本发明公开了一种具有防过冲装置的三工位开关操动机构，包括有由支撑柱固定的前板和后板，所述前板和后板之间装设有输出轴、主开关操作轴和接地开关操作轴，所述主开关操作轴和所述接地开关操作轴分别通过连杆和接地连杆驱动所述输出轴，所述主开关操作轴和所述接地开关操作轴之间设有分闸弹簧。在所述接地开关操作轴上插装有一个限位销，在所述接地开关操作轴上套装有一个限位板，所述限位板上设有用于卡入所述限位销的凹槽，在所述限位板的一端固定有一个用于通过设置在所述前板上的通孔导向的销，在所述限位板和所述前板之间装有弹簧。本发明与现有技术相比，解决了现有的三工位操作机构的主开关分闸时动刀过冲过大的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备制造技术领域，特别是一种用于负荷开关或隔离开关的操动机构。
背景技术
现有的三工位操动机构中有如中国实用新型专利 (公开时间2008.02.13,专利号: 200720139710.8)公开的一种三工位负荷开关操动机构，这种操纵机构包括有由支撑柱固定的前板和后板，所述前板和后板之间装设有输出轴、主开关操作轴和接地开关操作轴，所述主开关操作轴和所述接地开关操作轴分别通过连杆和接地连杆驱动所述输出轴，所述主开关操作轴和所述接地开关操作轴之间设有分闸弹簧。但这种操纵机构在主开关分闸时,由于惯性作用,负荷开关动刀会发生过冲现象,造成负荷开关的动刀和接地开关的静刀开距减小，容易在所述负荷开关的动刀与所述接地开关的静刀之间产生电弧，从而烧坏所述负荷开关，严重时会烧毁整台设备，甚至酿成火灾。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防过冲装置的三工位开关操动机构，它能够有效防止现有的三工位操作机构的主开关分闸时动刀过冲过大。
为了解决上述问题，本具有防过冲装置的三工位开关操动机构的技术方案是：这种具有防过冲装置的三工位开关操动机构，包括有设置在前板上的接地开关操作轴，在所述接地开关操作轴上插装有一个限位销，在所述接地开关操作轴上套装有一个限位板，所述限位板上设有用于卡入所述限位销的凹槽，在所述限位板的一端固定有一个用于通过设置在所述前板上的通孔导向的销，在所述限位板和所述前板之间装有弹簧。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1．本发明有效减少了由于开关分闸过冲过大而造成的设备故障。
2．本发明结构简单，安装调试方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：
图1、图2和图3所示的本具有防过冲装置的三工位开关操动机构，包括有由支撑柱2固定的前板1和后板3，前板1和后板3之间装设有输出轴4、主开关操作轴5、接地开关操作轴6，主开关操作轴5通过连杆13驱动输出轴4，接地开关操作轴6通过接地连杆14驱动输出轴4，主开关操作轴5和接地开关操作轴6之间设有分闸弹簧12，在接地开关操作轴6上插装有一个限位销7，在接地开关操作轴6上套装有一个限位板9，限位板9上设有用于卡入限位销7的凹槽，在限位板9的一端固定有一个用于通过设置在前板1上的通孔导向的销10，在限位板9和前板1之间装有弹簧8。销10与此通孔的间隙可以根据需要调整。其具体工作如下：
三工位弹簧操作机处于合闸状态，当逆时针转动主开关操作轴5时，分闸弹簧12释放压力，主开关操作轴5通过连杆13驱动输出轴4顺时针转动完成分闸，由于惯性作用，输出轴4有续继转动的趋势，但由于销10卡在前板1的通孔内，限位板9通过限位销7限制接地开关操作轴6转动，通过接地连杆14限制输出轴4的转动，大大降低惯性产生的过冲量。当需要实现接地合闸时，将操作手柄套进接地开关操作轴6转动，操作手柄将限位板9向前推动，限位板9与限位销7脱离，限位销7不跟随接地操作轴6转动，实现接地合闸。当退出操作手柄时，限位板9在弹簧8的弹力下复位。

1.一种具有防过冲装置的三工位开关操动机构，其特征在于：包括有由支撑柱（2）固定的前板（1）和后板（3），所述前板（1）和所述后板（3）之间装设有输出轴（4）、主开关操作轴（5）、接地开关操作轴（6），所述主开关操作轴（5）通过连杆（13）驱动所述输出轴（4），所述接地开关操作轴（6）通过接地连杆（14）驱动所述输出轴（4），所述主开关操作轴（5）和所述接地开关操作轴（6）之间设有分闸弹簧（12），在所述接地开关操作轴（6）上插装有一个限位销（7），在所述接地开关操作轴（6）上套装有一个限位板（9），所述限位板（9）上设有用于卡入所述限位销（7）的凹槽，在所述限位板（9）的一端固定有一个用于通过设置在所述前板（1）上的通孔导向的销（10），在所述限位板（9）和所述前板（1）之间装有弹簧（8）。
