Abstract

本发明涉及节能指示灯,是一种电子线路,属于电子技术领域,是一种利用电容器等电子元件限流降压的指示灯电路,市电经限流电容限流后再由两个整流二极管半波整流,再经缓冲电容缓冲变成低压直流电,供给发光二极管led发光,本指示灯耗电只有原来的几百分之一,节约了电能,并且发热程度很小,消除了发热对电器及外壳的烘烤,减少了因烘烤造成的接触不良,外壳变形变色等现象。

本发明涉及节能指示灯,是一种新型电子线路,属于电子技术领域。  
背景技术:
现有的指示灯电路一般都是由一只发光二极管与一只限流电阻串联组成,发光二极管正常工作时的电压降只有1-3伏,市电220伏电压剩余大部分都降在限流电阻上,消耗在限流电阻上的功率是发光二极管发光功率的约200倍,限流电阻上消耗的功率都变成热能浪费掉了,发热的同时又会对周围的元件、外壳等造成烘烤,使之过早老化,产生接触不良的故障,使外壳变色发黄等,另外现在的指示灯与节能灯串联时容易引起节能灯关灯后的闪烁现象。 
发明内容:
为了克服现有指示灯发热大、耗电多的不足, 本发明提供一种利用电容器等电子元件限流降压的指示灯电路,本指示灯耗电只有原来的几百分之一,并且发热程度很小。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种节能指示灯,包括一个限流电容、两个整流二极管、一个缓冲电容、一个发光二极管,市电经限流电容限流后再由两个整流二极管半波整流,再经缓冲电容缓冲掉高压成分,变成低压直流电或低压脉动电,供给发光二极管发光。 
本发明的有益效果是,这样的指示灯耗电只有原来的几百分之一,能够给国家节约大量的电能,并且发热程度很小,防止了发热对开关等电器及外壳的损坏。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。

图中各部件的序号分别为:C1为限流电容,D1、D2为整流二极管,C2为缓冲电容,led为发光二极管。 
工作原理是:市电由限流电容C1限流后再由两个整流二极管D1、D2半波整流,再经缓冲电容C2缓冲变成低压直流电,供给发光二极管led发光,若没有缓冲电容C2,则在led两端会形成高压脉冲,烧坏led。 
这样做的优点是:1.限流元件不消耗电能,节约了大部分电能;2.消除了发热对电器及外壳的烘烤,减少了因烘烤造成的接触不良,外壳变形变色等现象;3.对于高亮度指示灯,以上优点更加明显。 
图2是本发明的闪烁型指示灯在开关电路中应用原理图。 
图中各部件的序号分别为:C1为限流电容,D1、D2为整流二极管,C2为储能电容,led为发光二极管,DB3为触发二极管,C3为缓冲电容LAMP为灯具,K为开关。其工作原理如下,开关K接通时,灯具点亮,开关断开时,市电交流电通过灯具和限流电容C1限流,再由两个整流二极管D1、D2半波整流,给储能电容C2充电,当C2两端电压高于触发二极管DB3的触发电压时,DB3被触发导通,将储能电容C2上储存的电能泄放给led和缓冲电容C3,使led点亮发光,缓冲电容C3对led两端电压起到缓冲保护作用,C2上储存的电能泄放完毕则DB3截止,led熄灭,储能电容C2继续充电,当C2两端电压高于触发二极管DB3的触发电压时,DB3又被触发导通,led再次点亮发光,这样一直循环下去,使led不断地闪烁。 
这样做的优点是:1.指示效果更加明显;2.耗电更小;3.当灯具采用节能灯时,关灯以后不会产生闪烁现象。普通指示灯由于电流较大,电流电流流过节能灯时,会给节能灯里面的电容充电,当电压达到一定程度,节能灯就会一闪一闪的闪亮,给生活带来不便,而本指示灯电流较小,给节能灯里面的电容充电,电压达不到点亮节能灯的程度。

1.一种节能指示灯电路,包括:限流电容C1,整流二极管D1、D2,缓冲电容C2,发光二极管led,市电经限流电容C1限流后再由两个整流二极管D1、D2半波整流,再经缓冲电容C2缓冲变成低压直流电,供给发光二极管led发光。
