Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a circuit device and a circuit breaker including the same, and more particularly, to a circuit device in a withdrawable circuit breaker and a withdrawable circuit breaker including the same.
Background
The withdrawable circuit breaker is a circuit breaker commonly used in low-voltage power distribution equipment at present, and a schematic diagram of the withdrawable circuit breaker is shown in fig. 1. In fig. 1, 1 denotes the entire circuit breaker, which is composed of a drawer frame 10 and a circuit breaker body 20. The breaker body 20 is pulled out or pushed in from the drawer frame 10 through a guide rail installed on the drawer frame, so that disconnection and communication between the breaker and the inlet and outlet end busbars are realized. Fig. 1 represents the state in which the breaker body 20 is drawn out from the drawer 10.
In the related art, as shown in fig. 2, a circuit device of a drawer type circuit breaker includes a portion provided on a breaker body 20 and a portion provided on a drawer frame 10. Among them, the portion provided on the breaker body 20 includes: a circuit module 206 in the breaker body 20, a line inlet plug 204 mounted on a line inlet contact pad 205 of the breaker body 20, and a line outlet plug 204 'mounted on a line outlet contact pad 205' of the breaker body 20. The two ends of the circuit module 206 in the breaker body 20 are connected to the inlet terminal plug 204 and the outlet terminal plug 204 'through the inlet terminal contact pad 205 and the outlet terminal contact pad 205', respectively. The part arranged on the drawer frame 10 comprises: a line end cartridge 203, a line end cartridge 203 ', a line end cartridge holder bracket 202 ', a line end customer terminal 101, and a line end customer terminal 101 '. The incoming terminal collet 203 and the outgoing terminal collet 203 'are respectively mounted on the incoming terminal collet holder 202 and the outgoing terminal collet holder 202', and the incoming terminal collet holder 202 and the outgoing terminal collet holder 202 'are respectively connected with the incoming terminal customer terminal 101 and the outgoing terminal customer terminal 101'. Each part in the circuit device can be provided with 3 groups or 4 groups according to the requirements of the application occasion, and the 3-pole circuit breaker or the 4-pole circuit breaker corresponds to the part. In each circuit device, a plurality of sets of the inlet terminal chuck 203 and the outlet terminal chuck 203' are provided, respectively, depending on the magnitude of the current.
The busbars of the customer (including the incoming busbar 30 and the outgoing busbar 30 ') are connected to the incoming customer terminal 101 and the outgoing customer terminal 101', respectively. When the breaker body 20 is pushed into the cradle 10, the incoming terminal plug 204 and the outgoing terminal plug 204 'are respectively inserted into the incoming terminal clamp 203 and the outgoing terminal clamp 203' on the cradle 10, and the incoming terminal busbar 30 and the outgoing terminal busbar 30 'are connected to the customer terminals 101 and 101', the breaker is communicated with the incoming terminal busbar and the outgoing terminal busbar, and the elasticity of the clamps ensures reliable contact. The current passes from the inlet terminal busbar 30 through the inlet terminal customer terminal 101 → the inlet terminal cartridge holder 202 → the inlet terminal cartridge 203 → the inlet terminal plug 204 → the breaker body internal circuit module 206 → the outlet terminal plug 204 ' → the outlet terminal cartridge holder 203 ' → the outlet terminal cartridge holder 202 ' → the outlet terminal customer terminal 101 ' → the outlet terminal busbar 30 ' (wherein the wiring can be reversed, and the inlet terminal and the outlet terminal can be interchanged).

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a circuit arrangement according to an embodiment of the invention. The circuit module 206 in the breaker body 20 is the same as that in the conventional breaker 1, except that the inlet terminal cartridge holder 202 and the outlet terminal cartridge holder 202 ' provided in the drawer frame 10 in the conventional breaker 1 are respectively mounted on the inlet terminal contact pad 205 and the outlet terminal contact pad 205 ' of the breaker body 20 in the present embodiment, and the inlet terminal cartridge 203 and the outlet terminal cartridge 203 ' are respectively mounted on the inlet terminal cartridge holder 202 and the outlet terminal cartridge holder 202 ' for directly clamping the inlet terminal busbar 30 and the outlet terminal busbar 30 '. The line end customer terminal 101, the line end customer terminal 101 ', the line end plug 204, and the line end plug 204' of the prior art circuit breaker are omitted and no current carrying components are mounted on the draw frame 10.
After the busbars 30 and 30 'are mounted on the rack 10, when the breaker body 20 is pushed into the rack 10, the inlet terminal clamp 203 and the outlet terminal clamp 203' clamp the inlet terminal busbar 30 and the outlet terminal busbar 30 'fixed to the rack, respectively, so that current flows from the inlet terminal busbar 30 through the inlet terminal clamp 203 → the inlet terminal clamp holder 202 → the breaker body internal circuit device 206 → the outlet terminal clamp holder 202' → the outlet terminal clamp 203 '→ the outlet terminal busbar 30' (wherein reverse wiring is possible, and the inlet terminal and the outlet terminal are interchanged).
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a circuit breaker body 20 in a related art circuit breaker. In the breaker body shown in fig. 4, 3 sets of devices of the inlet terminal and the outlet terminal are provided. As can be seen from the figure, there are 3 sets of inlet end plugs 204 and outlet end plugs 204' provided on the body 20 for insertion into corresponding collets provided in the drawer frame 10. Fig. 5 and 6 are schematic diagrams of the breaker body 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The breaker body shown in fig. 5 and 6 is also provided with 3 sets of devices of a wire inlet end and a wire outlet end. As can be seen in the figures, the body 20 is not provided with a plug, but is provided with a line end clamp 203 and a line end clamp 203' directly. Meanwhile, it can be seen that, through four equidistant screw holes on the incoming terminal contact pad 205 and the outgoing terminal contact pad 205 ', the incoming terminal chuck bracket 202 and the outgoing terminal chuck bracket 202 ' can be installed in two directions of 90 ° relatively, so that the incoming terminal chuck 203 and the outgoing terminal chuck 203 ' clamped thereon can also be installed in two directions of 90 ° relatively, as in fig. 5, the incoming terminal chuck 203 and the outgoing terminal chuck 203 ' are installed horizontally (the circuit breaker is placed according to the use state), and the installation manner of the chucks enables the busbar to be installed vertically (the circuit breaker is placed according to the use state) in fig. 6 by the incoming terminal chuck 203 and the outgoing terminal chuck 203 '. The arrangement realizes the field selection of parallel installation of the busbar relative to the backboard and vertical installation of the busbar relative to the backboard.
As shown in fig. 7, the back plate of the drawer has a slot (102, 103, 102 ', 103') for mounting the busbar, so that the customer can conveniently and accurately mount the busbar on the drawer 10. In fig. 7, 102 and 102 'are card slots for mounting the busbar perpendicularly to the backplane, and 103' are card slots for mounting the busbar parallel to the backplane. In order to fix the busbar to the back plate, it is necessary to fix the busbar by using a fastener (not shown) such as a screw. Of course, the method of fixing it is not limited to screws, and any fixing method commonly used by those skilled in the art is also used in this case.
Fig. 8 is an example of the parallel mounting of the busbars with respect to the backplane in an embodiment of the present invention. The busbar 31, 31' mounted in this way has an L-shaped configuration as shown in fig. 8. Fig. 9 is an example of a vertical mounting of the busbars with respect to the backplane in an embodiment of the invention, the structure of the busbars 30, 30' mounted in this manner being elongated without the bent portions of the busbars in fig. 8.
As can be seen from the above description, the formed circuit arrangement, compared to the circuit arrangement in the existing circuit breaker, omits two parts, namely the plug and the customer terminal, greatly simplifies the structure, reduces the contact points, reduces the contact resistance, and reduces the volume, enabling a more flexible layout in the power distribution cabinet. Since both parts need to be made of copper, omitting both parts also saves copper consumption, reducing costs. Moreover, the improvement fully utilizes the devices in the existing circuit breaker, and no additional design and any processing part are needed, and no modification is needed to be carried out on other parts of the existing circuit breaker.
