Abstract

本发明公开了一种开颅术后固定装置，由钛板裁切组成，所述固定装置在裁切后的钛板上下两端，分别有一个或一个以上的切口，可以分别进行折弯处理；使用时将颅骨夹在折弯的钛板之间，不借助其它工具，不使用颅骨螺钉，实现颅骨间的固定；本装装置特别适合外科急诊开颅手术和战场条件下的紧急救护。

本发明涉及固定装置，具体涉及一种开颅术后固定装。
背景技术
目前开颅手术后颅骨固定，是使用有小孔的钛板，并配合使用颅骨螺钉对颅骨及颅骨骨瓣进行连接或固定。
钛板配合颅骨螺钉方式固定，需要使用螺丝刀、螺钉盒等工具，手术操作既不方便，又存在螺钉掉落在颅内的风险；手术时间长也增加了颅内感染的机率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种开颅术后固定装置，将开颅手术后颅骨固定。
本发明的开颅术后固定装置，由钛板裁切组成，所述固定装置在裁切后的钛板上下两端，分别有一个或一个以上的切口，可以分别进行折弯处理；使用时将颅骨夹在折弯的钛板之间，不借助其它工具，不使用颅骨螺钉，实现颅骨间的固定；能够简化手术流程，缩短手术时间，降低手术风险和手术感染机率，特别适合外科急诊开颅手术和战场条件下的紧急救护。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种开颅术后固定装置，是经过裁切、折弯处理的钛板。
钛板上下两端，分别有一个或一个以上的切口，经过折弯处理后的钛板，侧视图成“上”字形状，在固定颅骨时，将“上”字钛板上部折弯，使钛板的侧视图成“工”字，颅骨夹在“工”字钛板中部两侧，颅骨不能上下移动，达到固定的效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种开颅术后固定装置，由一块钛板裁切成，其特征是钛板通过裁切，仍然为一个不可分割的整体。
2.权利要求1所述的开颅术后固定装置，在上下两端分别有1个或1个以上的切口。
3.权利要求1所述的开颅术后固定装置，所使用的钛板厚度为0.3毫米到1毫米的板材。
4.权利要求1所述的开颅术后固定装置，所使用的钛板长度为8毫米到60毫米的板材。
5.权利要求1所述的开颅术后固定装置，所使用的钛板宽度为6毫米到50毫米的板材。
6.权利要求1所述的开颅术后固定装置，所使用的钛板裁切后有预弯处理。
