本发明公开一种输电塔超声波防冻装置,包括风力发电机组、湿度传感器、单片机控制开关、超声波雾化器,风力发电机组通过单片机控制开关与超声波雾化器电气连接,湿度传感器与单片机控制开关电气连接;风力发电机组包含风力发电机、发电控制单元、蓄电池,发电控制单元分别与风力发电机、蓄电池电气连接。本发明的有益效果在于:1、高空风力发电系统工作相对稳定,可提供持续电力供应。2、超声波雾化器与湿度传感器联合使用,有效的确保输电塔表面无过多水分聚集,降低输电塔钢结构结冰风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输电塔超声波防冻装置。
背景技术
目前远距离电力输送,主要依靠输电塔做为线路支撑物,由于输电塔为角钢框架结构,承载负荷能力有限,在实际使用中,因为冻雨、积雪结冰等不可预知的自然因素,往往导致输电塔承载负荷严重超过实际设计,从而导致输电塔坍塌,严重危害了供电安全。
发明内容
本发明目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种输电塔超声波防冻装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
输电塔超声波防冻装置,包括风力发电机组、湿度传感器、单片机控制开关、超声波雾化器,风力发电机组通过单片机控制开关与超声波雾化器电气连接,湿度传感器与单片机控制开关电气连接。
进一步,风力发电机组包含风力发电机、发电控制单元、蓄电池,发电控制单元分别与风力发电机、蓄电池电气连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、高空风力发电系统工作相对稳定,可提供持续电力供应。
2、超声波雾化器与湿度传感器联合使用,有效确保输电塔表面无过多水分聚集,降低输电塔钢结构结冰风险。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,输电塔超声波防冻装置,包括风力发电机组、湿度传感器、单片机控制开关、超声波雾化器,风力发电机组通过单片机控制开关与超声波雾化器电气连接,湿度传感器与单片机控制开关电气连;风力发电机组包含风力发电机、发电控制单元、蓄电池,发电控制单元分别与风力发电机、蓄电池电气连接,超声波雾化器设置在输电塔关键承重部位。
当风力满足风力发电机组的工作要求时,风力发电机组开始发电并蓄能,当湿度大于设定值时,单片机控制开关接通工作电路,由风力发电机组为超声波雾化器提供电力,超声波雾化器工作,将液态水雾化,使其无法附着在输电塔上,当湿度小于设定值时,单片机控制开关断开工作电路,超声波雾化器停止工作。

1.输电塔超声波防冻装置,包括风力发电机组、湿度传感器、单片机控制开关、超声波雾化器,其特征在于,风力发电机组通过单片机控制开关与超声波雾化器电气连接,湿度传感器与单片机控制开关电气连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输电塔超声波防冻装置,其特征在于,风力发电机组包含风力发电机、发电控制单元、蓄电池,发电控制单元分别与风力发电机、蓄电池电气连接。
