Abstract
一种客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,其将中层装饰工件封装于一上玻璃板及一下玻璃板之间。中层装饰工件为具有特殊图案的镶嵌玻璃或锻铁饰件。一黏性材料黏附于中层装饰工件的周沿,而上玻璃板及下玻璃板则对准并黏附于黏性材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明系关于一种客制化桌面,尤其是关于一种赋予露台桌艺术美感的桌面制造方法。
背景技术
习知的露台桌桌面系用单片1/8英吋厚的玻璃板制成。然而,单片的薄玻璃板易于破裂。许多露台桌还具有设计图案镶嵌于玻璃板表面。薄玻璃板桌面的破裂或碎裂易于伤及在镶嵌于玻璃表面的设计图案。本发明提供一个上述问题的解决方案,其制造一种三层式的桌面,而设计图案系夹置于上下层玻璃之间,藉此本发明可提供桌面艺术图案保謢。藉由本发明,破裂的保謢玻璃板亦可轻易地被移除及更换。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的系在提供一种客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,其能制造一种保护性的密封构造,以保护位于中层的装饰工件。
本发明的客制化三层式艺术桌面制造方法包含下列步骤:依照一中层装饰工件的形状切割两片玻璃板,其中该两片玻璃板包括:一上玻璃板及一下玻璃板;沿该中层装饰工件的外缘加上一玻璃板结合件;黏着该玻璃板结合件于该中层装饰工件的外缘;分别将上玻璃板及下玻璃板则对准并黏附于玻璃板结合件。
底下藉由具体实施例详加说明,当更容易了解本发明的目的、技术内容、特点及其所达成的功效。

具体实施方式
本说明书所附的图示仅用于描述若干实施例,并非用于限制本发明的范围。
本发明提供一种方法,其将镶嵌玻璃或锻铁饰件密封在回火玻璃板间,而与外界完全隔离。本发明意在保护及强化中层的装饰工件。本发明提供一种保护性的密封构造,使中层装饰工件免于受到伤害,且此一保护性密封构造受损、破裂、或碎裂时可予以更换。
请参照图1至图5。本发明的方法使用一中层装饰工件4、两片玻璃板、及一玻璃板结合件3。中层装饰工件4具有特殊图案的镶嵌玻璃或锻铁饰件。习知的露台桌桌面通常就只是一片中层装饰工件4。此一习知做法易导至中层装饰工件4直接受损,而使整张露台桌报废。而本发明的方法正是要提供一种保护中层装饰工件4的方法。本发明的方法包括:藉由两片玻璃板、及一玻璃板结合件3密封中层装饰工件4。
在一实施例,中层装饰工件4是既有的镶嵌玻璃或锻铁饰件,被密封在回火玻璃板间,而与外界完全隔离。本发明并未限制中层装饰工件4必须是镶嵌玻璃或锻铁饰件。在其它实施例,任何适合封装于两片玻璃板间的材料亦可做为中层装饰工件4。在本发明中,只要是能结合中层装饰工件4及上下两片玻璃板的材料均可做为玻璃板结合件3。
本发明的方法可将纯手工制造的镶嵌玻璃密封而形成一三层式桌面。首先,依照中层装饰工件4的形状切割两片玻璃板。中层装饰工件4可为任何形状,例如图6的圆形。两片玻璃板包括一上玻璃板1及一下玻璃板2。其次,固定并黏着玻璃板结合件3于中层装饰工件4的外缘。一旦玻璃板结合件3已固定于中层装饰工件4的外缘,剥离玻璃板结合件3上边的防黏层31,以露出黏着层32。然后将上玻璃板1对准玻璃板结合件3的上边,并施加压力,使上玻璃板1黏固于玻璃板结合件3。类似的做法,剥离玻璃板结合件3底边的防黏层31,以露出黏着层32。然后将下玻璃板2对准玻璃板结合件3的底边,并施加压力,使下玻璃板2黏固于玻璃板结合件3。于是,中层装饰工件4被完全密封于两片玻璃板间而形成一三层式桌面。
在一实施例中,玻璃板结合件3是一丁基橡胶密封件。然而,在此要特别声明:本发明并未限制玻璃板结合件3只能使用丁基橡胶密封件。玻璃板结合件3可以使用任何足以黏着两片玻璃板的材料,其可选自一群组,此一群组包括:橡胶间隔物、专利的TruSeal swiggle butyl (含有干燥剂) 、双面胶带、双面发泡胶带、超强度黏胶、及其它黏着剂。在一实施例,玻璃板结合件3可以是一件包覆中层装饰工件4边缘的间隔物(如图4所示),或两条双面发泡胶带分别黏着于中层装饰工件4的上下表面的边缘(如图5所示)。两片玻璃板可以具有各种厚度。两片玻璃板可以是,但不限于是,以下材料中的一种:退火玻璃、回火玻璃、滚筒玻璃、浮制玻璃、棱镜玻璃、层状玻璃、热强化玻璃、化学强化玻璃、低热传玻璃、自净玻璃、聚碳酸酯板、压克力板、聚甲基丙烯酸酯玻璃、光致变色玻璃、及热致变色玻璃。在一较佳的实施例中,两片玻璃板是回火玻璃。在一较佳的实施例中,两片玻璃板各为1/8吋厚。完成三层式桌面的厚度大约为5/8吋厚,且在最严利的气候中仍具有高度的气密性。
在一实施例中,下玻璃板2与一碟状物结合,藉此整个三层式桌面可置于一旋转盘中,而具有类似餐桌转盘的功能。在此一实施例中,三层式桌面系安置于一张更大的桌子上,除了有装饰功能外,尚可让放置于三层式桌面上的物体绕着桌子传送。

Claims (10)
1.一种客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,包含:
依照一中层装饰工件的形状切割两片玻璃板,其中该两片玻璃板包括:一上玻璃板及一下玻璃板;
沿该中层装饰工件的外缘加上一玻璃板结合件;
黏着该玻璃板结合件于该中层装饰工件的外缘;
将该上玻璃板对准该玻璃板结合件的一上表面;
按压该上玻璃板以固定该上玻璃板于该玻璃板结合件的该上表面;
将该下玻璃板对准该玻璃板结合件的一下表面;及
按压该下玻璃板以固定该下玻璃板于该玻璃板结合件的该下表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法更包含:
提供一碟状物安置于该下玻璃板之下且与该下玻璃板结合; 及
安装该碟状物于一旋转盘。
3.如权利要求1所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,其中该玻璃板结合件的材料系选自一群组,此一群组包括:橡胶间隔物、含有干燥剂且具专利权的TruSeal swiggle butyl、双面胶带、及双面发泡胶带。
4.如权利要求1所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,其中该两片玻璃板系选自一群组,此一群组包括:退火玻璃、回火玻璃、滚筒玻璃、浮制玻璃、棱镜玻璃、层状玻璃、热强化玻璃、化学强化玻璃、低热传玻璃、自净玻璃、聚碳酸酯板、压克力板、聚甲基丙烯酸酯玻璃、光致变色玻璃、及热致变色玻璃。
5.一种客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,包含:
依照一中层装饰工件的形状切割两片玻璃板,其中该两片玻璃板包括:一上玻璃板及一下玻璃板;
沿该中层装饰工件的外缘加上一玻璃板结合件;
黏着该玻璃板结合件于该中层装饰工件的外缘;
剥离该玻璃板结合件的防黏层,以露出黏着层;
将该上玻璃板对准该玻璃板结合件的一上表面;
按压该上玻璃板以固定该上玻璃板于该玻璃板结合件的该上表面;
将该下玻璃板对准该玻璃板结合件的一下表面;及
按压该下玻璃板以固定该下玻璃板于该玻璃板结合件的该下表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法更包含:
提供一碟状物安置于该下玻璃板之下且与该下玻璃板结合;及
安装该碟状物于一旋转盘。
7.如权利要求5所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,其中该玻璃板结合件的材料系选自一群组,此一群组包括:橡胶间隔物、含有干燥剂的丁基橡胶、双面胶带、及双面发泡胶带。
8.如权利要求5所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,其中该两片玻璃板系选自一群组,此一群组包括:退火玻璃、回火玻璃、滚筒玻璃、浮制玻璃、棱镜玻璃、层状玻璃、热强化玻璃、化学强化玻璃、低热传玻璃、自净玻璃、聚碳酸酯板、压克力板、聚甲基丙烯酸酯玻璃、光致变色玻璃、及热致变色玻璃。
9.一种客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法,包含:
依照一中层装饰工件的形状切割两片玻璃板,其中该两片玻璃板包括:一上玻璃板及一下玻璃板;
沿该中层装饰工件的外缘加上一玻璃板结合件;
黏着该玻璃板结合件于该中层装饰工件的外缘;
剥离该玻璃板结合件的防黏层,以露出黏着层;
将该上玻璃板对准该玻璃板结合件的一上表面;
按压该上玻璃板以固定该上玻璃板于该玻璃板结合件的该上表面;
将该下玻璃板对准该玻璃板结合件的一下表面;及
按压该下玻璃板以固定该下玻璃板于该玻璃板结合件的该下表面,
其中该玻璃板结合件的材料系选自一群组,此一群组包括:橡胶填充物、含有干燥剂的丁基橡胶、双面胶带、及双面发泡胶带,且
其中该两片玻璃板系选自一群组,此一群组包括:退火玻璃、回火玻璃、滚筒玻璃、浮制玻璃、棱镜玻璃、层状玻璃、热强化玻璃、化学强化玻璃、低热传玻璃、自净玻璃、聚碳酸酯板、压克力板、聚甲基丙烯酸酯玻璃、光致变色玻璃、及热致变色玻璃。
10.如权利要求9所述的客制化三层式艺术桌面的制造方法更包含:
提供一碟状物安置于该下玻璃板之下且与该下玻璃板结合; 及
安装该碟状物于一旋转盘。
