本发明涉及妇产科领域。
背景技术
产妇在分娩过程中，常因合并症、并发症、胎儿窘迫、早产儿、珍贵儿、胎儿体重偏大、胎位异常、产程异常、产力异常、产道异常、产钳术、胎头吸引术、臀位助产术以及为缩短第二产程而需要进行会阴切开术，产后常规检查软产道，并给予伤口缝合。若伤口缝合不当，则会出现伤口裂开、血肿、休克，甚至危及生命，目前于产后检查宫颈和阴道，主要在无影灯直视下，让助手使用阴道拉钩暴露局部，助产者探查宫颈及阴道，并在此基础上对伤口进行严密缝合，阴道解剖结构特殊，伤口暴露情况直接影响缝合，使用阴道拉钩易错位，费入力、挡视野，伤口缝合困难，缝合、愈合水平低下，易产生其他并发症。
发明内容
解决问题的技术方案：一种阴道助缝钳，由左钳臂，右钳臂，前微型照明灯，后微型照明灯，主轴、调节丝杠，左护翼和右护翼组成，调整调节丝杠，可以使左右钳臂撑开阴道空间直径为60～120mm，左右护翼横向护栏间距8～10mm，与伤口缝合针距相等，左右护翼撑开后，前后有两个裸露带，裸露带是伤口缝合空间带，护翼横向护栏裸露间隙，给伤口缝合留出足够大的操作空间，前后微型照明灯用于前后裸露带缝合伤口时照明，同时还可以用于阴道、宫颈检查时使用；本发明的优点是：结构独特，使用方便，操作简单，省人，省力，伤口暴露好，缝合定位准确，伤口缝合严丝合缝，避免了伤口裂开、局部血肿等不良结果的发生。
