技术领域：
本发明属于中药领域，特别涉及一种治疗肾积水的中药。
背景技术：
肾积水是由于尿路阻塞而引起的肾盂肾盏扩大伴有肾组织萎缩。尿路阻塞可发生于泌尿道的任何部位，可为单侧或双侧。泌尿系统自肾脏开始直到尿道口，为一连续的管道系统。尿液的排出有赖于尿路管道的通畅、和正常的排尿功能。尿路任何部位的管道狭窄或阻塞以及神经肌肉的正常功能紊乱，尿液通过即可出现障碍，造成尿流梗阻，梗阻以上部位因尿液排出不畅而压力逐渐增高，管腔扩大，最终导致肾脏积水，扩张，肾实质变薄、肾功能减退，若双侧梗阻，则出现尿毒症后果严重。导致尿流梗阻的原因很多，可以是先天性的，如肾、输尿管连接部狭窄，尿道瓣膜，马蹄肾等，后天疾病如结石、肿瘤，前列腺增生症，膀胱颈挛缩等。也可以是尿路外的纤维带或肿物压迫造成梗阻，如腹膜后纤维化，淋巴瘤等。也可以是尿路神经肌肉障碍，如巨输尿管症。梗阻又分急性和慢性，急性梗阻使肾脏在短时间内功能完全丧失，而肾积水不很明显。慢性梗阻可使肾脏积水大于1000毫升。肾积水一旦并发感染，若梗阻不及时解除，感染难以治愈，感染又加速肾脏的破坏，形成恶性循环，甚至形成脓肾。目前的治疗方法以手术为主，手术治疗成本高、效果不明显，而且无法从根本解决问题。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种配置简单，疗效显著的治疗肾积水的中药。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种治疗肾积水的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：25～35重量份数的金钱草、10～20重量份数的瞿麦、5～15重量份数的木通、10～20重量份数的半边莲、10～20重量份数的楮实子、15～25重量份数的山药、3～8重量份数的甘草。
本发明的技术方案可以是这样实现的：
一种治疗肾积水的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：30重量份数的金钱草、15重量份数的瞿麦、10重量份数的木通、15重量份数的半边莲、15重量份数的楮实子、20重量份数的山药、5重量份数的甘草。
本发明将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日三次，每次1-2克，温水送服。
疗程：30天为一疗程，需服用3-5疗程。
本发明的药理及文献依据是：
金钱草：甘、微苦，凉；功效：清利湿热，利水通淋，除湿退黄，解毒消肿。
瞿麦：苦、寒；功效：清热、利水、通淋。
木通：苦、寒；功效：清热利尿；活血通脉。
半边莲：辛、微寒；功效：利水消肿，清热解毒。
楮实子：甘，寒；功效：补肾清肝，明目，利尿。
山药：甘，平；功效：补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精。
甘草：甘，平；功效：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
本发明中金钱草、瞿麦、木通、半边莲清热利水通淋，楮实子、山药补肾益气，甘草补脾益气、清热解毒、调和诸药，诸药合用有补肾益气、清热利水之功。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明以纯中药配制而成，配方科学合理，配置简单，无毒副作用，疗效短，见效快，具有补肾益气、清热利水之功效。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明：
实施例1：一种治疗肾积水的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：30克的金钱草、15克的瞿麦、10克的木通、15克的半边莲、15克的楮实子、20克的山药、5克的甘草。
实施例2：一种治疗肾积水的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：35克的金钱草、20克的瞿麦、15克的木通、20克的半边莲、20克的楮实子、25克的山药、8克的甘草。
实施例3：一种治疗肾积水的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：25克的金钱草、10克的瞿麦、5克的木通、10克的半边莲、10克的楮实子、15克的山药、3克的甘草。
实施例4：一种治疗肾积水的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：34克的金钱草、18克的瞿麦、12克的木通、14克的半边莲、13克的楮实子、22克的山药、6克的甘草。
实施例1-4中的中药在制备时将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日三次，每次1-2克，用温水送服。
本发明临床观察的结果如下：
疗效标准：
治愈：症状消失，B超或肾盂静脉造影、CT复查肾积水消失。
有效：症状缓解，经B超、造影检查肾积水明显减少。
无效：治疗前后病情无变化。
药物疗效观察情况：
本发明药物治疗53人，治愈者46人，有效者4人，无效者3人，有效率94％。
典型病例：
孙某：男，57岁，河南舞阳仙台镇人，轻度肾积水，尿少、腰部酸胀不适，后经我处药物治疗，30天见效，三个月痊愈。
赵某：女，55岁，河南平顶山人，患肾积水1年，持续性钝痛，并发结石，后经我处药物治疗，两个月见效，五个月痊愈。
韩某：男，39岁，平顶山叶庄人，双侧肾脏出现积水，少尿，腹痛、腹胀，后经我处药物治疗，一个半月见效，四个月痊愈。
吕某：女，32岁，平顶山湛河区人，少尿与多尿交替出现，1次大量排尿后肿块骤然缩小，疼痛减轻，尿量减少时则肿块迅速增大，疼痛加重，后经我处药物治疗，两个月见效，五个月痊愈。

1.一种治疗肾积水的中药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的药物制备而成：25～35重量份数的金钱草、10～20重量份数的瞿麦、5～15重量份数的木通、10～20重量份数的半边莲、10～20重量份数的楮实子、15～25重量份数的山药、3～8重量份数的甘草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗肾积水的中药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的药物制备而成：30重量份数的金钱草、15重量份数的瞿麦、10重量份数的木通、15重量份数的半边莲、15重量份数的楮实子、20重量份数的山药、5重量份数的甘草。
