Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型矿用安全帽，该安全帽设有一个半球状的帽体，帽体的外部为防护层，防护层向内依次设有内衬层Ⅰ、减震弹簧层及内衬层Ⅱ，内衬层Ⅰ与内衬层Ⅱ之间设有纽扣电池及可发声的提示器，帽体的外部侧面设有凹槽，凹槽内嵌放有信号接收器，信号接收器与遥控器之间通过红外线信号连接传送。该新型矿用安全帽不仅重量轻，坚固耐用，防护性能好，受到撞击时还能够有效的减震，将伤害降低到最小的程度，另外，该安全帽可以有效防止工人在取放时拿错，同时可以减少工人们寻找安全帽的时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全帽，尤其是可以有效减震的新型矿用安全帽。
背景技术
目前，公知的在矿井下使用的安全帽一般比较笨重，虽然帽体很坚硬，但减震效果并不理想，当工人在矿井下施工时，若帽体受到硬物撞击，人们仍旧能感到疼痛，另外，由于每个工人的安全帽的外形都是一样的，取放安全帽时很容易拿错，给矿井工人带来很大的不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有的矿用安全帽减震效果不理想且安全帽容易拿错的问题，本发明提供一种新型矿用安全帽，该新型矿用安全帽不仅重量轻，坚固耐用，防护性能好，受到撞击时还能够有效的减震，将伤害降低到最小的程度，另外，该安全帽可以有效防止工人在取放时拿错，同时可以减少工人们寻找安全帽的时间。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该安全帽设有一个半球状的帽体，帽体的外部为防护层，防护层向内依次设有内衬层Ⅰ、减震弹簧层及内衬层Ⅱ，内衬层Ⅰ与内衬层Ⅱ之间设有纽扣电池及可发声的提示器，帽体的外部侧面设有凹槽，凹槽内嵌放有信号接收器，信号接收器与遥控器之间通过红外线信号连接传送，纽扣电池为提示器提供电能，提示器与信号接收器信息电连接。当帽体受到撞击时，该安全帽可以起到有效的减震作用，当取用安全帽时，只需按下遥控器上的开关，提示器发声，提醒工人自己的安全帽所在的位置，避免拿错。
遥控器的型号为HS-S300，信号接收器的型号为ZL-5288，该种信号接收器与遥控器都是市场上已经存在的产品，只需买来安装即可。
本发明的有益效果是，该新型矿用安全帽不仅重量轻，坚固耐用，防护性能好，受到撞击时还能够有效的减震，将伤害降低到最小的程度，另外，该安全帽可以有效防止工人在取放时拿错，同时可以减少工人们寻找安全帽的时间。

具体实施方式
在图中，该安全帽设有一个半球状的帽体，帽体的外部为防护层1，防护层1向内依次设有内衬层Ⅰ2、减震弹簧层3及内衬层Ⅱ4，内衬层Ⅰ2与内衬层Ⅱ4之间设有纽扣电池6及可发声的提示器7，帽体的外部侧面设有凹槽，凹槽内嵌放有信号接收器5，信号接收器5与遥控器8之间通过红外线信号连接传送，纽扣电池6为提示器7提供电能，提示器7与信号接收器5信息电连接。当帽体受到撞击时，该安全帽可以起到有效的减震作用，当取用安全帽时，只需按下遥控器8上的开关，提示器7发声，提醒工人自己的安全帽所在的位置，避免拿错。
遥控器8的型号为HS-S300，信号接收器5的型号为ZL-5288，该种信号接收器5与遥控器8都是市场上已经存在的产品，只需买来安装即可。

Claims (2)

1.新型矿用安全帽，安全帽设有一个半球状的帽体，其特征在于，帽体的外部为防护层（1），防护层（1）向内依次设有内衬层Ⅰ（2）、减震弹簧层(3)及内衬层Ⅱ（4），内衬层Ⅰ（2）与内衬层Ⅱ（4）之间设有纽扣电池（6）及可发声的提示器（7），帽体的外部侧面设有凹槽，凹槽内嵌放有信号接收器5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型矿用安全帽，其特征在于，所述信号接收器（5）与遥控器（8）之间通过红外线信号连接传送，纽扣电池（6）为提示器（7）提供电能，提示器（7）与信号接收器（5）信息电连接。
