本发明涉及一种水体瀑气,经阳光曝晒、曝除废气、推流搅活水体流动净化水质、摧增溶氧设备,属于水产养殖技术领域。
背景技术:
目前水产养殖使用的增氧设备都采用水上瀑气的增氧技术方法、达不到同时把水体搅活流动净化水质,不能适应鱼虾在流动水体中生长的生态环境。
发明的目的:
针对上述背景技术采用本发明曝流式摧氧机,就是利用摧氧轮把水体搅活流动净化水质。
在通过翻曝轮翻瀑出水花到阳光下曝晒曝除废气与空中空气相结合、渗和到水体中产生大量溶氧。
又由摧氧轮把渗和到水体溶解的水氧、推流向四边摧氧流动适应鱼虾在流动水体中生长的生态环境的技术目的。
技术方案:
本发明曝流式摧氧机主要由:电机罩(1)、电机(2)、动力箱(3)、动力轴(4)、翻曝轮(5)、摧氧动力机构(6)、摧氧轮(7)、稳杆(8)、浮杆(9)、浮球(10)组成,电机罩(1)罩住电机(2)防水、电机(2)装配在动力箱(3)上、动力箱(3)向下延伸出的动力轴(4)传动翻曝轮(5)及摧氧动力机构(6)、转动摧氧轮(7)、其中稳杆(8)把动力箱(3)和摧氧动力机构(6)连装成一体,浮杆(9)配装浮球(10)安装在动力箱(3)上、把电机(2)、动力箱(3)称浮在水面上。
技术效果:
采用本发明曝流式摧氧机其先进性:在于由电机(2)、动力箱(3)、动力轴(4)传动翻曝轮(5)、翻瀑出水花到水面上、经阳光曝晒曝除废气与空中空气相结合、渗透到水体中产生溶氧、经过摧氧动力机构(6)转动摧氧轮(7)、搅活水体流动净化水质,在由摧氧轮(7)把溶解到水体中的水氧推向四边摧氧流动、使鱼虾在不缺氧的流动水体中生长,适应鱼虾生长的生态环境。
