本发明涉及一种艺术散热器。
背景技术
现有的散热器所使用的水管均为直管,散热器的各个水管要么平行设计,要么垂直设计,结构样式比较单一,虽然功能性较强,但对于现代家居来说,散热器若具有艺术效果,美化人的视觉,且不失其功能性,为现代散热器研发的方向。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种艺术散热器,所述散热器两端具有竖直管和水平的连接两竖直管底部的横水管,两竖直管之间连接有两半圆弧形管,两半圆弧形管对称设置,且形成倒置的人字形,两半圆弧形管连接处的管路为直管,且两半圆弧管在此处连通;两半圆弧形管与横水管之间设有竖直方向的连通管。
所述连通管之间具有空隙,该空隙的宽度为大于3cm,小于10cm。 
本发明涉及的这种散热器,具有艺术效果,其制造方便,通过铸造的方法即可完成半圆弧形管的制造。该散热器不失良好的散热功能,打破传统的直管工艺,使散热器结构样式具有灵活性。

如图1所示,散热器两端具有竖直管1和水平的连接两竖直管1底部的横水管4,两竖直管1之间连接有半圆弧形管2和半圆形管3,半圆弧形管2和半圆形管3对称设置,且形成倒置的人字形,两半圆弧形管连接处的管路为直管,且两半圆弧管在此处连通;两半圆弧形管与横水管之间设有竖直方向的连通管5。
为增强其艺术效果,连通管5的外径应大于2cm,小于10mm,连通管之间的空隙宽度为大于3cm,小于10cm。 连通管5外径为3cm,间隙为3-5mm,且连通管5为圆形管,散热效果好,且艺术效果也好。该艺术散热器为铝合金散热器。铝合金的成分在此处不计,只为增强艺术效果和提高使用寿命。

1.一种艺术散热器,其特征在于,所述散热器两端具有竖直管和水平的连接两竖直管底部的横水管,两竖直管之间连接有两半圆弧形管,两半圆弧形管对称设置,且形成倒置的人字形,两半圆弧形管连接处的管路为直管,且两半圆弧管在此处连通;两半圆弧形管与横水管之间设有竖直方向的连通管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的艺术散热器,其特征在于,所述连通管之间具有空隙,该空隙的宽度为大于3cm,小于10cm。
