本发明涉及产品检测领域,具体为一种涨紧芯棒。
背景技术
一些带孔的零件需要对其孔的实际情况及孔的中心进行检测,一般采用涨紧芯棒伸入孔内,通过涨紧芯棒内钢珠的状态来判断,现有的涨紧芯棒一端通过弹簧连接滑块,然后再连接一滑块,一固定块,滑块之间及滑块和固定块间分别设置有一圈钢珠,挤压弹簧,滑块之间的钢珠向外移动带动滑块和固定块间的钢珠向外移动,变化状态一致,当被检工件的孔内壁各处孔径不一致时,如锥形孔,现有的涨紧芯棒无法检测出其实际情况,孔的中心也无法确定。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种涨紧芯棒,其能够检测出各种通孔的实际情况及孔的中心。
其技术方案如下所述:其包括主轴,其特征在于,所述主轴上顺次设置有下弹簧、下滑块、固定块、上滑块、上弹簧,所述上滑块、固定块、下滑块边缘设置有倒角,所述下滑块与所述固定块之间的倒角凹槽内、所述固定块与所述上滑块之间的倒角凹槽内分别设置有一圈保持架,所述保持架内设置有一圈钢珠。
其进一步特征在于,所述下弹簧连接下推块,所述上弹簧连接上推块;所述下推块上设置有手柄;所述下滑块与所述固定块之间的倒角凹槽、所述固定块与所述上滑块之间的倒角凹槽的夹角为120度。
采用本发明的结构后,主轴上顺次设置有下弹簧、下滑块、固定块、上滑块、上弹簧,上滑块、固定块、下滑块边缘设置有倒角,下滑块与固定块之间的倒角凹槽内、固定块与上滑块之间的倒角凹槽内分别设置有一圈保持架,保持架内设置有一圈钢珠,可以从两头分别挤压弹簧使两排钢珠的移动状态不一致,从而能够检测出各种孔的实际情况及孔的中心。

见图1所示,其包括主轴1,主轴1上顺次设置有下弹簧2、下滑块3、固定块4、上滑块5、上弹簧6,上滑块5、固定块4、下滑块3边缘设置有倒角,下滑块3与固定块之4间的倒角凹槽内、固定块4与上滑块5之间的倒角凹槽内分别设置有一保持架11,保持架11内设置有一圈钢珠7,下弹簧2连接下推块8,上弹簧6连接上推块9,下推块8上设置有手柄10,下滑块3与固定块4之间的倒角凹槽、固定块4与上滑块5之间的倒角凹槽的夹角为120度,其角度设置成120度为最佳角度,使钢珠7的移动所受阻力最小。
其检测过程如下所述:将该涨紧芯棒穿过所检工件的通孔,从两端分别推动下推块8、上推块9,挤压下弹簧2、上弹簧6,下滑块3、上滑块5向固定块4靠拢,使钢珠7往外移动,直到其与孔内壁紧密接触,由于两圈钢珠7分别由不同的滑块控制,所以两圈钢珠7可以形成不同的状态,满足孔径不同的需求,由于两圈钢珠7是同轴的,当两圈钢珠7分别与孔内壁紧密接触后,主轴1的中心即为所检孔的中心。

1.一种涨紧芯棒,其包括主轴,其特征在于,所述主轴上顺次设置有下弹簧、下滑块、固定块、上滑块、上弹簧,所述上滑块、固定块、下滑块边缘设置有倒角,所述下滑块与所述固定块之间的倒角凹槽内、所述固定块与所述上滑块之间的倒角凹槽内分别设置有一圈保持架,所述保持架内设置有一圈钢珠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涨紧芯棒,其特征在于,所述下弹簧连接下推块,所述上弹簧连接上推块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涨紧芯棒,其特征在于,所述下推块上设置有手柄。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种涨紧芯棒,其特征在于,所述下滑块与所述固定块之间的倒角凹槽、所述固定块与所述上滑块之间的倒角凹槽的夹角为120度。
