技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭火装置，具体涉及一种旋转式泡沫灭火装置。
背景技术
各式各样的火灾不时发生，如日渐扩张的都市式居住趋势、远离消防中心的油田、橡胶塑料厂、石油、石化系统、油田、油库、化工厂、化工仓库、矿井等，这一切都使各个国家和地区建立起来有限的消防队伍鞭长莫及。现有的消防灭火装置由于结构上的设计限制，射水时只能产生单一抛线状点喷射，火势得不到有效地控制和蔓延，必须要推出行之有效且操作简单的灭火工具进行火灾的控制与扑救，自动灭火装置的技术研究开发应与现代科技相结合。在相同水流条件下实现旋转(椭)球体状分布的全方位喷射，从而达到快速大面积喷射灭火，具有非常现实的意义。 在提高消防装置、装备的实际可行性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋转式泡沫灭火装置，喷头能够自动旋转、喷射幅度大、灭火效率高、工作灵活方便的旋转式泡沫灭火水枪。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种旋转式泡沫灭火装置，包括主腔体，所述主腔体外环形布置有多个出水管，主腔体的中心孔连接有进水管，进水管与各个出水管相连通，所述的进水管与主腔体通过平面推力球轴承转动设置；平面推力球轴承外压合有压盖，所述进水管凸台上开处设有沟槽，沟槽内套装有O型圈，所述主腔体侧壁上开有螺纹孔，出水管与螺纹孔相连接。
所述的出水管与主腔体的螺纹孔相连的一端为直管，末端为弯曲管，弯曲管与直管相切。
所述平面推力球轴承的下盖内圈与进水管壁过渡配合，上盖外圈与压盖内腔过渡配合。
为了达到上述目的，本发明利用进水管、主腔体和出水管设计为八爪鱼形状外形，借助平面推力球轴承、O型圈和压盖作为辅件。工作时，压力泡沫通过进水管进入旋转主体腔内，通过各出水管将压力泡沫喷射出，由于喷射出泡沫沿各出口圆切线方向喷射，形成反作用力，使得出水管及旋转主体围绕进水管的轴线旋转，能够装置实现360°喷洒；3对出水管尺寸不同，长短不一，能实现完整、均匀的覆盖。本发明属于消防灭火隔离装置。
本发明中，进水管与旋转主体的中心孔腔连接，出水管与螺纹孔相连，形成相通的流道。出水管中射出的泡沫沿各管道出口圆切线方向喷射，从而带动安装在单向推力轴承上的旋转主体旋转，可以实现喷头的自动旋转。
本发明的出水管的末端为具有一定半径大小的弯曲管；3对出水管的尺寸不相同，可以实现泡沫均匀喷洒以及大幅度的覆盖。
本发明所述的各部件，若是需要时，可以通过螺丝连接固定。
与传统的灭火水枪相比，本发明具有以下特点：
1.通过上述设计，利用出水管喷射泡沫的反作用力，可以实现喷头的自动旋转。
2.利用进水管、主腔体和出水管设计为八爪鱼形状外形，可有利于泡沫均匀喷洒。
3.O型圈安装在进水管凸台处的沟槽中，可以保证主腔体内部是密闭的环境，使主腔体内部的压力稳定，泡沫不会泄露，有利于实现喷头自动旋转。
4.6个出水管，喷射流量大，灭火效果好。
综上所述，本发明具有喷头能够自动旋转、喷射幅度大、灭火效率高，使用灵活方便等特点。

参见附图，一种旋转式泡沫灭火装置，包括主腔体2，主腔体2外环形布置有多个出水管6、7、8，主腔体2的中心孔连接有进水管1，进水管1与各个出水管6、7、8相连通，进水管1与主腔体2通过平面推力球轴承3转动设置，平面推力球轴承的下盖内圈与进水管壁过渡配合，上盖外圈与压盖内腔过渡配合；平面推力球轴承3外压合有压盖4，进水管1凸台上开处设有沟槽，沟槽内套装有O型圈5，主腔体2侧壁上开有螺纹孔，出水管与螺纹孔相连接，出水管与主腔体的螺纹孔相连的一端为直管，末端为弯曲管，弯曲管与直管相切。
