Abstract

“沼气能源柜”是利用净化、微型压缩设备收集沼气池中的沼气,并将其加压存储,一方面为日常生活提供可持续的燃料气(含为家用小汽车提供燃料气),另一方面将富余的沼气通过微型发电设备将所存储的沼气(生物能)转化为蓄电池的电能,然后通过逆变器供家庭日常用电,也可以用作电动车充电。

Description

沼气能源柜
1、技术领域
沼气能源柜适用于建有沼气的农户,是一种将沼气净化、压缩、存储、收集转化为电能的装置。 
2、背景技术
目前,农村的沼气技术应用仅限于明火加热、做饭、炒菜方面,没有将沼气转化为可储存的直流电能,使之用于家用电器及某些直流动力装置(如电动车)。 
3、发明内容
沼气能源柜主要设备是沼气存储柜,(图1)附属设备有空气滤清器、微型气体压缩机、微型沼气发电机、蓄电池、常见的电路控制元件(含有延时继电器)及自制压力传感元件,(图2)常见阀门及管道(安全阀、减压阀、止回阀)等。 
4、“沼气能源柜”是利用净化、压缩设备收集沼气池中的沼气,并将其加压存储,一方面为动力工具(如家用小汽车提供燃料气。另一方面通过微型发电设备将所存储的沼气转化为蓄电池的电能、供家用电器照明电动车使用等。) 
5、具休实施方式-工作流程(图3) 
A、当沼气池内气体压力达到设定值时,控制电路中的压力传感元件动作,连通以蓄电池通向微型压缩机电源,压缩机工作向沼气存储柜送汽;当沼气池内气体压力低于设定值时,控制电路中的时间继电器工作设定时间后,压缩机停止工作,如此根据沼气池沼气产生情况,反复向存储柜送气。 
B、当沼气存储柜压力达到设定值时,压力传感元件动作,连通蓄电池至发电机的点火开关,发电机工作向蓄电池送电,当沼气存储柜低于设定值时,延时继电器工作设定时间的,发电机停止工作。 
C、当控制电路出现问题,发电机不能工作,沼气存储柜压力达到设定安全值时,减压阀工作,所泄气体重新被重新收集回沼气池内;当减压阀出现故障不能动作,沼气存储柜压力达到设定值时,安全阀动作放空泄压。 
D、沼气能源柜应放置室外或通风处,定期检查,空气滤清器须定期清理。 
6、评价 
A、沼气能源柜使建有沼气池的农户生活用电有可能选择自家沼气池沼气转换而来的更经济、安全的电源。 
B、以国家层面来看,如果大多数建有沼气池的农户使用沼气能源柜可以为国家节约大量的能源,节约燃料煤,还可减少对农电电网的投入,尤其是对敷设电网难度较大的偏远农村更有意义。 
C、深度开发利用沼气能源是一个方向,若能争取到国家对应的补贴政策扶持“沼气能源柜”明天会更好。

使用说明:开始使用前,从进口2注入清洁水,关闭进口2及安全阀1,开启排污口3排水,待水即将排尽时关闭,这时便可以通过进口阀2向柜内充气,开始一段时间必须间断开启排污口,尽量排尽柜内液体。

工作过程:当沼气压力增大,水银向左上移动,当水银向上移动至正负极触头时,电源连通,设备启动,反之,当气压降低,水银回落,水银脱离触头,电源断开,设备停止工作。

Claims (2)

1.利用净化微型压缩设备,收集存储沼气并利用所存储的沼气为某些设备(如农村家用小汽车)及日常生活提供燃料气。
2.利用净化微型压缩设备、收集、存储沼气并利用所存储的沼气为微型发电设备提供燃料气并将所产生的电势能存储在蓄电池为家用电器(包括照明)及电动车提供低压直流电源。
