In order to enable terminals at close distance to conveniently find a communication partner of D2D and further establish a connection to realize D2D transmission, the main method adopted at present is to transmit a signal on a fixed time-frequency resource by one of the terminals, and then receive the signal by the other terminals so as to complete matching between the D2D communication terminals.
However, a very important requirement of the D2D communication technology based on the Long Term Evolution (LTE) system is that D2D transmission performed between D2D devices needs to be controlled by the network, so if the current method of performing signal transmission on a fixed time-frequency resource by one of the terminals is adopted, it is very unfavorable for the network to perform corresponding control on D2D transmission.
In addition, under the condition that the current spectrum resources are very tight, the signal transmission performed by a certain terminal on the fixed time-frequency resources will also possibly bring serious interference to other user signals, and the utilization efficiency of the spectrum resources is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention

8. The D2D transmission list information sending method of claim 2 or 5, wherein the base station sends feedback information to the D2D device according to the D2D transmission list information authorization request, specifically:
and the base station determines the information contained in the feedback information according to the information contained in the D2D transmission list information authorization request and the system load condition.
9. The D2D transportation list information sending method of claim 1, 2 or 5, wherein the feedback information includes an authorization identifier indicating that when the D2D transportation list information authorization request is accepted, the D2D device sends D2D transportation list information, and the method further comprises: and the D2D equipment sends the D2D transmission list information according to one or more of the transmission quantity, the transmission type, the transmission range, the transmission object, the duration, the time-frequency resource, the sending mode, the sending power and the D2D temporary ID.
10. The method for transmitting D2D playlist information according to claim 1, 2 or 5, wherein the D2D device does not transmit D2D playlist information when the grant flag contained in the feedback information indicates that the D2D grant request is rejected;
the feedback information includes a back-off time delay, and the method further includes: and re-sending the D2D transmission list information authorization request to the base station according to the backoff delay.
11. A D2D transmission list information transmission system, comprising: D2D devices and base stations; wherein:
the D2D device, configured to send a D2D transmission list information authorization request to the base station, and send or not send D2D transmission list information according to the feedback information of the base station;
the base station is used for sending feedback information to the D2D equipment according to the D2D transmission list information authorization request;
wherein, the D2D transmission refers to the specific service data content transmitted between the D2D devices.
12. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 11, wherein the D2D transmission list information authorization request includes one or more of the following information: request identification, D2D device type, number of transmissions, transmission type, duration, transmission range, and transmission object.
13. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 12, wherein,
the D2D device, further configured to send multiple information to the base station at the same time when the D2D transmission list information authorization request includes multiple information in request identification, D2D device type, transmission number, transmission type, duration, transmission range and transmission object, or send the multiple information to the base station at different times in batches after freely combining the multiple information.
14. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 12 or 13, wherein,
the D2D device is further configured to transmit a list information authorization request over one or more bearers D2D of the following messages: RACH preamble message, UCI message, uplink MAC message and uplink RRC message.
15. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 11, wherein the feedback information includes one or more of the following information: authorization identification, time-frequency resource, sending mode, duration, transmitting power, D2D temporary ID and back-off delay.
16. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 15, wherein,
the base station is further configured to send multiple types of information to the D2D device at the same time when the feedback information includes multiple types of information in an authorization identifier, a time-frequency resource, a sending manner, a duration, a transmission power, a D2D temporary ID, and a backoff delay, or send the multiple types of information to the D2D device in batches at different times after the multiple types of information are freely combined.
17. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 15 or 16, wherein,
the base station is further configured to carry the feedback information through one or more of the following messages: DCI messages, downlink MAC messages, and downlink RRC messages.
18. The D2D transmission list information transmission system according to claim 12 or 15, wherein,
the base station is further used for determining information contained in the feedback information according to information contained in the D2D transmission list information authorization request and system load conditions.
19. The D2D transfer list information transmission system according to claim 11, 12 or 15, wherein,
the D2D device, further configured to send D2D transport list information when the authorization identifier included in the feedback information indicates acceptance of the D2D transport list information authorization request; and transmitting the D2D transmission list information according to one or more of the transmission quantity, the transmission type, the transmission range, the transmission object, the duration, the time-frequency resource, the transmission mode, the transmission power and the D2D temporary ID.
20. The D2D transfer list information transmission system according to claim 11, 12 or 15, wherein,
the D2D device, further configured to not send the D2D transport list information when the authorization flag included in the feedback information indicates that the D2D transport list information authorization request is rejected; and the feedback information comprises a back-off time delay, and the D2D transmission list information authorization request is sent to the base station again according to the back-off time delay.
