技术领域
本发明涉及一种产品包装，具体涉及一种用于滚筒刷的包装袋。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的滚筒刷包装主要以透明塑料袋或塑料盒为主，便于顾客透过包装选择不同种类的滚筒刷。在选购过程中，塑料盒易开启，待售滚筒刷往往会被顾客取出比较，从而发生污染、毁损的情况。而采用塑料袋作为产品包装，由于材料较软，不利于保护袋内刷体，易在外力作用下使刷体受到挤压而导致变形；同时塑料袋包装为一次成型，往往易撕开，也不便于待售品的无污保存。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供了一种结构新颖、包装得体的滚筒刷包装袋。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
滚筒刷包装袋，展开后为筒式袋体，所述筒式袋体包括上、下两页，所述上页采用塑料材质，下页采用牛皮纸，上、下页的两边通过热辊压合形成包装袋。
所述筒式袋体的筒体一端设有刷柄孔。
所述筒式袋体上页采用PVC材料制成。
本发明的有益效果为：采用塑料材质和牛皮纸共同构成滚筒刷的筒式袋体，上页的塑料部分利于顾客透过包装选择不同种类的滚筒刷，下页的牛皮纸既防水，抗撕裂强度也大。在满足了可直观选择的前提下，利用牛皮纸的强度，有效地保证了出售过程中包装袋的完整性和刷体的抗压性，能够确保待售刷体的不变形和无污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明提供了一种滚筒刷包装袋，展开后为筒式袋体1，包括上、下两页，上页2采用塑料材质，主要采用的是PVC材料，下页3采用牛皮纸，上、下页的两边通过热辊压合形成包装袋的筒体袋体1。筒式袋体1的筒体一端设有刷柄孔4。
在制作本发明时，可以先将刷头部分置于下页3的牛皮纸上，再利用热焜压合技术将上页2与下页3相固定，此时刷头部分就被完全地包裹于筒式袋体1之中，再将刷柄通过刷柄孔4插入刷头内，构成一个带有包装袋的完整刷体。
本发明采用塑料材质和牛皮纸共同构成滚筒刷的筒式袋体1，上页2的塑料部分利于顾客透过包装选择不同种类的滚筒刷，下页3的牛皮纸既防水，抗撕裂强度也大。在满足了可直观选择的前提下，利用牛皮纸的强度，有效地保证了出售过程中包装袋的完整性和刷体的抗压性，能够确保待售刷体的不变形和无污染。

Claims (3)

1.滚筒刷包装袋，展开后为筒式袋体，其特征在于所述筒式袋体包括上、下两页，所述上页采用塑料材质，下页采用牛皮纸，上、下页的两边通过热辊压合形成包装袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒刷包装袋，其特征在于所述筒式袋体的筒体一端设有刷柄孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒刷包装袋，其特征在于所述筒式袋体上页采用PVC材料制成。
