piece 4.
The hanger 4 is a support bar with a third locking device for locking the hanger to medical equipment such as a suspension bridge and/or a tower crane. Alternatively, the third locking device may be a screw, a threaded hole, and an insert, or may be a magnetically attracted member.
The hanging part 4 can be made of plastic materials, but preferably made of metal materials or high-strength plastics, so that the strength of the hanging part can be enhanced, and the hanging of the reading lamp is more stable.
The suspension member 4 may be disposed in a groove in the second locking portion, and the suspension member 4 may be fixed by a locking bolt inserted into a screw hole on the second side.

Claims (10)
1. A medical LED reading lamp, comprising: the LED lamp comprises a lamp cap (1), a bendable supporting arm (2), a control box (3), a hanging piece (4) and a base (5), wherein a light source part in the lamp cap is an LED component; the first end of the flexible supporting arm (2) is connected with the lamp holder (1), and the second end is connected with the control box (3); the control box (3) is provided with a control circuit, and a connecting structure is arranged on the shell of the control box and can be connected with the hanging piece (4) or the base (5) in an exchangeable manner.
2. The LED reading lamp of claim 1, wherein the connection structure on the control box (3) of the LED reading lamp comprises an accommodation portion, a first locking portion and a second locking portion, wherein the accommodation portion is adapted to accommodate a portion of the base (5) or the second locking portion; the first locking portion is adapted to fix a portion of the base (5) into the accommodating portion or to fix the second locking portion into the accommodating portion; the second locking part is suitable for being fixedly connected with the pendant (4).

The LED reading lamp of claim 2, wherein the base (5) has a bottom surface support, an insertion portion protruding from the bottom surface support, the insertion portion being adapted to be inserted into a receiving portion in the control box (3) and fixed to the receiving portion of the control box (3) by the first locking portion.

The LED reading light of claim 2, wherein the receiving portion is a first side, a second side, and a groove formed between the first side and the second side, the groove being capable of receiving at least a portion of the hanging member (4), and wherein the second side further has a screw hole adapted to cooperate with a locking bolt to lock the hanging member (4).
5. The LED reading lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lamp cap (1) comprises an upper plastic part and a lower plastic part, and is made of transparent polyester material.
6. LED reading lamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the lamp base (1) is provided with a filter.
7. LED reading lamp according to claim 1, wherein a lens or a set of lenses gathering the light path is provided in the lamp base (1).
8. The LED reading light of claim 1, wherein the bendable support arm (3) is a serpentine tube.
9. LED reading lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the LED control circuit in the control box (3) is provided with a brightness adjustment module.
10. LED reading lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the LED control circuit in the control box (3) employs PWM pulse width modulation.
