Abstract

一种线盘，包括若干间隔排列的挡板，每两挡板之间形成一环形的收容槽，位于外侧的一挡板的外侧凸设两卡钩。本发明还提供一种装设有该线盘的机柜。该线盘开设有若干收容槽，方便地分别收容多股线缆，从而使得机柜内整齐有序。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线盘及装设有该线盘的机柜。
背景技术
在服务器机柜中，通常采用线缆连接服务器和交换机。然而，一般的服务器机柜中的服务器和交换机数目众多，对应的需要使用很多线缆，这些线缆使得机柜内部凌乱，而且也会影响散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一种方便整理线缆的线盘及装设有该线盘的机柜。
一种线盘，包括若干间隔排列的挡板，每两挡板之间形成一环形的收容槽，位于外侧的一挡板的外侧凸设两卡钩。
一种机柜，包括一侧壁和一装设于该侧壁内的线盘，该线盘包括若干挡板，每两挡板之间形成一环形的收容槽。
相较现有技术，该线盘开设有若干收容槽，方便地分别收容多股线缆，从而使得机柜内整齐有序。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2，本发明机柜10的较佳实施方式包括若干线盘40，用以收纳整理该机柜10内的连接服务器20和交换机30的若干线缆（图未示）。
该机柜10内装设有一机架11，用以收容服务器20和交换机30。该机柜10的一侧壁12的内侧于该机架11的前侧或后侧纵向凸设若干对分别概呈拱形的挡片14，每一挡片14与该侧壁12合围成一插孔16。
请参照图3和图4，每一线盘40呈圆柱型，包括一圆柱型绕线轴42和自该绕线轴42的圆周面向外延伸的若干平行的圆形的挡板44。每两相邻挡板44之间形成一环形的收容槽46。每一挡板44于圆周面开设若干贯穿该挡板44两侧的开口440，且该挡板44于邻近每一开口440处开设有一大致垂直且连通于该开口440的贯穿该挡板44两侧的卡槽442。每一线盘40外侧的一挡板44于外侧凸设两概呈Ｌ型的卡钩444。每一卡钩444包括自对应挡板44垂直延伸的延伸部446和自该延伸部446的末端垂直延伸的挡止部448。该两挡止部448的延伸方向相同。
请再参照图1，组装时，将每一线盘40的卡钩444的挡止部448插入机柜10的侧壁12的对应的一对挡片14的插孔16，从而将该线盘40固定于该机柜10的内侧。将线缆相对于对应服务器20和交换机30的中间的多余部分缠绕于一相邻的线盘40的绕线轴42并收容于一收容槽46。之后将该线缆的多余部分的两端分别自对应收容槽46一侧的一挡板44的一开口440卡入对应的卡槽442，防止收容于收容槽46内的线缆松开。之后即可将这些线缆的两端分别连接于对应的服务器20和交换机30。
在其他实施方式中，每一挡板44可只设有一开口440及一连通于该开口440的卡槽442，每一线缆的两端可同时卡入该开口440和卡槽442。
在其他实施方式中，线盘40还可通过其他方式装设于机柜10的侧壁12上，如粘贴等。

Claims (9)

1.一种线盘，包括若干间隔排列的挡板，每两挡板之间形成一环形的收容槽，位于外侧的一挡板的外侧凸设两卡钩。
2.如权利要求1所述的线盘，其特征在于：每一卡钩包括自对应挡板垂直延伸的一延伸部和自该延伸部的末端垂直延伸的一挡止部。
3.如权利要求1所述的线盘，其特征在于：每一挡板呈圆型，每一挡板于圆周面开设一贯穿该挡板两侧的开口，每一挡板于邻近其开口处开设一连通于该开口的贯穿该挡板两侧的卡槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的线盘，其特征在于：该线盘还包括一绕线轴，这些挡板自该绕线轴的圆周面延伸形成。
5.一种机柜，包括一侧壁和一装设于该侧壁内的线盘，该线盘包括若干挡板，每两挡板之间形成一环形的收容槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的机柜，其特征在于：该侧壁凸设至少一挡片，该挡片和该侧壁合围成一插孔，该线盘的位于外侧的一挡板的外侧凸设一可卡入该挡片的插孔的卡钩，该卡钩包括自对应挡板垂直延伸的延伸部和自该延伸部的末端垂直延伸的可插入该插孔的挡止部。
7.如权利要求5所述的机柜，其特征在于：该机柜内装设有一机架，该线盘装设于该侧壁并位于该机架的前侧或后侧。
8.如权利要求5所述的机柜，其特征在于：每一挡板呈圆型，每一挡板于圆周面开设一贯穿该挡板两侧的开口，每一挡板于邻近其开口处开设一垂直连通于该开口的贯穿该挡板两侧的卡槽。
9.如权利要求5所述的机柜，其特征在于：该线盘还包括一绕线轴，这些挡板自该绕线轴的圆周面延伸形成。
