技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能沥青组合物。
背景技术
沥青是基本由烃及其衍生物组成的粘性液体或固体。它可溶于三氯乙烯中和当加
热时组件软化。将沥青与骨料和填料组合以形成沥青混合料,随后将沥青混合料用于铺设
道路或其它表面。当加热至软化区时,会发生固体的内聚。粘附点或软化点的起始难以测定,并可能需要耗时的经验测试,例如通过在料仓中将固体在预期负荷下加固,其后测量移动固体所需的剪切力。这种标准试验包括使用Schulz 环剪切试验机的ASTM  D6773 和使用Jenike
环剪切试验机的ASTMD6128。沥青不是纯化合物且在宽范围内熔融。因此,差示扫描量热法
(DSC) 不能获得用作快速仪器程序的明确熔融峰。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种乳化剂具有的结构特征能够在高于室温冷混技术的温度而低于热混技术的温度下更好地控制无溶剂沥青乳液的界面稳定性和流变性的高性能沥青组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种高性能沥青组合物,由以下重量份的成分组成:
基质沥青                      30~80;
环氧树脂                      10~20;
阳离子乳化剂                  10~20;
硫磺                           1~2;
稳定剂                         5~10;
缩水甘油基丙烯酸酯             2~8;
蓖麻油                         1~2。
本发明高性能沥青组合物的优点是:本发明的沥青组合物可以有利地用于道路和屋顶用途,优选用于道路用途。其是能够获得可防止车辙形成和扭转破坏、并且耐油性高的沥青铺砌的沥青混合物,即使铺砌面存在漏油,也能够防止铺砌的破坏,能够预防车辙形成和扭转破坏等的发生。

蓖麻油                         1~2。
