Abstract
一种薄壁拉式传感器,包括一个弹性体,弹性体的两侧设有第一受力端和第二受力端,弹性体中部上下两面设有第一盲孔和第二盲孔,第一盲孔和第二盲孔之间设有薄壁,薄壁上贴有电阻应变片,当传感器受拉时,电阻应变片阻值发生变化,输出与拉力值相应的电压信号,电阻应变片贴在第一盲孔和第二盲孔的之间的薄壁上,而薄壁仅承受整个拉力的极小部分,故安全过载能力大为提高。

本发明涉及一种薄壁拉式传感器。
背景技术
传统的拉式传感器的安全过载能力差。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种薄壁拉式传感器,抗偏栽能力强。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种薄壁拉式传感器,包括一个弹性体2,弹性体2的两侧设有第一受力端3和第二受力端4,弹性体2中部上下两面设有第一盲孔5和第二盲孔6,第一盲孔5和第二盲孔6之间设有薄壁1,薄壁1上贴有电阻应变片7。
本发明中电阻应变片7贴在第一盲孔5和第二盲孔6的之间的薄壁1上,而薄壁1仅承受整个拉力的极小部分,故安全过载能力大为提高。

参照附图,一种薄壁拉式传感器,包括一个弹性体2,弹性体2的两侧设有第一受力端3和第二受力端4,弹性体2中部上下两面设有第一盲孔5和第二盲孔6,第一盲孔5和第二盲孔6之间设有薄壁1,薄壁1上贴有电阻应变片7。
当传感器受拉时,电阻应变片7阻值发生变化,输出与拉力值相应的电压信号,电阻应变片7贴在第一盲孔5和第二盲孔6的之间的薄壁1上,而薄壁1仅承受整个拉力的极小部分,故安全过载能力大为提高。

1.一种薄壁拉式传感器,包括一个弹性体(2),其特征在于:弹性体(2)的两侧设有第一受力端(3)和第二受力端(4),弹性体(2)中部上下两面设有第一盲孔(5)和第二盲孔(6),第一盲孔(5)和第二盲孔(6)之间设有薄壁(1),薄壁(1)上贴有电阻应变片(7)。
