本发明公开了一种高肩部新型单体塑料大棚的设计方式,其特征在于:大棚宽度应为6~7米,大棚肩高应为1.9米,设置2个通风口,上部通风口应为1米左右,下部通风口应为1.2米左右。大棚应采用交叉式搭法,不能采用平行搭建,交叉应能达到5根拱杆为一体。

技术领域:
本发明涉温室建造技术领域,具体的说是一种温室的建造方案。
背景技术:
1传统的塑料大棚跨度6~8米,肩高1~1.5米,顶高2.5~3.2米,长度30~50米。但该棚存在的主要问题是肩部太低,不仅影响了夏季大棚内的生长环境,而且更不适宜机械化操作。
2传统塑料大棚一般采用水平2侧通风技术,气流只能在水平方向上进行流通,缺少竖直方向的气体流动,严重影响了大棚内部的通风透气性。
故急需发明出一种通风透气效果优良,且适合机械化操作的新型大棚。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种通风透气效果优良,且适合机械化操作的新型大棚。为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种高肩部新型单体塑料大棚,其特征在于:大棚宽度应为6~7米,大棚肩高应为1.9米,设置2个通风口,上部通风口应为1米左右,下部通风口应为1.2米左右。大棚应采用交叉式搭法,不能采用平行搭建,交叉应能达到5根拱杆为一体。

由于采用了特别的通风设计,本大棚较原有大棚具有以下特点:
1大棚肩部高度增加,有利于机械化操作。
2荷载力强,整体结构牢,特别适用于上海及长江中下游地区种植蔬菜瓜果。
3通风量增加,便于植株更好的生长。

1.大棚宽度应为6~7米,大棚肩高应为1.9米。
