Abstract
本发明提供了一种手柄枢轴结构,包括:销及设置在手柄上与所述销枢轴配接的圆孔,其特征在于:所述销上设有一个周向凹槽,所述圆孔上设有一个U形缺口及与该U形缺口对应的断口,所述销的直径大于所述圆孔的直径。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:能够有效地防止枢轴销脱落,结构简单实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用闭合器的手柄枢轴结构,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
目前,对食道、胃、肠道等生理组织进行外科手术吻合时,经常使用外科手术闭合器进行吻合,其中,医用直线型闭合器是较为重要的一种。然而,在实际生产或运输过程中,医用直线型闭合器的手柄与支架的枢轴销经常会脱落,导致器械还未使用就报废,造成了很大的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题,提供一种结构简单安全的手柄枢轴结构。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种手柄枢轴结构,包括:销及设置在手柄上与所述销枢轴配接的圆孔,其特征在于:所述销上设有一个周向凹槽,所述圆孔上设有一个U形缺口及与该U形缺口对应的断口,所述销的直径大于所述圆孔的直径。
优选的,所述周向凹槽的直径等于或小于所述圆孔的直径。
优选的,所述U形缺口与断口位于同一条直线上,所述U形缺口设置在圆孔靠近手柄内腔的一侧,所述断口设置圆孔远离手柄内腔的一侧。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:能够有效地防止枢轴销脱落,结构简单实用。

具体实施方式
本发明揭示了一种医用闭合器的手柄枢轴结构,如图1所示,包括销1及设置在手柄2上与所述销1枢轴配接的圆孔3,所述销1上设有一个周向凹槽4。所述圆孔3设置在一手柄2的固定片7上,所述固定片7设于手柄2的内部,且向外延伸。
所述圆孔3上设有一个U形缺口5及与该U形缺口对应的断口6,所述U形缺口5与断口6位于同一条直线上,所述U形缺口5设置在圆孔3靠近手柄2内腔的一侧,所述断口6设置圆孔3远离手柄2内腔的一侧,且使所述固定片7的最外侧分叉。
所述销1的直径大于所述圆孔3的直径。所述周向凹槽4的直径等于或小于所述圆孔3的直径。
装配中,通过断口6可以使所述固定片7在微张的情况下装入销1,然后在U形缺口5的作用下,该固定片7在适当变形情况下也不会裂开,即增大了固定片的弹性变形能力。而当销1装入圆孔3中后,如图2所示,周向凹槽4与圆孔3配接,而销1的直径大于所述圆孔3的直径,使销1不能左右滑动,即不会轻易脱落。
本发明尚有多种具体的实施方式,凡采用等同替换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种手柄枢轴结构,包括:销及设置在手柄上与所述销枢轴配接的圆孔,其特征在于:所述销上设有一个周向凹槽,所述圆孔上设有一个U形缺口及与该U形缺口对应的断口,所述销的直径大于所述圆孔的直径,所述周向凹槽的直径等于或小于所述圆孔的直径;所述U形缺口与断口位于同一条直线上,所述U形缺口设置在圆孔靠近手柄内腔的一侧,所述断口设置圆孔远离手柄内腔的一侧。
