Abstract

一种电池固定装置,用以固定一电池,该电池固定装置包括一底板和一固定件,该底板上凸设两分别挡止于该电池的两侧的挡片和两分别挡止于该电池的两端的卡扣部,每一卡扣部开设一固定孔,该固定件的顶面设有卡挡部,该固定件的第一端穿过其中一卡扣部的固定孔后卡挡于该固定件的卡挡部,该固定件的第二端穿过另一卡扣部的固定孔后固定于该固定件的顶面,该固定件挡止于该电池的顶部。该电池固定装置于底板凸设挡片和卡扣部定位电池,再通过该固定件挡止于该电池的顶部即可固定电池,不仅免螺丝,而且简单方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池固定装置。
背景技术
为防止突然断电导致电子元件无法正常工作,甚至丢失数据,电子设备内设有应急电池。现有技术中,一般采用保护罩罩住电池,再通过若干螺丝穿过保护罩并锁入电子设备的机壳以固定电池,非常繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种方便固定电池的电池固定装置。
一种电池固定装置,用以固定一电池,该电池固定装置包括一底板和一固定件,该底板上凸设两分别挡止于该电池的两侧的挡片和两分别挡止于该电池的两端的卡扣部,每一卡扣部开设一固定孔,该固定件的顶面设有卡挡部,该固定件的第一端穿过其中一卡扣部的固定孔后卡挡于该固定件的卡挡部,该固定件的第二端穿过另一卡扣部的固定孔后固定于该固定件的顶面,该固定件挡止于该电池的顶部。
相较现有技术,该电池固定装置于底板凸设挡片和卡扣部定位电池,再通过该固定件挡止于该电池的顶部即可固定电池,不仅免螺丝,而且简单方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明电池固定装置的较佳实施方式用以固定一电池30。该电池固定装置包括一机壳和一固定件20。
该机壳包括一底板12。该底板12上凸设间隔平行的两列挡片120,并于该两列挡片120的两端的中间处分别垂直向上延伸出一卡扣部122。每一卡扣部122于顶部开设一贯穿该卡扣部122两侧的固定孔124。在本实施方式中,每列挡片120包括两挡片120。在其他实施方式中,每列挡片120的挡片120数目可不局限于两个。
该固定件20由橡胶材料制成。该固定件20概呈长片状。该固定件20的第一端的底面凸设一楔形的卡块22(请参照图3),该卡块22的外侧形成一倾斜的滑移面,该卡块22的内侧形成一垂直该固定件20的挡止面。该固定件20的第二端设有一固定部26。该固定部26的顶面设有粘胶260。该固定件20的中部于顶面凸设若干凸柱28,并于这些凸柱28的两端分别凸设一呈拱形的卡挡部29。每一卡挡部29与该固定件20之间形成一通孔290。该固定件20于该卡块22与对应的卡挡部29之间开设若干穿孔200。
请参照图2和图3,组装时,将该电池30放入该两列挡片120之间,使该电池30的两侧和两端分别挡止于对应的挡片120和对应的卡扣部122。将该固定件20的第一端自内向外穿过一卡扣部122的固定孔124绕过该卡扣部122的顶部,并依次穿过该两卡挡部29的通孔290,直至该固定件20的卡块22的挡止面挡止于靠近第二端的卡挡部29。向下按压该固定件20的中部使该固定件20的凸柱28对应卡入这些穿孔200。将该固定件20的第二端自内向外穿过另一卡扣部122的固定孔124后绕过该另一卡扣部122的顶部并使粘胶260粘贴于该固定件20的顶面,从而固定该电池30。

Claims (6)

1.一种电池固定装置,用以固定一电池,该电池固定装置包括一底板和一固定件,该底板上凸设两分别挡止于该电池的两侧的挡片和两分别挡止于该电池的两端的卡扣部,每一卡扣部开设一固定孔,该固定件的顶面设有卡挡部,该固定件的第一端穿过其中一卡扣部的固定孔后卡挡于该固定件的卡挡部,该固定件的第二端穿过另一卡扣部的固定孔后固定于该固定件的顶面,该固定件挡止于该电池的顶部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于:该固定件的第二端设有一固定部,该固定部的顶面设有粘胶,该固定部穿过对应的卡扣部的固定孔并粘贴于该固定件的顶面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于:该固定件的顶面的中部凸设若干凸柱,该固定件于第一端与这些凸柱之间设有若干可卡合于这些凸柱的穿孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于:该固定件于这些凸柱的两端分别设有一卡挡部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于:该固定件的第一端的底面设有一卡块,每一卡挡部呈拱形凸设于该固定件的顶面,并与该固定件之间形成一通孔,该卡块穿过该两通孔后卡挡于靠近该固定件的第二端的卡挡部。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于:该固定件由橡胶材料制成。
