Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
The first embodiment of the method comprises the following steps:
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a communication service session management method of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, the method for managing a communication service session specifically includes:
s101: acquiring a service credit control request initial or update packet message initiated by an access network element, and performing fragmentation distribution and communication line freezing for the service session;
s102: when the fragments are distributed to the last fragment, the information from the fragments to the last fragment is notified to the access network element;
s105: acquiring a communication amount updating notice generated by the access network element according to the notice;
s106: and inquiring all available communication amount information to finish the updating operation of the communication amount of the service conversation.
Between steps S102 and S105, the method further includes:
s103: the access network element receives the information from the fragment to the last fragment;
s104: and starting the telephone traffic return timing according to the information and initiating the notification of real-time communication limit updating. In a specific embodiment, the updated notification includes a real-time increase of the communication credit or a credit return notification.
After the scheme is adopted, the communication service session management method can inform the access network element when the fragments are distributed to the last fragment, the access network element triggers the notification of the credit update, and then the communication credit is increased or returned in real time according to the notification of the credit update.
The second method embodiment:
FIG. 4 is a flow chart diagram illustrating one embodiment of a communication service session management method of the present invention;
the embodiment is used for the conversation service. As shown in fig. 4, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s201: receiving a credit control request initial or update packet message initiated by an access network element, specifically, a user sends a service use application to the access network element, and the access network element sends a credit control request initial packet message CCR (initial) to a communication service session management device;
or, the user sends a service continuous application to the access network element, and the access network element sends a credit control request update packet message CCR (update) to the communication service session management device;
s202: according to the initial or update package message, carrying out fragment distribution and corresponding communication quota freezing on the corresponding conversation service;
specifically, when there is available communication limit, the communication service session management device authenticates the credit control request initial or update package message, and performs call fragment management and corresponding communication limit management on the authenticated message, including:
when the service is initial, the fragment distribution and the charge accounting management are carried out according to the credit control request initial packet message, namely the fragment distribution is carried out on the current conversation and the corresponding communication credit limit is frozen, or,
when the service is continuously applied, carrying out fragment distribution and communication amount management according to the credit control request update packet message, namely distributing to a corresponding call fragment and freezing the corresponding communication amount, and simultaneously deducting the frozen communication amount of the previous fragment, wherein the deduction can be omitted or can be carried out after the call service is finished;
in addition, in the preferred embodiment, before acquiring the next service credit control request update packet message, the service session is pre-distributed in segments and the corresponding communication quota is frozen;
after receiving the credit control request update package message initiated by the access network element, corresponding service fragment distribution and corresponding communication line freezing are carried out.
By the method, the continuity service of communication can be better provided for the user, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
And after the corresponding fragment is successfully allocated, the communication service session management device returns a credit control response initial cca (initial) or an update packet message cca (update) to the access gateway, and the access network element controls the user to start using the service.
S203: acquiring that the current fragment is the last fragment, and informing an access network element of information from the fragment to the last fragment;
in particular, the message is communicated to the access network element by means of the aforementioned credit control answer initial cca (initial) or update package message cca (update);
s204: the access network element receives the last fragment information sent by the communication service session management device, starts timing and initiates a real-time communication limit updating notice to the communication service session management device;
s205: the communication service session management device receives a real-time communication limit updating notice returned by the access network element according to the information;
s206: acquiring the current accumulated communication limit of all the frozen and/or pre-frozen fragments of the user;
judging whether to update the communication quota according to the fragment accumulated communication quota and a preset communication quota management policy, wherein the communication quota management policy can be judged according to the subscription relationship of the user, for example,
s207: judging whether the current all frozen and/or pre-frozen fragment accumulated communication quota of the user meets the requirement of updating;
wherein, when the return requirement is reached, S208: and executing the returning or updating operation, otherwise, determining that the returning fails.
Specifically, in an embodiment, determining whether to perform an update operation of the communication amount according to the fragment cumulative communication amount and a preset communication amount management policy further includes:
and judging whether all the frozen and/or pre-frozen fragment accumulated communication quota reaches a preset communication quota updating threshold value or not, and performing updating operation of the communication quota.
S209: transmitting the message of successful communication amount updating or returning to the access network element;
s210: the access network element judges whether the communication amount is updated or returned overtime, specifically, after receiving the message of successful return, the access network element needs to judge that the telephone traffic is returned and does not exceed the set time, and after the time limit is not exceeded;
s211: the access network element initiates a credit control request update packet message according to the existing flow, and continues to provide service for the user, otherwise, a credit control request termination packet message is sent to inform the termination of the whole service.
And, the method further comprises:
acquiring a credit control request termination packet message initiated by an access network element;
and carrying out settlement or rollback operation of the communication quota according to all the frozen and/or pre-frozen fragment accumulated communication quota of the user in the service session.
The embodiment of the method further overcomes the defect that the prior art adopts off-line charging return, so that the communication quota does not need to be updated or returned for calculation after the communication of the user is finished, thereby improving the continuity of the communication of the user and improving the satisfaction degree of the user.
The above steps S206 to S208 are further described;
in the preferred embodiment, after the communication fragment is allocated and the corresponding communication amount is frozen, the frozen communication amount of the previous fragment needs to be deducted.
Therefore, when determining whether to perform a communication quota updating operation, for example, when consuming an XX-element service, it may be determined according to all currently deducted fragmented communication quota of the user, specifically as follows:
setting two updating thresholds of the communication amount, wherein the first threshold is a preprocessing threshold, the second threshold is a starting operation threshold, and the second threshold can be equal to the sum of a preprocessing fragment communication amount and the first threshold, so that when the current all deducted fragment accumulated communication amounts of the user reach the first threshold, the communication amount is updated and preprocessed;
when all the deducted fragment accumulated communication lines reach a second threshold value, carrying out actual communication line updating operation; and after the user communication service is finished, carrying out a settlement step of the communication amount to obtain the communication amount actually deducted by the user.
In addition, after the above method is adopted, the communication amount actually deducted by the user last may be smaller than the second threshold, so that after the session is ended, a rollback operation for updating the preprocessed amount according to the communication amount actually deducted by the user last is required.
In addition, in the process of a multi-service session, the first threshold may be set to be the maximum value obtained by subtracting the fragmentation quotas of the service fragments of multiple services from the second threshold, which is not described in detail herein.
Because the embodiment judges according to the deducted fragment accumulated communication amount of the user, the calculation is simpler; in addition, the embodiment can meet the requirements of real-time performance and continuity of the communication service of the user by means of the preprocessing operation.
The present invention is described in detail below with specific embodiments of online charging, but it should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the online charging service shown in the following embodiments, and may be applied to any communication service.
