本发明涉及一种高分子复合带材。
背景技术
据申请人了解,现有带材延展性和韧性不可兼得,使其应用范围受到限制。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种重量轻且成本低廉的高分子复合带材,具备良好的延展性和韧性。
本发明的高分子复合带材,由七层基材复合而成,所述各层基材由上至下依次为尼龙、聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;所述各层基材厚度范围分别为0.01-0.20mm。
上述基材可采用先吹塑制备各基材,再将基材热塑成型;
也可先制备中心的尼龙层,再将各层按顺序依次采用静电喷塑工艺复合在基材的表面。
本发明高分子复合带材具备良好的延展性和韧性,同时重量很轻,制造成本低廉。

下面参照附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。但是本发明不限于所给出的例子。
实施例1
本实施例高分子复合带材基本结构如图1所示,由七层基材经热塑复合而成,所述各层基材由上至下依次为尼龙1、聚氨酯2、聚四氟乙烯3、尼龙4、聚碳酸酯5、聚氨酯6及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯7;各层基材厚度范围分别为:尼龙基层厚度为0.03mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.05mm、聚四氟乙烯基层厚度为0.05mm、尼龙基层厚度为0.07mm、聚碳酸酯基层厚度为0.1mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.20mm及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基层厚度为0.03mm。
实施例2
本实施例高分子复合带材各层基材厚度范围分别为:尼龙基层厚度为0.2mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.04mm、聚四氟乙烯基层厚度为0.01mm、尼龙基层厚度为0.1mm、聚碳酸酯基层厚度为0.08mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.14mm及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基层厚度为0.05mm。
与现有技术相比,本实施例带材具备良好的延展性和韧性,同时重量很轻,制造成本低廉。

Claims (3)

1.一种高分子复合带材,其特征是,由七个基层复合而成,所述七个基层由上至下依次为尼龙、聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;各基层厚度范围分别为0.01-0.20mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合带材,其特征是各基层厚度依次为:尼龙基层厚度为0.03mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.05mm、聚四氟乙烯基层厚度为0.05mm、尼龙基层厚度为0.07mm、聚碳酸酯基层厚度为0.1mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.20mm及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基层厚度为0.03mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合带材,其特征是各基层厚度依次为:尼龙基层厚度为0.2mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.04mm、聚四氟乙烯基层厚度为0.01mm、尼龙基层厚度为0.1mm、聚碳酸酯基层厚度为0.08mm、聚氨酯基层厚度为0.14mm及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基层厚度为0.05mm。
