本发明公开了一种脱皮效率高的大蒜脱皮装置。包括罐体和旋盖，所述罐体中心设有轴，所述旋盖中心设有轴孔，旋盖上面设有旋柄，旋盖下面设有凸块，旋盖位于罐体内，罐体上的轴穿在旋盖上的轴孔中。本发明中采用罐体和旋盖的结构，且旋盖下面设有凸块，大蒜装入罐体后，旋转旋盖，旋盖下面的凸块会与大蒜外皮进行磨擦，从而使大蒜与外皮分离。罐体内可一次装入多瓣大蒜，同时进行分离，其脱皮效率较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工具，特别是大蒜脱皮的装置。
背景技术
大蒜是饮食中不可少的调味品，很多菜系都离不开它。由于大蒜的皮与肉质部分结合较紧密，不易脱去，成为餐饮行业中一件头痛的事，脱皮时往往是有力使不上。许多人采取挤压大蒜，使皮与肉质部分的一部分分离，然后再剥去外皮。这种方法会使大蒜破裂，不能满足对整蒜的需求，同时，破裂的蒜不即时使用，会降低其功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种脱皮效率高的大蒜脱皮装置。
本发明的技术方案是：包括罐体和旋盖，所述罐体中心设有轴，所述旋盖中心设有轴孔，旋盖上面设有旋柄，旋盖下面设有凸块，旋盖位于罐体内，罐体上的轴穿在旋盖上的轴孔中。            
所述凸块为弹性材料。
由于本发明中采用罐体和旋盖的结构，且旋盖下面设有凸块，大蒜装入罐体后，旋转旋盖，旋盖下面的凸块会与大蒜外皮进行磨擦，从而使大蒜与外皮分离。罐体内可一次装入多瓣大蒜，同时进行分离，其脱皮效率较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制。图1和图2所示，本发明包括罐体1和旋盖2，所述罐体1中心设有轴3，所述旋盖2中心设有轴孔，旋盖2上面设有旋柄4，旋盖2位于罐体1内，罐体1上的轴3穿在旋盖2上的轴孔中。图3所示，旋盖2下面设有凸块，所述凸块为弹性材料。
操作过程如下：将多个大蒜装入罐体1中，盖上旋盖2，一边旋转旋柄4使旋盖2旋转，一边略向下加力，使旋盖2下面的凸块向大蒜施加一定压力，增加凸块与大蒜皮之间的摩擦力，使大蒜皮与大蒜肉质分离。

1.一种大蒜脱皮装置，其特征是：包括罐体（1）和旋盖（2），所述罐体（1）中心设有轴（3），所述旋盖（2）中心设有轴孔，旋盖（2）上面设有旋柄（4），旋盖（2）下面设有凸块，旋盖（2）位于罐体（1）内，罐体（1）上的轴（3）穿在旋盖（2）上的轴孔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大蒜脱皮装置，其特征是：所述凸块为弹性材料。
