本发明公开了一种百叶式阻水片,它的阻水片采用不锈钢材料或者塑料做成,正面的整体形状为方形、长度方向上的两侧的端部成圆弧形或者菱角形;阻水片较厚的一侧有轴销孔,轴销穿过阻水片上的轴销孔并固定在轴销孔内或者能够在轴销孔转动,轴销通过轴承或者滑动套安装在流水取力器的支架上;多片阻水片安装在一个流水取力支架上,安装在流水取力支架上的两片阻水片之间的距离小于阻水片的宽度。采用结构简单、制造方便,百叶式阻水片后,不破坏生态环境和不造成环境污染的条件下,使流水资源能够大规模地、高效能地进行利用。

本发明涉及一种百叶式阻水片。
背景技术
现在用于在流水取力的流水取力器都是采用的阻水片固定在取力器上不能自转,使流水取力器只能在流水的面取力,导致流水资源没有得到合理的利用,浪费了大量的自然资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能在取力器上转动的阻水片。
为实现上述目的,所述的本发明百叶式阻水片,其特征在于:百叶式阻水片的阻水片采用不锈钢材料或者塑料做成,正面的整体形状为方形、长度方向上的两侧的端部成圆弧形或者菱角形;阻水片较厚的一侧有轴销孔,轴销穿过阻水片上的轴销孔并固定在轴销孔内或者能够在轴销孔转动,轴销通过轴承或者滑动套安装在流水取力器的支架上;多片阻水片安装在一个流水取力支架上,安装在流水取力支架上的两片阻水片之间的距离小于阻水片的宽度。
为了节约材料和减轻重量,所述的本发明百叶式阻水片的阻水片在制造时做成实心体或者中空的空心体。
为了使阻水片在逆水时能够减少旋转阻力,所述的本发明百叶式阻水片在制造时可以把阻水片的阻水的正面、反面做成弧形面或者直面。
本发明百叶式阻水片的结构简单、制造方便,采用了百叶式阻水片后,在不破坏生态环境和不造成环境污染的条件下,使流水资源能够大规模地、高效能地进行利用。

具体实施方式
本发明百叶式阻水片的阻水片采用不锈钢材料或者塑料做成,正面的整体形状为方形、长度方向上的两侧的端部成圆弧形或者菱角形;阻水片1较厚的一侧有轴销孔2,轴销3穿过阻水片1上的轴销孔2并固定在轴销孔2内或者能够在轴销孔2转动,轴销3通过轴承或者滑动套安装在流水取力器的支架上;多片阻水片1安装在一个流水取力支架上,安装在流水取力支架上的两片阻水片1之间的距离小于阻水片1的宽度。
为了节约材料和减轻重量,阻水片在制造时做成实心体或者中空的空心体。为了使阻水片在逆水时能够减少旋转阻力,在制造时可以把阻水片的阻水的正面、反面做成弧形面或者直面。
本发明百叶式阻水片安装在流水取力支架上后,放入流水中,阻水片迎接流水时闭合成一片整体而阻水取力,推动流水取力器旋转。当旋转到另一面逆水时,阻水片绕轴销旋转而打开成框架,减少了旋转阻力。阻水片在流水取力支架上的不断地闭合和打开,使流水取力器单向旋转而产生动力并通过流水取力器传输给需要动力的设备。

1.一种百叶式阻水片,其特征在于:百叶式阻水片的阻水片采用不锈钢材料或者塑料做成,正面的整体形状为方形、长度方向上的两侧的端部成圆弧形或者菱角形;阻水片(1)较厚的一侧有轴销孔(2),轴销(3)穿过阻水片(1)上的轴销孔(2)并固定在轴销孔(2)内或者能够在轴销孔(2)转动,轴销(3)通过轴承或者滑动套安装在流水取力器的支架上;多片阻水片(1)安装在一个流水取力支架上,安装在流水取力支架上的两片阻水片(1)之间的距离小于阻水片(1)的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的百叶式阻水片,其特征在于:百叶式阻水片的阻水片(1)在制造上做成实心体或者中空的空心体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的百叶式阻水片,其特征在于:百叶式阻水片在制造时把阻水片(1)的阻水的正面、反面做成弧形面或者直面。
