本发明是医用器件领域中的一种基于蒸发微进给皮下注射器,通过乙醚蒸发逐步使推进弹簧推动活塞,将注射液注射至皮下。
背景技术
目前普通的注射器一般是用手动推进或通过微量泵来实现微进给。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于蒸发微进给皮下注射器,实现了自动皮下注射的目的。
其目的是这样实现的,图1中在粉末冶金纳米套中装满乙醚蒸发液,同时装有活塞,活塞的后端装有推进弹簧和调节底盖,粉末冶金纳米套外面套有孔套,调节底盖装在孔套上,注射活塞通过连接杆与活塞固定连接,针管中装有注射液,并与注射针头连接。
乙醚蒸发液通过粉末冶金纳米套缓慢蒸发,在乙醚蒸发液缓慢减少的同时,推进弹簧推动活塞,由于活塞通过连接杆与注射活塞固定连接,因此,注射活塞将针管中的注射液通过注射针头注射至皮下,微进给速度通过孔套上的调节底盖,调节孔的多少来实现。
很好地实现了皮下注射的自动进行。

下面结合图1详细说明本发明提出的具体工作情况,图1中在粉末冶金纳米套(4)中装满乙醚蒸发液(5),同时装有活塞(3),活塞(3)的后端装有推进弹簧(1)和调节底盖(2),粉末冶金纳米套(4)外面套有孔套(10),调节底盖(2)装在孔套(10)上,注射活塞(7)通过连接杆(6)与活塞(3)固定连接,针管(11)中装有注射液(8),并与注射针头(9)连接。
乙醚蒸发液(5)通过粉末冶金纳米套(4)缓慢蒸发,在乙醚蒸发液(5)缓慢减少的同时,推进弹簧(1)推动活塞(3),由于活塞(3)通过连接杆(6)与注射活塞(7)固定连接,因此,注射活塞(7)将针管(11)中的注射液(8)通过注射针头(9)注射至皮下,微进给速度通过孔套(10)上的调节底盖(2),调节孔的多少来实现。

1.一种基于蒸发微进给皮下注射器,由推进弹簧、调节底盖、活塞、粉末冶金纳米套、乙醚蒸发液、连接杆、注射活塞、注射液、注射针头、孔套、针管组成;其特征是:在粉末冶金纳米套中装满乙醚蒸发液,同时装有活塞,活塞的后端装有推进弹簧和调节底盖,粉末冶金纳米套外面套有孔套,调节底盖装在孔套上,注射活塞通过连接杆与活塞固定连接,针管中装有注射液,并与注射针头连接。
