本发明涉及一种液压装置,具体涉及一种扇形阀门手动装置。
背景技术
扇形阀门在电力、化工、水泥等行业的物料输送过程中广泛应用,传统结构中,扇形阀门多用电动或其它结构。手动蝶阀的工作过程是操作手柄即转动阀组件的过程,角度盘反映阀组件打开的大小。过去角度盘常常是一个整圆与法兰连接,用料多、加工量大、结构复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种简易、可靠、低成本的扇形阀门手动装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种扇形阀门手动装置,包括阀体、阀门、转轴、锁紧盘、连杆和手柄,所述阀门安装在阀体上,阀门与转轴连接,所述连杆的一端与阀门连接,连杆的另一端与手柄连接,所述手柄安装在锁紧盘上。
本发明的有益效果是:1、能够有效、可靠地保证电液推杆在正常的温度下工作;2、结构简单、成本低。
