Abstract

本发明提供一种U形槽铝,U形槽铝具有外边框和内边框,外边框与内边框形成凹槽,U形槽铝的截面呈h形,U形槽铝内外边框形成的凹槽两侧壁的内壁设有吸水层;吸水层的材质为吸水纤维,该吸水纤维具有一定的硬度;吸水层与U形槽铝为分体式结构,在U形槽铝安装好玻璃后,吸水层可从U形槽铝上拆卸。本发明涉及的这种U形槽铝,结构简单,能够有效解决或缓解夹层玻璃的进水问题。

本发明涉及一种U形槽铝。
背景技术
现有的U形槽铝结构简单,安装完双层玻璃后,双层玻璃内往往会有水汽,导致玻璃看起来很脏,也没办法清理,若重新换新玻璃,势必导致浪费。因此,如何通过简单有效的方法解决双层玻璃进水汽的问题,为本专利要解决的技术问题。另外,现有的U形槽铝标准件,其两侧壁在装配好后结构强度不是很高,因此,增加其结构强度同样为本专利要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种U形槽铝,所述U形槽铝包括底座和侧壁,为非标准件,其两侧壁间的宽度大于标准U形槽铝的宽度;所述U形槽铝的两侧壁的内壁上设有支撑架,支撑架为三角形,连接于U形槽铝两侧壁和底座,并垂直于两侧壁和底座。
进一步地,所述U形槽铝的两侧壁内设有吸水层,所述吸水层的材质为具有吸水性质的纤维,并具有一定的硬度。
进一步地,所述吸水层具有豁口,该豁口用于安装U形槽铝时与支撑架相配合。
本发明涉及的这种U形槽铝,结构简单,强度高,且能够有效解决或缓解夹层玻璃的进水问题。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示, U形槽铝包括底座1和侧壁3,为非标准件,其两侧壁间的宽度大于标准U形槽铝的宽度;所述U形槽铝的两侧壁的内壁上设有支撑架2,支撑架2为三角形,连接于U形槽铝两侧壁和底座1,并垂直于两侧壁和底座1。
U形槽铝的两侧壁内设有吸水层4,所述吸水层4的材质为具有吸水性质的纤维,并具有一定的硬度。
吸水层4具有豁口,该豁口用于安装U形槽铝时与支撑架2相配合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的U形槽铝,其特征在于, 所述U形槽铝的两侧壁内设有吸水层,所述吸水层的材质为具有吸水性质的纤维,并具有一定的硬度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的U形槽铝,其特征在于,所述吸水层具有豁口,该豁口用于安装U形槽铝时与支撑架相配合。
