(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种中空玻璃,尤其是涉及一种隔热中空玻璃,属于建筑材料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,建筑中需要使用大量的玻璃门窗,但一般玻璃的隔音隔热效果较差,对于节约型和环保型的社会,它并不符合国家产业能源的政策导向,目前已经研制出有一种中空玻璃,它由两块平面玻璃分别粘贴于框架型的隔条上,从而构成一个中间有空腔的中空玻璃,并抽出其中的空气形成真空或者充入惰性气体,使得其隔音效果大大提升,可是对于隔热效果的加强,该中空玻璃却没有采用相关技术方案。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种隔热效果较好的中空玻璃。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种隔热中空玻璃,它包括边框,所述边框上平行设置有两块平面玻璃,所述边框与平面玻璃之间通过粘结胶固定并密封,所述两块平面玻璃与边框之间形成空心腔体,所述空心腔体抽成真空或充入惰性气体,所述两块平面玻璃靠近空心腔体一侧的表面均贴合有一层隔热膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种隔热中空玻璃,由于两块平面玻璃靠近空心腔体一侧的表面均贴合有一层隔热膜,使得该中空玻璃的隔热效果大大加强。
