技术领域
本发明涉及一种电镀用挂具,属于电解镀覆用电解槽的结构件技术领域。 
背景技术
挂具是电镀不可缺少的工具,挂具在电镀生产中主要起导电、支撑和固定零件的作用,挂具和电极相连接,使电流较均匀地传递到零件上进行电镀。在某些情况下,由于溶液性能限制镀层的均匀分布,还可依靠挂具来弥补。因此,挂具的结构将直接影响到镀件的质量。 
电镀挂具应具有足够的机械强度和良好的导电性能;并要求重量轻、面积小、坚固耐用、装卸零件方便、装载量适当等。 
据申请人了解,现有的电镀挂不容易在不破坏立柱的绝缘性的前提下,满足不同尺寸挂件的需要。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术不足,提出一种电镀用钛挂具。 
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种电镀用钛挂具,包括相对设置的两个立柱和设置于两个立柱之间的挂梁,所述挂梁上固定有挂钩,所述每个立柱包括顶端相互铰接且与电极连接的左右立柱,所述左右立柱的下端通过用于调节左右立柱张开角度的弧形调节板连接。 
由于设有弧形调节板连接左右立柱,通过弧形调节板调节左右立柱张开角度,在不破坏左右立柱的绝缘性的前提下,调节左右立柱张开角度,使得挂梁满足不同尺寸挂件的需要。 
上述技术方案的改进是:所述挂钩是悬挂式挂钩。 
由于挂钩是悬挂式挂钩,镀件与挂钩采用自由悬挂法,即将挂钩挂在零件的孔内或适当的位置,零件挂上后既能活动又不致脱落,抖动挂具时还能转换其接触点,这种挂钩装卸方便,镀件上挂具印迹不明显。

本实施例的电镀用钛挂具,如图1所示,包括相对设置的两个立柱1和设置于两个立柱之间的挂梁2。 
挂梁2上固定有挂钩,每个立柱1包括顶端相互铰接且与电极连接的左立柱1-1和右立柱1-2,左立柱1-1和右立柱1-2的下端通过用于调节左、右立柱张开角度的弧形调节板3连接。 
挂钩采用悬挂式挂钩。镀件与挂钩采用自由悬挂法,即将挂钩挂在零件的孔内或适当的位置,零件挂上后既能活动又不致脱落,抖动挂具时还能转换其接触点,这种挂钩装卸方便,镀件上挂具印迹不明显。 
使用时,通过弧形调节板3调节左立柱1-1和右立柱1-2张开角度,在不破坏左立柱1-1和右立柱1-2的绝缘性的前提下,调节左立柱1-1和右立柱1-2张开角度,使得挂梁2满足不同尺寸挂件的需要。 
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种电镀用钛挂具,包括相对设置的两个立柱和设置于两个立柱之间的挂梁,所述挂梁上固定有挂钩,其特征在于:所述每个立柱包括顶端相互铰接且与电极连接的左右立柱,所述左右立柱的下端通过用于调节左右立柱张开角度的弧形调节板连接。
2.如权利要求1所述电镀用钛挂具,其特征在于:所述挂钩是悬挂式挂钩。
