本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的应答器。
背景技术
通过使用RFID技术(无线射频识别)研发基于无线电的目标识别的特征在于:力求使必须安置在目标上的系统部件(又称为应答器)构造为使得能够以最小成本实现尽可能大的作用范围。较早的系统以数千赫兹(例如125kHz)到数兆赫兹(13.56MHz)的低频范围工作。这些系统由于大的波长而借助磁场耦合读取站和应答器的通信。因此作用范围小。
通过过渡到UHF频带(860/915MHz)或微波范围内(2.4千兆赫)显着增大作用范围。在此波长为30cm或12.5cm。相应地,天线较小并且作为电磁波的传播在明显较小的距离中进行,从而作用范围也较大。
另外,公开文献DE112008000065T5公开了一种应答器单元的基本结构,其包括设计用于无线通信的IC、供电电路基板和发射板,在供电电路基板上安装有供电电路,该供电电路主要包括电感导体回线和可能情况下的电容元件,这两个部件借助供电电路连接成振荡回路,发射板与该振荡回路基本上磁耦合。现在这种系统被发现:该板并不适用于各种应用。尤其是当希望将该系统简单地集成到目标中时,板状结构是很少适合的。作为钉子的结构方式允许简单地集成到例如木制板中。在此125kHz技术的使用极为广泛。在此OPAL控股股份公司(瑞士韦茨贡)的产品可作为例子给出。但这种技术的应答器因运行频率而仅具有小的作用范围。
发明内容
本发明的任务是改进应答器,使得其通过充分利用UHF技术的高读取作用范围的优点而具有紧凑的结构方式。
为了解决该任务,应答器具有权利要求1的特征。
本发明的特殊优点在于,该应答器具有紧凑的结构。该应答器的外形的特征在于包围应答器电路的天线的管状形状。该应答器具有极简单的结构并允许简单地安设或集成到其它构件中。由于具有IC模块和天线的应答器电路设置在管状天线内部,所以应答器电路被防止受机械应力的影响。
本发明的其它优点由从属权利要求给出。

具体实施方式
一方面,应答器1包括具有电路基底2的电路(应答器电路),所述电路基底具有IC模块3和第一天线4。电路基底2例如可构造为刚性或柔性印刷电路板。IC模块3构造为芯片,该芯片与第一天线4电连接。IC模块3和/或第一天线4可通过印刷或类似方式安设在印刷电路板2上。
另一方面,应答器1包括另一天线,该另一电线构造为管状体5。
为了安装应答器1,电路基底2被插入或放入管状体5的内腔中。电路基底2优选定位在管状体5的产生相对高的磁通密度的区域6、6'中,参见图3。在当前实施例中,电路基底2定位在靠近端面端部的区域6中或定位中心6'。由于中心区域6'的磁通密度最大,所以电路基底2以其天线4优选定位在管状体5的中心。当应答器1处于读取器的电磁场中时,管状体用作待向第一天线4传输的高频信号的发射器,其中通过第一天线4和管状体5之间的磁耦合,UHF频带(868兆赫)中的高频信号可被电路基底2的天线4接收。电路基底2的天线4调谐到860MHz到915MHz的工作频率上。在此天线4与起电容作用的IC模块3共同构成谐振回路,从而高频信号可耦合到天线4中。
根据图1的第一种实施方式,管状体5可构造为空心圆柱体,其由金属材料制成。如果将电路基底2构造成柔性的,则空心圆柱体5的直径可小于电路基底2的长度或宽度。因而,电路基底2在优选弯曲成滚筒的状态下被插入空心圆柱体5的空腔中并优选定位在中心区域6'中。
根据图2的应答器1的第二种实施方式,管状体可构造为螺旋体15,该螺旋体由螺旋形或螺线形旋转的卷绕的圆金属丝材料制成、优选由钢制成。螺旋体15可具有与空心圆柱体5相同的尺寸。有利的是,在安装应答器1时,可通过改变螺圈的距离和/或螺圈的直径使由此形成的第二天线15调谐到电路基底2的谐振频率上。
螺旋体15可由弹簧丝(圆金属丝)卷绕而成。作为替换方案,螺旋体也可由扁平金属带(横截面为矩形)卷绕而成。有利的是,螺旋体15可集成地设置在柔性的其它构件内部。例如,具有螺旋体15的应答器1可被喷射或浇注到由弹性塑料或固体塑料制成的构件中。由此可制造其中置入应答器功能的销、钉或螺栓。
优选地,电路基底2在谐振中运行。
各实施例的相同的构件或构件功能设有相同的附图标记。
根据本发明的另一种未示出的实施方式,管状体5可横向地设有一个或多个缝隙。
根据本发明的另一种未示出的实施方式,管状体可与电路一起构成横截面为圆形或四边形的浇注件,该浇注件的外壁是光滑的或者设有叉卡,使得该浇注件可用作用于锚定在壁中的栓钉。该浇注件由塑料材料制成并可具有在外部设有螺纹的标准化的螺钉系列的直径。
螺旋体在至少一个端面上具有金属丝端部,其在轴向和/或径向上继续延伸。该金属丝端部允许更好的耦合。

Claims (12)

1.一种应答器,该应答器包括电路基底,该电路基底具有IC模块和天线以构成电路,并且该应答器包括与所述电路基底的天线作用连接的另一天线,其特征在于,所述另一天线(5、15)构造为管状体(5、15),并且所述电路基底(2)的天线(4)设置在所述另一天线(5、15)内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述管状体(5、15)横向地设有一个或多个缝隙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述电路基底由柔性的绝缘材料制成,使得该电路基底能够通过弯曲和卷起而放入到所述管状体(5、15)中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述电路基底构造为刚性的印刷电路板。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述管状体构造为具有螺旋形卷绕的金属丝或扁平的金属带的螺旋体(15)。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,这样选择螺旋体(15)的长度,使得该长度相当于电路的工作频率的半波长或该工作频率的半波长的倍数。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述螺旋体(15)由弹簧丝卷绕而成。
8.根据权利要求1至7之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述电路基底(2)与所述管状体(5、15)借助于绝缘材料浇注或喷射。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述管状体(5、15)与所述电路构成横截面为圆形或四边形的浇注件,该浇注件的外壁是光滑的或者设有叉卡,使得该浇注件能够用作栓钉。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述浇注件由塑料材料制成,并具有在外部设有螺纹的标准化的螺钉系列的直径。
11.根据权利要求1至10之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述浇注件由弹性的浇注材料制成。
12.根据权利要求1至11之一所述的应答器,其特征在于,所述螺旋体(15)在至少一个端面上具有金属丝端部,所述金属丝端部在轴向和/或径向上继续延伸。
