技术领域
本发明涉及贝雷帽生产技术领域，具体涉及一种贝雷帽模具固定槽装置。
背景技术
在现有的技术中，对于贝雷帽的生产，必须经过缝制，整理，染色等工序，而在经过整理工序时必须对贝雷帽进行烘干处理。在烘干过程中，由于机器的转动产生离心力，使得贝雷帽在烘箱内会移动，侧翻。当贝雷帽在烘干时移动或者侧翻，使得贝雷帽变形，产生次品，从而影响产品的质量。为了防止贝雷帽在烘干过程中发生移动或者侧翻的情况，在烘箱的托盘内设置了模具固定槽，通过模具固定槽的固定，以解决贝雷帽自烘干过程中移动或者侧翻的问题。
在贝雷帽烘干过程中，要保证贝雷帽的平整、服帖，在烘箱内不移动不侧翻，就需要将贝雷帽与其模具进行固定操作。若不对贝雷帽与模具进行固定操作，随着机器的转动，产生的离心力会使得贝雷帽与模具在烘箱内移动、侧翻，导致产品的变形，从而直接影响到产品的生产质量。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种贝雷帽模具固定槽装置，其结构简洁、高效，能解决现有生产过程中因为离心力的原因所造成的多种问题。
为达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种贝雷帽模具固定槽装置，包括托盘和轴，所述的轴活动安装在托盘的中间位置，所述的托盘上设有若干个模具固定槽。
所述的模具固定槽为15-30个。
所述的模具固定槽为20-25个。
所述的模具固定槽为24个。
所述的模具固定槽为圆形。
所述的托盘周边设有外壳。
所述的托盘为圆形。
所述的托盘相对于轴转动。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明在烘箱的托盘上设置了用于固定模具的模具固定槽，解决了由于机器转动所产生的离心力使得贝雷帽在烘干过程中移动或者侧翻，导致贝雷帽变形的现象，加快了烘干的工作效率提高了产品的生产质量，节约了生产成本，对提高公司竞争能力具有重要意义。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
如图1和图2所示，本发明的贝雷帽模具固定槽装置，包括托盘4和轴2，轴2活动安装在托盘3的中间位置，托盘3相对于轴2转动；托盘3上设有24个模具定位,1，模具固定槽1和托盘3均为圆形，托盘3周边设有外壳4。
本发明的模具固定槽还可以为15个、20个、22个、25个、28个、30个等。
使用时，将需要进行烘干操作的贝雷帽与模具放入模具固定槽1中，通过托盘3的转动，将贝雷帽与模具依次放入模具固定槽1内，当模具固定槽1内都放满时，便可以进行烘干操作，当进行烘干操作时，轴2带动托盘3转动，由于托盘3的转动使得模具所受的离心力越来越大，模具固定槽1起到了固定作用，可以使得贝雷帽与模具固定在托盘3上，不会造成侧翻、移动现象；通过模具固定槽1的固定作用起到了固定贝雷帽与模具的作用。
本发明在烘箱的托盘3上设置了用于固定模具的模具固定槽1，解决了由于机器转动所产生的离心力使得贝雷帽在烘干过程中移动或者侧翻，导致贝雷帽变形的现象，加快了烘干的工作效率提高了产品的生产质量，节约了生产成本，对提高公司竞争能力具有重要意义。

1.一种贝雷帽模具固定槽装置，其特征在于：包括托盘和轴，所述的轴活动安装在托盘的中间位置，所述的托盘上设有24个模具固定槽，所述的模具固定槽为圆形，所述的托盘周边设有外壳，所述的托盘为圆形，所述的托盘相对于轴转动，通过托盘的转动，将贝雷帽与模具依次放入模具固定槽内，当模具固定槽内放满时，进行烘干操作，烘干时，轴带动托盘转动，由于托盘的转动使得模具所受的离心力越来越大，模具固定槽起到固定作用，使得贝雷帽与模具固定在托盘上。
