Summary of the invention
The objective of the invention is to develop in this way the universal automotive seat part that is provided with liner, so particularly the integral body manufacturing of automotive seat is easier, makes thus the manufacturing of automotive seat more economically.
The objective of the invention is to realize by automotive seat, these automotive seat comprise that a seat part, a back part and are used for decorating the liner part of this seat part, wherein this liner part comprises that a liner part cladding element, is used for supporting bearing bed element, a liner chipware, a main packing element and an isolation layer of this liner cover element, and wherein this main packing element is spaced apart by this isolation layer and this bearing bed element, this liner chipware and this liner part cladding element. These automotive seat are characterised in that, this isolation layer has a gapless isolation layer element, and its form with a band-type product directly is arranged on this main packing element continuously.
Because this isolation layer has a gapless isolation layer element that is set to a band-type product, this current liner part can be carried out the integral type manufacturing with a mode simple in structure, therefore also simple and easy especially aspect manufacturing process, this is very important, especially in the situation that component count is relatively high all the more so, and provide substantial competitive edge.
In addition, therefore this gapless isolation layer is durable in particular, when its continuous setting, also or when being wholely set, be all desirable actv. in the whole useful life of these automotive seat, therefore just can be rendered as homogeneous attribute and this main packing element interaction.
Term in the invention context " liner part " expression one parts, these automotive seat are loaded onto liner by these parts. In this respect, this liner part can be arranged on that this seat is partly gone up and/or this back part on, thereby make these automotive seat more comfortable for a user.Preferably, current liner part is arranged on the seat part at least.
Term in the invention context " liner chipware " represents another element of another functional area or this hub sections.Make in this way automotive seat liner part, and seat part and back part on realize particularly preferred firm comformability.
Preferably, the liner chipware by have more perforate thus very ventilative material make, therefore can realize particularly preferred permeability to air on this seat, especially in the zone of direct seat surface, also or at this interlayer and/or this back part of this seat part.
Preferably, this liner chipware comprises foamed materials, a reticulated polymer foam or an interval shape fabric of a cutting, and the mode with a simple structure just can produce this liner chipware with excellent air permeability like this.
In this respect, existing liner chipware is preferably a liner chipware that possesses fine air permeability.
If ventilative liner chipware integrates especially, and is only partly to insert liner part, this will be very favourable, and this liner chipware need not to be arranged under the whole seat integral surface of these automotive seat like this.Preferably, existing liner chipware is along this seat part and/or this back part longitudinal extension, close to the center of the cushion surface of this seat part and/or this back part.So just can reduce costs further.
In the present embodiment, if the thickness of this liner chipware (contains 3mm and 50mm) between 3mm to 50mm, the seat comfort degree can additionally be adjusted by the load on desired use and automotive seat, preferably the thickness of this liner chipware (contains 15mm and 25mm) between 15mm to 25mm, and this desirable liner chipware thickness (contains 20mm and 25mm) between 20mm to 25mm
It has been found that, if the thickness of this liner chipware is greater than the twice of the thickness of this bearing bed element, being preferably more than three times of thickness of this bearing bed element, will be favourable, because can realize in this manner a general firm comformability especially in the zone of this liner chipware.
If the thickness of this liner chipware is less than the thickness of this main packing element of 3/4ths, particularly the thickness less than half or this main packing element still less is more favorably. Therefore confirmablely be, if this main packing element is enough high or thick, even this liner part is made as a whole also possess good inherent strength or enough toughness and dimensional stabilitys under top load, because this liner chipware is softer than the material of main packing element, this is due to its larger open porosity.
The thickness of this liner chipware, this bearing bed element and this main packing element is substantially perpendicular to this liner cover element or be positioned on the direction of smooth seat surface of this interlayer region and record.
In this respect, this Breathable sealing gasket chipware that provides in a preferred embodiment comprises an open-cell material main body as main packing element.
In the present invention, this term " main packing element " comprises any device, can make this seat part or this back part be coated and load onto liner by a basic liner respectively in a larger zone by this device. This main packing element is made by reaction mixture usually, for example cold foaming composition. But it also can be made by other material that can be attached to well on the single isolation layer element of gapless.Preferably, this main packing element also can efficiently be made with thermal foam liner or vacuum foam backing.
When this Breathable sealing gasket chipware be foam-back constantly, unexpectedly touch the hole of this Breathable sealing gasket chipware or this bearing bed element for the reaction mixture that prevents from adopting in the present embodiment, especially, if this liner chipware is spaced apart by this isolation layer and this main packing element, will be very favourable.
In the present embodiment, this liner cover element can comprise that one is used for textile material, leather substance or the analogue of automotive seat.
Preferably, the characteristics of this liner cover element are that wherein a thickness (comprises 0.3mm and 10mm) between 0.3mm to 10mm, or desirable thickness (comprises 0.6mm and 6mm) between 0.6mm to 6mm separately, softer like this liner chipware can be looped around the seat surface side in a kind of especially firmly mode, and it does as a whole more firmly supported.
Preferably, especially relevant to this main packing element from unit, its underpart for from this liner cover element of space isolation, if on this liner cover element, an isolation layer is set with this purpose, will be very favourable.
Term described in the present invention " lower unit ", in general, be one this be provided with the device of the automotive seat part of liner, it can be fixed on a supporting construction of this automotive seat part by these parts.Particularly, this lower unit also comprises securing device, and those securing devices can also embed in the foam of this main packing element, for example iron beam or analogue.
Correspondingly, a upper unit of this liner part is arranged on the upside of this lower unit.A material knitting of this liner part described in term described in the present invention " upper unit ", this liner part is made by this liner cover element, this bearing bed element, this liner chipware and this isolation layer element at least, and this material knitting is arranged on this main packing element.
Term described in the present invention " strip-shaped product " refers to individual elements, and it comprises the material knitting, can become coil or analogous shape by scrolling under any condition. In this respect, also can refer to the unlimited strip-shaped product that extends with regard to existing strip-shaped product.
In the present invention, if this isolation layer has a single isolation layer element, this isolation layer can obtain easily, and this single isolation layer element is arranged to a strip-shaped product continuously on this main packing element." seamless " described in the present invention refers to become one to have the continuous integral body of a homogeneous this single isolation layer arrangements of components.
If this isolation layer element comprises a polyurethane film, its thickness is between 0.25 μ m to 1.5 μ m especially, will be more favourable.Apparently, if it has enough tear resistances, other films are also favourable.Because this film is gapless, enough tear resistances can only be realized by structure.
The invention provides in this case a particularly preferred embodiment, this isolation layer element and this liner chipware interval setting.Because the liner core parts arrange in the middle of this liner part substantially relatively, if the top of this isolation layer element is arranged with this liner cover element, the below of this isolation layer element is arranged with this bearing bed element, is very favourable with regard to a robust secure localization of pulsation-free.
In addition, if another packing element of this upper unit is arranged on midway location, the pressure load that this liner chipware is applied on this isolation layer can pass to this gapless isolation layer element better. In this respect, may be favourable if be arranged on another liner part element of this upper unit between this isolation layer element and this liner chipware.Unexpectedly, can reduce significantly like this risk that this isolation layer element is torn in advance at the outer ledge place of less liner chipware.
Therefore this bearing bed element preferably is arranged between this isolation layer element and this liner chipware, can realize thus the layer structure of a upper unit on this liner part, and its size is stable and durable especially.
In this respect, according to a further aspect in the invention, a kind of by automotive seat part for the manufacture of being provided with liner method realizes this purpose, wherein at least one liner cover element, be used for to support the bearing bed element of this liner cover element and an isolation layer element and is connected to each other and forms a material knitting, a thereby upper unit that forms this automotive seat part that is provided with liner, and wherein a liner chipware with the form of a strip-shaped product, embeds between liner cap member and bearing bed element at least in part.
If this liner chipware is embedded between this liner cover element and this bearing bed element, it is more lasting that the function of this isolation layer element can keep especially. In addition, if this liner chipware and the direct adjacency of this liner cover element, the firm conformability of automotive seat accesses further raising.
Therefore, if this liner chipware embeds this upper unit, and a single isolation layer element is arranged between this upper unit and lower unit continuously, will be very favourable.
It may be noted that also in the present invention that if this liner chipware is arranged on limit away from this isolation layer element of this main packing element be also very favourable. Therefore the manufacturing process of this liner part can obtain substantial simplification.
Preferably, this liner cover element, this bearing bed element and this isolation layer element are also strip-shaped product, this upper unit can be easily launched by the corresponding coil of wire or analogous shape like this, thereby can they directly be linked together with a suitable connection mode scene. For example, especially a hot glue laminating, zone of flame platen press or other method. Thus the manufacture method of this liner part can configure ground considerably favourable.
In this respect, correspondingly this liner part cladding element, this bearing bed element and/or this liner chipware that provide of another preferred embodiment made by a strip-shaped product.
If a main packing element takes shape on this isolation layer element as a bottom cell foam of this automobile seat cushion unit, so that this main packing element is partly gone up by this isolation layer element and this automotive seat that are provided with liner and all upper unit elements of being positioned at this main packing element top are isolated fully, with regard to the process that forms a liner part, the upper unit of all being made by the material knitting can be completed more easily.
In addition, be favourable if this isolation layer element is set directly on this bearing bed element and/or this main packing element. On the one hand, with regard to this bearing bed element operation, this isolation layer element can be used very easily as previously mentioned. On the other hand, with regard to this process, this main packing element as above perhaps can be foam-formed in this isolation layer element simply.
Also it is pointed out that in this if this bearing bed element can comprise the layered laminate foamed plastic, and especially its thickness (to comprise 1mm and 10mm) between 1mm to 10mm be favourable. In the present embodiment, the layered laminate foamed plastic can be made together with this isolation layer element efficiently, for example as a precast segment unit.
In another preferred embodiment, this packing element comprises a drafting apparatus, this drafting apparatus comprises at least one breather port, and this breather port runs through the isolation layer that this main packing element extends to better fully ventilative Breathable sealing gasket chipware, this isolation layer element by ventilative liner chipware below or extends at least this liner part. Therefore, can make this better Breathable sealing gasket chipware realize a kind of air supply of dependable performance by a kind of structurally very simple mode.
Preferably, a large amount of breather ports can be set, can realize so the better ductility of this liner chipware and the good ventilation that obtains thus.
If the isolation layer of this liner part is provided with the hole in the zone of this drafting apparatus, especially in the vent region of this drafting apparatus, the air that flows through this breather port also can unhinderedly flow through this isolation layer by milli.
In this respect, be very favorable if the isolation layer of a punching in the zone is arranged on midway location, particularly between this liner chipware and this main packing element.
These holes can adopt suitable mould to make during a reaction mixture foaming or after foaming, make such as burning, punching, the mode such as hole or mill.
According to a further aspect in the invention, its purpose is also to realize by present automotive seat for the manufacture of being provided with liner method partly, and wherein at least one is used for making the breather port that this liner chipware ventilates to be introduced into this main packing element.By such process, this liner part that is used for these automotive seat can be improved and further development in an easy and economic especially mode.
In another useful derived scheme of the method, this isolation layer that is comprised of the single isolated component of gapless is applied to this liner chipware or this bearing bed element, rely on this mode, can prevent effectively that the isolation layer of a reaction mixture from infiltrating through in the hole of this liner chipware.
In order to obtain air inerchange preferably between this breather port and this liner chipware, perhaps provide very ozone to this liner chipware, if this isolation layer that provides can not be breathed freely fully, can carry out other punching to this isolation layer at those disposed at air vents.
In the present invention, purpose of the present invention also can partly realize by general automotive seat that are provided with liner, its characteristics are that these automotive seat that are provided with liner partly have the liner chipware that another is different from this main packing element, connect betwixt in contact area, this main packing element has a drafting apparatus for this liner chipware ventilation.Wherein, ideally, this liner chipware directly is adjacent to a bearing bed element of this liner cover element, and by this isolation layer and this bearing bed element make this liner chipware and this main packing element spaced apart, in addition selectively, near the opening part the breather port of this drafting apparatus carries out punching to this isolation layer at least.By adopting such preferred structure, this structure and manufacturing that is provided with the automotive seat part of liner can be easy especially.
According to a further aspect in the invention, the object of the invention also can be by realizing a main packing element of a liner automotive seat part as the drafting apparatus of a liner chipware, and the ventilation of this liner chipware is arranged near this main packing element. Therefore in order to make the drafting apparatus of this type with this, especially, it is favourable providing fresh air to this liner chipware, and it is necessary only having in fact this main packing element. Therefore, with additional drafting apparatus arrangement of components this main packing element place or in be favourable.
