Abstract

一种口腔修复瓷材料,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:Y2O30.20-5.00%、HfO20.10-5.00%、Al2O30.10-6.50%、SiO20.80-2.70%、余量为ZrO2。本发明的口腔修复瓷材料包含了ZrO2陶瓷的优秀性能,生物相容性良好,具有高硬度,高强度,高韧性,极高的耐磨性及耐化学腐蚀性等优秀性质,加工性好;而且光学性能良好,折射、散射系数与牙本体组织相近,可以再现天然牙的透明度,色泽。此外由于本发明的口腔修复瓷材料使用时烧结成瓷块,不含金属材料,不会有金属离子释放造成牙龈的变色和炎症,不会影响核磁共振和CT检查。

技术领域
本发明涉及牙科修复领域,特别是涉及口腔修复瓷材料及其应用。
背景技术
牙病是一种常见的病患,发病率很高。牙体缺损、牙列缺失则在牙病中的十分常见,通常采用义齿进行修复。
烤瓷牙是一种常用的义齿,烤瓷牙由内部的金属基底层和外部的瓷层两层构成,根据其金属基底冠材料的不同分为三类:贵金属合金烤瓷冠(以金合金烤瓷冠为代表),非贵金属合金烤瓷冠(以镍铬合金烤瓷冠、口腔修复瓷材料烤瓷冠为代表),钛合金烤瓷冠。
烤瓷牙由于内部的金属基底层的存在,在临床使用中发现烤瓷牙存在以下问题:第一,在口腔的特殊环境中,由于金属的腐蚀与金属离子的释放造成牙龈的变色和炎症。第二,由于金属基底的透光性差,使烤瓷牙颜色缺乏深度,和其他牙齿差异较为明显,影响美观。第三,口腔内烤瓷牙的存在影响核磁共振和CT检查。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对烤瓷牙的合金对牙龈的影响、不美观以及影响检查的问题,提供一种不含金属的口腔修复瓷材料。
一种口腔修复瓷材料,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:Y2O30.20-5.00%、HfO20.10-5.00%、Al2O30.10-6.50%、SiO20.80-2.70%、余量为ZrO2
在其中一些实施例中,所述口腔修复瓷材料包括以下组分:Y2O31.20-3.00%、HfO22.00-4.00%、Al2O32.10-5.00%、SiO21.50-2.50%、余量为ZrO2
在其中一个实施例中,所述口腔修复瓷材料包括以下组分:Y2O32.00%、HfO23.50%、Al2O34.50%、SiO22.30%、余量为ZrO2
本发明还提供了上述的口腔修复瓷材料在冠、固定桥、贴面、嵌体修复中的应用。
本发明的口腔修复瓷材料包含Y2O3、HfO2、Al2O3、SiO2以及ZrO2组分。各组分的功效如下:
ZrO2含量最高,是组成口腔修复瓷材料的主体部分,ZrO2烧结成致密的陶瓷,具有良好的生物相容性,而且硬度、强度、韧性高,耐磨性及耐化学腐蚀性强;ZrO2陶瓷具有良好的光学性能,折射、散射系数与牙本体组织相近。
Y2O3掺杂在ZrO2中,提高ZrO2的化学相容性,从而提高口腔修复瓷材料的稳定性。
HfO2不溶于盐酸和硝酸,提高了口腔修复瓷材料的耐酸性。
Al2O3掺杂在ZrO2中,改善了口腔修复瓷材料的稳定性。
SiO2能降低ZrO2的烧结温度和硬度,由于烧结致密的ZrO2陶瓷具有很高的硬度和强度,因而切削加工困难,适当的降低烧结温度和硬度,在保证口腔修复瓷材料的良好机械性能的基础上,赋予了较好的加工性能。
本发明的口腔修复瓷材料包含了ZrO2陶瓷的优秀性能,生物相容性良好,具有高硬度,高强度,高韧性,极高的耐磨性及耐化学腐蚀性等优秀性质,加工性能好;而且光学性能良好,折射、散射系数与牙本体组织相近,可以再现天然牙的透明度,色泽。此外由于本发明的口腔修复瓷材料使用时烧结成瓷块,不含金属材料,不会有金属离子释放造成牙龈的变色和炎症,不会影响核磁共振和CT检查。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1口腔修复瓷材料
本实施例的口腔修复瓷材料,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:Y2O30.20%、HfO25.00%、Al2O36.50%、SiO22.70%、余量为ZrO2。实施例2口腔修复瓷材料
本实施例的口腔修复瓷材料,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:Y2O33.00%、HfO22.00%、Al2O35.00%、SiO21.50%、余量为ZrO2
实施例3口腔修复瓷材料
本实施例的口腔修复瓷材料,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:Y2O32.00%、HfO23.50%、Al2O34.50%、SiO22.30%、余量为ZrO2
实施例4力学性能测试
对实施例1、2、3的口腔修复瓷材料的抗拉强度、热膨胀系数、洛氏硬度、屈服强度进行检测。检测结果如表1。

从表1可看出实施例1、2、3的口腔修复瓷材料的抗拉强度大,线膨胀系数小,洛氏硬度大,屈服强度大,表明本发明的口腔修复瓷材料具有高硬度,高强度,高韧性的特性。
实施例5耐腐性测试
取实施例1、2、3的口腔修复瓷材料进行人工唾液腐蚀失重实验,考察上述口腔修复瓷材料的耐腐蚀性。结果如表2所示。

从表2可看出实施例1、2、3的口腔修复瓷材料具有优秀的耐腐蚀性。
实施例6折光率测试
采用WYA-ZT上海精科自动阿贝折射仪(恒温)在室温下测定实施例1、2、3的口腔修复瓷材料的折光率,另外选择了3名志愿者,测定志愿者的牙本体的折光率。结果如表3。

由表3可知实施例1、2、3的口腔修复瓷材料的折光率与人体的牙本体的折光率相近。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
