本发明涉及麻将机领域，尤其为一种麻将机大盘机构，该麻将机大盘机构包括底板、大盘体、电机以及电机支架，所述大盘体可转动地设置于底板上方，该大盘体为底部开放的锥台状壳体，其内部形成对应的锥台状空间，所述电机支架与底板上侧面固定连接且位于所述锥台状空间内，所述电机与电机支架固定连接，该电机与所述大盘体传动连接。本发明提供的大盘机构整体厚度较薄，使得其在折叠状态下重心偏离麻将机支承部件对其支承的作用点较近，从而不易发生翻转，真正实现麻将机的可折叠收藏功能。

一种麻将机大盘机构
技术领域
本发明涉及麻将机领域，尤其为一种麻将机大盘机构。
背景技术
为了便于麻将机的运输和平时的收藏，一般做成可折叠的结构，折叠时，麻将机桌面转动90°偏于麻将机支承部件的一侧。由于麻将机的主要传动机构设置在麻将机的桌面下部的电箱内，如图5所示，在麻将机处于折叠状态时，麻将机桌面重心偏离中心一定距离L，而传动机构占用的高度空间越大，电箱高度越大，折叠时桌面重心偏离中心越多。
为降低成本和噪音，现有麻将机的传动机构中的电机一般采用竖直安装的同步电机，受结构限制同步电机只能置于桌面下部大底板的下侧，这使得电箱高度大大增加，折叠后重心偏离严重，稳定性差，且折叠后的厚度增加，占用空间大，使运载时的装货率下降，增加运输成本。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决现有麻将机不便于折叠收藏的技术问题，提供了一种麻将机大盘机构，具体由以下技术方案实现。
所述麻将机大盘机构包括底板、大盘体、电机以及电机支架，所述大盘体可转动地设置于底板上方，该大盘体为底部开放的锥台状壳体，其内部形成对应的锥台状空间，所述电机支架与底板上侧面固定连接且位于所述锥台状空间内，所述电机与电机支架固定连接，该电机与所述大盘体传动连接。
所述的麻将机大盘机构的进一步设计在于，所述大盘体的上部内侧壁设有内齿圈，所述电机通过齿轮传动链传动该内齿圈。
所述的麻将机大盘机构的进一步设计在于，所述齿轮传动链包括动主动齿轮与从动齿轮。
所述的麻将机大盘机构的进一步设计在于，所述电机支架中部设有电机插孔以及从动轴插孔，所述从动轴插孔内可转动地设置有一从动轴，所述电机上部固定设置在电机插孔内，所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮电机分别连接在电机输出轴和所述从动轴上，从动齿轮分别与主动齿轮和所述内齿圈啮合。
所述的麻将机大盘机构的进一步设计在于，所述底板的下侧面与一罩壳固定连接，所述电机的下部穿过底板后与所述罩壳的底面内侧接触连接。
本发明提供的大盘机构整体厚度较薄，使得其在折叠状态下重心偏离麻将机支承部件对其支承的作用点较近，从而不易发生翻转，折叠后的稳定性好，同时还使得麻将机折叠后的的整体厚度较薄，占用空间小，提高运载时的装货率，降低运输成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图以及具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
该麻将机大盘机构包括底板1、大盘体2、电机3以及电机支架4，大盘体2通过麻将机桌面支架（图中未画出）可转动地设置于底板上方，该大盘体2为底部开放的锥台状壳体，其内部形成对应的锥台状空间21，电机支架4与底板1上侧面固定连接且位于锥台状空间21内，大盘体2的上部内侧壁设有内齿圈22，电机支架4中部设有电机插孔41以及从动轴插孔42，从动轴插孔42内可转动地设置有从动轴43，电机3上部固定设置在电机插孔内，电机3的输出轴与从动轴上端分别设置有主动齿轮31与从动齿轮431，从动齿轮431与主动齿轮31啮合的同时与内齿圈22啮合，电机3在主、从动齿轮的传动作用下带动大盘体转动。
底板1的下侧面与罩壳5固定连接，电机的下部穿过底板后与罩壳的底面内侧接触连接，罩壳5对大盘机构内的驱动机构进行保护，使得电机在作业过程中状态更为稳定。在本发明中，电机充分利用了大盘体内部的空间，原先专门用于设置电机的电箱结构被取消，出于对电机的保护在电机下部外围设置一较薄的罩壳。
本发明提供的大盘机构整体厚度较薄，使得其在折叠状态下重心偏离麻将机支承部件对其支承的作用点较近，从而不易发生翻转，折叠后的稳定性好，同时还使得麻将机折叠后的的整体厚度较薄，占用空间小，提高运载时的装货率，降低运输成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种麻将机大盘机构，其特征在于，包括底板、大盘体、罩壳、电机以及电机支架，所述大盘体可转动地设置于底板上方，该大盘体为底部开放的锥台状壳体，其内部形成对应的锥台状空间，所述电机支架与底板上侧面固定连接且位于所述锥台状空间内，所述电机连接于该电机支架上，底板的下侧面与罩壳固定连接，所述电机的下部穿过底板，该电机与所述大盘体传动连接，所述底板的下侧面与所述罩壳固定连接，所述电机的下部穿过底板后与所述罩壳的底面内侧接触连接。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的麻将机大盘机构，其特征在于，所述大盘体的上部内侧壁设有内齿圈，所述电机通过齿轮传动链传动该内齿圈。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的麻将机大盘机构，其特征在于，所述齿轮传动链包括动主动齿轮与从动齿轮。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的麻将机大盘机构，其特征在于，所述电机支架中部设有电机插孔以及从动轴插孔，所述从动轴插孔内可转动地设置有一从动轴，所述电机上部固定设置在电机插孔内，所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮电机分别连接在电机输出轴和所述从动轴上，
从动齿轮分别与主动齿轮和所述内齿圈啮合。
