本发明公开一种船用单相锥度发电机,该船用单相锥度发电机定子铁心采用斜槽,内布置三次谐波励磁绕组。发电机转子冲片为凸极整体冲片,极靴中部为均匀气隙,极靴两端为非均匀气隙,转轴采用锥度连接设计减少轴向尺寸。本发明态性能好,启动空调等非线性负载能力强,占用空间小、重量轻,提供多种电压及频率。产品的研制成功,将进一步提升本公司在电机行业的影响力,对增强本公司在国内外发电机市场上的竞争力均有明显的促进作用。可广泛的应用于世界各地游艇、游轮、渡轮等中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机,尤其是一种船用单相锥度发电机。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,休闲旅游的人越来越多,作为休闲旅游的一种舒适的交通工具游艇使用越来越多,为满足游艇的空调、照明等用电设施的需要,游艇用船用发电机得到快速发展。据统计,该种类发电机目前市场需求每年大概是3000台,预计2015年将达到大概8000台左右。生产同类型单相发电机国内外生产厂国外主要有马拉松、斯坦福、利莱森玛等,国内主要有兰电、亚南、英格等。参与市场竞争的企业较少,市场竞争环境较好,具有很大的发展空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种船用单相锥度发电机,该船用单相锥度发电机能满足动态性能好,启动空调等非线性负载能力强,提供不同的频率及电压同时占用空间小的性能要求。
该船用单相锥度发电机定子铁心采用斜槽,内布置三次谐波励磁绕组。发电机转子冲片为凸极整体冲片,极靴中部为均匀气隙,极靴两端为非均匀气隙,转轴采用锥度连接设计减少轴向尺寸。通过改变定子引出线的接法,分别获得230V,50Hz;115V,50Hz;240V,60Hz;120V,60Hz的单相交流电源。通过电压调节器自动调节输出电压,使输出电压的稳定电压调整率≤2.5%,能提供空载线电压波形畸变率≤5%的正弦波。
本发明的优点在于:态性能好,启动空调等非线性负载能力强,占用空间小、重量轻,提供多种电压及频率;采用正交谐波励磁技术、自动电压调节技术,整体凸极转子制造技术、H级绝缘技术等技术,可以达到在运行过程中电压的稳定,总具有明显的经济效益与社会效益。上述技术应用到中小型发电机领域,可以使带较大非线性负载能力大为提高。
该种发电机可提供游艇空调、照明等用电设备所需电源。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种船用单相锥度发电机。该船用单相锥度发电机定子铁心采用斜槽,内布置三次谐波励磁绕组。发电机转子冲片为凸极整体冲片,极靴中部为均匀气隙,极靴两端为非均匀气隙,转轴采用锥度连接设计减少轴向尺寸。通过改变定子引出线的接法,分别获得230V,50Hz;115V,50Hz;240V,60Hz;120V,60Hz的单相交流电源。通过电压调节器自动调节输出电压,使输出电压的稳定电压调整率≤2.5%,能提供空载线电压波形畸变率≤5%的正弦波。
实例为KF-HDW4.D-5-W7G3.34(锥度1:5)游艇用发电机,为单相无刷同步发电机,转子铁心整体凸极冲片4极结构,额定功率5kW, 通过改变定子引出线接法可提供230V,50Hz;115V,50Hz;240V,60Hz;120V,60Hz四种不同电压及频率, 定子槽数为36槽,定子铁心内嵌有定子主绕组、内源滤波绕组和三次谐波绕组,转子绕组为集中式绕组。

1.一种船用单相锥度发电机,其特征是发电机为中小型单相无刷同步发电机,该船用单相锥度发电机定子铁心采用斜槽,内布置三次谐波励磁绕组,发电机转子冲片为凸极整体冲片,极靴中部为均匀气隙,极靴两端为非均匀气隙,转轴采用锥度连接设计减少轴向尺寸。
