技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明用具,特别是指一种LED路灯散热器。
背景技术
在道路的照明灯具散热器中大多数采用挤压型材模式和压铸模式,挤压型材模式有利于通用多种瓦数路灯的要求,但是挤压型材灯具重量比较重,压铸的路灯可以做到更轻但是不能合理做好结构,散热也不能达到预期的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低、散热效果好的LED路灯散热器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种LED路灯散热器,包括壳体,所述壳体内部为一空腔,所述壳体一面连接有散热体,所述散热体上开设有散热齿片,所述散热体上设有玻璃。所述散热齿片呈网状结构。
所述玻璃是通过锁紧螺丝导柱固定在所述散热体上的。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:散热齿片呈网状结构,灯具更加轻巧,轻度也高,散热的效果更好,成本低。

所述玻璃4是通过锁紧螺丝导柱固定在所述散热体2上的。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:散热齿片3呈网状结构,灯具更加轻巧,轻度也高,散热的效果更好,成本低。

1.一种LED路灯散热器,包括壳体(1),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内部为一空腔(2),所述壳体(1)一面连接有散热体(3),所述散热体(3)上包括散热齿片(4),所述散热体(3)上设有玻璃(5),所述散热齿片(4)呈网状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种LED路灯散热器,其特征在于:所述玻璃(5)是通过锁紧螺丝导柱固定在所述散热体(3)上的。
