技术领域
本发明涉及一种粗纱机部件，尤其是一种粗纱机的吸风口结合件。
背景技术
粗纱机，是把纤维条制成粗纱的纺纱机器。粗纱机是纺织工业必不可少的机械，粗纱机主要作用是牵伸和加拈，并把粗纱卷绕成一定的卷装，以适应细纱机加工的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、合理、使用方便的粗纱机的吸风口结合件。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，所述粗纱机的吸风口结合件，它包括吸风口底板、吸风口、吸风口后挡板、接管与上安装板，在吸风口的前端部连接有接管，在吸风口内对应接管后端部左、右两侧位置设有所述的吸风口后挡板，两块吸风口后挡板之间的宽度在从前向后方向上呈宽度逐渐增大设置，在吸风口的底面板下表面上固定有所述的吸风口底板，在吸风口尾端部位置的顶面板上固定有所述的上安装板。
所述吸风口的后端部宽度为200~250mm。
本发明具有结构简单、合理与使用方便等优点。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，该粗纱机的吸风口结合件，它包括吸风口底板1、吸风口2、吸风口后挡板3、接管4与上安装板5，在吸风口2的前端部连接有接管4，在吸风口2内对应接管4后端部左、右两侧位置设有所述的吸风口后挡板3，两块吸风口后挡板3之间的宽度在从前向后方向上呈宽度逐渐增大设置，在吸风口2的底面板下表面上固定有所述的吸风口底板1，在吸风口2尾端部位置的顶面板上固定有所述的上安装板5。
所述吸风口2的后端部宽度为200~250mm。
本发明中，吸风口底板1由Q235无缝管制成，吸风口2、吸风口后挡板3、接管4与上安装板5均由Q235冷轧板制成。

1.一种粗纱机的吸风口结合件，其特征是：它包括吸风口底板（1）、吸风口（2）、吸风口后挡板（3）、接管（4）与上安装板（5），在吸风口（2）的前端部连接有接管（4），在吸风口（2）内对应接管（4）后端部左、右两侧位置设有所述的吸风口后挡板（3），两块吸风口后挡板（3）之间的宽度在从前向后方向上呈宽度逐渐增大设置，在吸风口（2）的底面板下表面上固定有所述的吸风口底板（1），在吸风口（2）尾端部位置的顶面板上固定有所述的上安装板（5）。
2.如权利要求1所述的粗纱机的吸风口结合件，其特征是：所述吸风口（2）的后端部宽度为200~250mm。
