本发明提供一种h形槽铝,h形槽铝具有外边框和内边框,外边框与内边框形成凹槽,h形槽铝的截面呈h形,h形槽铝内外边框形成的凹槽内壁设有吸水层;吸水层的材质为吸水纤维,该吸水纤维具有一定的硬度;吸水层与h形槽铝为分体式结构,在h形槽铝安装好玻璃后,吸水层可从h形槽铝上拆卸。本发明涉及的这种h形槽铝,结构简单,能够有效解决或缓解夹层玻璃的进水问题。

本发明涉及一种h形槽铝。
背景技术
现有的h形槽铝结构简单,安装完双层玻璃后,双层玻璃内往往会有水汽,导致玻璃看起来很脏,也没办法清理,若重新换新玻璃,势必导致浪费。因此,如何通过简单有效的方法解决双层玻璃进水汽的问题,为本专利要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种h形槽铝,所述h形槽铝具有外边框和内边框,所述外边框与内边框形成凹槽,h形槽铝的截面呈h形,所述h形槽铝内外边框形成的凹槽内壁设有吸水层。
进一步地,所述吸水层的材质为吸水纤维,该吸水纤维具有一定的硬度。
进一步地,所述吸水层与h形槽铝为分体式结构,在h形槽铝安装好玻璃后,吸水层可从h形槽铝上拆卸。
本发明涉及的这种h形槽铝,结构简单,能够有效解决或缓解夹层玻璃的进水问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示, h形槽铝具有外边框1和内边框2,所述外边框1与内边框2形成凹槽,h形槽铝的截面呈h形,所述h形槽铝内外边框形成的凹槽内壁设有吸水层3。
吸水层3的材质为吸水纤维,该吸水纤维具有一定的硬度。
吸水层3与h形槽铝为分体式结构,在h形槽铝安装好玻璃后,吸水层3可从h形槽铝上拆卸。

2.根据权利要求1所述的h形槽铝,其特征在于,所述吸水层的材质为吸水纤维,该吸水纤维具有一定的硬度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的h形槽铝,其特征在于,所述吸水层与h形槽铝为分体式结构,在h形槽铝安装好玻璃后,吸水层可从h形槽铝上拆卸。
